My Facebook account was hacked a week ago. My wife set up my yahoo.com account with her phone number, which is no longer active. During the recovery process, I was prompted to provide two missing digits, but I couldn't receive the verification code as the phone number was disconnected. The hackers now have access to my account and may be deceiving my customers. I use the same username on Instagram as well. Please assist me in recovering my account to prevent further issues. I would like assistance with adjusting my ad settings. Recently, I experienced a difficult loss, leading me to update my settings to avoid receiving pregnancy and baby-related ads. Despite my efforts, I am still receiving an overwhelming 75% of ads related to topics I wish to avoid. I am aware of tools to address this issue and find it unfair that the majority of ads I see are still on sensitive subjects. I am seeking help to ensure my preferences are respected.

Hello, as the administrator of the mitsu.ro forum and Facebook page, I have been experiencing a posting restriction on Facebook for around two weeks. I am unable to share any content related to mitsu.ro as it violates community standards. Specifically, I encounter this issue when trying to distribute documents or links containing the words mitsu.ro. This has caused three main problems for me: 1) The mitsu.ro Group that was associated with the page has disappeared since March 22nd, and I am seeking clarification on the reason for its removal, considering it had over [redacted] members. 2) Starting from March 22nd, I have been facing a ban on sharing any mitsu.ro-related information on Facebook, despite having done so successfully before. I am perplexed by this sudden restriction. 3) I am interested in recreating the MITSU.RO GROUP, but I am currently blocked from doing so. Two weeks ago, my friends and I reported a fake messenger account pretending to be me. However, Facebook disabled both my Facebook and Messenger accounts the next day. I appealed with my attached driver's license ID, but I received an email asking for the ID again. I responded with my ID, and the cycle repeated – the case would briefly open, then close with the same request for my ID. I kept replying with my ID, but the problem persisted. How can I ensure Facebook checks my ID and regain access to my account?

My account keeps getting accessed by someone else, and I can't change my password because it's linked to an old email I can't recover. This is concerning as my bank card details are on my Facebook account. I have proof of my identity but can't access the old email. I need this issue resolved quickly. Thank you.

I received a notification that someone attempted to access my Facebook account three days ago. I have already provided my photo ID and Hong Kong ID on Facebook, but I have not received any response. I am frustrated because I can't get in touch with my family. This is the first time in 20 years of using Facebook that I've encountered this issue. I am the account holder, John Davies. I forgot the password to my old Facebook account and can't access the associated email as it has been more than 3 years. I've been trying hard to regain access with no success. I can provide old passwords, date of birth, and any other necessary information to prove ownership of the account. I would greatly appreciate it if the Facebook team could assist me in recovering my account.

Hello, I am employed at an independent cinema facing a serious issue due to a defamatory post on "Spotted: Evesham." This misleading post on the platform, which has 16,[redacted] members, is spreading untrue and damaging rumors about our small business. Despite the site's rules against slanderous content about businesses, our efforts to report the post and reach out to the administrators have been unsuccessful. At this point, I believe it is necessary to request the removal of the entire page due to their failure to enforce their own rules effectively.

There's a Facebook user named Lisa Machelle who keeps shutting down my boyfriend's page, who happens to be her ex-husband. This has been happening for almost two years. I'm concerned how she can do this and what her motivation is. Lisa has also threatened to shut my page down and has created multiple fake accounts to monitor me. I plan to report this to the police, but I'm wondering what actions Facebook can take to prevent her from harassing us. Her page should be closed for this behavior. She has used aliases like Dime Piece and WEe Endure to follow me. Any assistance on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I have been temporarily blocked after posting in the forum of a reality show! I believe I have not violated any rules. If I was blocked for my post, then 99.9% of other posts in the forum should have been blocked too. I run a pet group with nearly [redacted],[redacted] members and it's challenging to manage it when I can't comment due to the block. Kindly lift the block as soon as possible. Thank you! 😊

I recently received an email stating that my ad account, [redacted], has been disabled due to alleged violations of Advertising Policies. The ads I have been running for EZ Battery are compliant with the content lander. This particular content lander has been approved for use by many affiliates, including myself, for a long time. I am part of a group within Quit 9 to 5 Academy, and we all have been using these landing pages without issue for months. I strongly believe that my ads are in compliance. What concerns me most is that I ceased running ads and testing different sets several days ago, yet out of nowhere, I received a notification about a policy violation. It seems like an automated error rather than a human decision. I urge you to investigate this promptly and reactivate my account. I value the opportunity to work with Facebook and utilize their platform for my objectives while adhering to all policies. I have always been committed to compliance and have no intent to violate any rules. Thank you.

COMPLAINT ABOUT FACEBOOK ACCOUNT HACKED BY AN UNKNOWN USER. On Saturday at around 4:02 PM, I logged into my Facebook account and logged out at 4:30 PM. Later that same day at 9:30 PM, I attempted to log in again, only to discover that my password and account details had been reset by an unknown user. I found it challenging to access my Facebook wall as the information I usually use to reset my account, such as my phone number ([redacted]9) and email address ([redacted]), had been changed by the unknown individual. I have encountered an issue where my contact information was shared internally, and I received messages claiming to be from a person in Paris named Mr. Roland who wants to make a donation. He explained that he had been hospitalized and noticed me on Facebook. He provided me with his lawyer's contact details, citing a family tragedy as the reason for his generosity. After receiving some invoices from the lawyer and trying to follow up, he blocked me on WhatsApp. The alleged client is Mr. Francis Gandjo, a deceased company owner, who supposedly left money for me. Despite initial doubts, Facebook assured me that there was no unauthorized access. I have reported this situation, and now I am seeking assistance.

I received a message request from Andrea Watkins at 6:14 am this morning. This is unusual since we are only friends and do not usually communicate through messages. The message simply said "Hello" and mentioned that we can communicate outside of Facebook, with a note that it was sent from Nigeria. I would like this to be investigated to ensure that Andrea Watkins and I, Marva Hill, have not been hacked. I hope for a prompt response as I am not very familiar with Facebook.
