I recently enabled two-step authentication on my Facebook account. Unfortunately, my phone is broken, and I cannot afford a replacement yet. I followed the process of submitting a photo holding specific numbers that Facebook sent me, but I have done this twice and still cannot access my account. Facebook notified me that the phone number linked to my account was removed because the carrier no longer supported it. I rely on my Facebook account for many logins and would appreciate knowing how long this account recovery process typically takes.

I recently deactivated my profile a few days before my birthday due to mental health issues. Today, a friend informed me that my profile was active again, which I did not initiate. I immediately deactivated it once more. I am troubled and puzzled as to why this occurred since I did not log in or reactivate it myself. I deactivated it for self-protection, and it should have stayed inactive. I am upset and confused about this situation and would appreciate an explanation for how and why it happened without my consent. It added unnecessary stress, fortunately, my friend alerted me as I received no notifications from the app. This situation is very perplexing and unsettling for me. Thank you in advance. - Clare

I was previously issued a seven-day block for sharing a meme that does not violate the standards, and the case was closed. Now I have been blocked again. Can you clarify why this action was taken? I fail to see how a picture of a kitten's head on a Nazi officer's body, with the swastika altered into a letter 'G' for a grammar nazi, breaches your guidelines. It seems like a misunderstanding, and I believe I am being targeted based on my beliefs.

Hello, I recently contacted Facebook regarding a hacking issue with my account. I informed them about someone impersonating me and also gaining access to the email associated with my Facebook. Facebook notified me via email that they had deleted the account due to violating their privacy policy and reached out to the account owner. I had to create a new Facebook account to report the hacking incident as I did not receive any notification about my profile's deletion. Unfortunately, I lost valuable pictures of my children, including some from my son's baptism and his first experience with solid food. I am distraught over this loss and am reaching out for assistance in recovering these irreplaceable photos. I have been attempting to access my Facebook page since yesterday, but have been unsuccessful. Despite not resetting my password, the prompt insists I am using an old one, which prevents me from logging in. The message I receive states, "You’re Temporarily Blocked: It appears you have been blocked from using a feature due to excessive speed. Refer to the Help Center for more information. If you believe this is an error, please let us know." Additionally, I receive the message, "This email address does not belong to a disabled account." I wish for the opportunity to speak with a Facebook representative directly for assistance, as the current method is proving to be challenging.

My Facebook account is currently locked. I provided proof of identity as requested, received a thank you email, and was instructed to finish the account recovery process using a provided link. However, when I click on the link, it says invalid. I changed my password as advised, but I keep encountering a message stating that someone may have logged into my account, resulting in it being locked for security. I am prompted to verify my identity and change my password to unlock it. Clicking on continue leads me to a step asking me to confirm my identity on another device. I have tried on two other devices, but the same situation occurs, and again, I'm prompted to confirm my identity on another phone or computer. I seem to be stuck in a loop and unable to access my account.

I created an account recently on Saturday and was prompted to provide my phone number and a picture, which made me hesitant but I complied. However, after submitting the information, I was unable to proceed and received a message stating my picture was under review. Now, my account has been disabled, requiring me to send a copy of my ID which I am uncomfortable with due to security concerns as Facebook is frequently hacked. I wish for my account to be deleted rather than just disabled so I can try the signup process again. I have already contacted Facebook to request the deletion of my account for a fresh start.

I'm currently experiencing difficulty accessing my Facebook account. Recently, my phone unexpectedly uninstalled Facebook along with other applications. Although I had Google backup my passwords, the specific ones for these apps are unavailable. Unfortunately, I am unable to access the email or phone number associated with the account. I've reached out to Facebook security/identity team providing a new email and a photo of my ID for a reset code, but I have not received a response from them yet. The name on my Facebook account is Amy McCollough, however, my real name is Amy Marie Evans with McCollough being my maiden name. The email linked to the account, [redacted], is inaccessible. I've attempted to add a second email, [redacted], and my current phone number to no avail. As a workaround, I created a new email yesterday, [redacted], to receive correspondence. Despite trying various account recovery and password options, none have been successful. It's imperative to regain access to my account as it is my primary means of communication with my children. The situation is incredibly frustrating as many other apps are inaccessible without my Facebook account. I kindly request prompt assistance in resolving this matter.

My phone was stolen on Saturday, March 30th. Since then, I've been unable to access my Facebook account. Despite many unsuccessful attempts to unlock it, I ended up permanently blocked from the Microsoft email linked to my account. The password reset links I received were both expired. I then tried to create a new account using the phone number [redacted] and the email [redacted] However, this new account was disabled immediately. I'm unable to access my original account and I urgently need to regain access due to important photos related to a lawsuit. I'd also like my new phone number and email address unblocked so I can link them to my original account. I have messages with Tech Support as proof. Please assist me promptly as I've been locked out since March 30th. Friends like Heather Dirkes have tried to help by posting on my behalf. Thank you.

This might be due to a previous attempt to create an account using a failing computer, which resulted in the creation of the incorrect account "Mo Rei" with some of my personal information. As the owner of a property where a tenant previously operated, I have been facing issues with their Facebook page. Despite numerous requests, the page associated with the ex-tenant has not been taken down. This is causing confusion among customers who are unable to access the correct information about my company. I contacted a representative named Liam at [redacted] from the Facebook customer service site. After being transferred, I was advised to purchase a $50 Google Play Store card and was assured a refund via mail or bank account credit. To expedite the process, I was asked to call back in about an hour at [redacted] ext [redacted]. My reason for reaching out was due to being locked out of my account since August [redacted], compounded by a phone number change. Upon following instructions to provide the card details, I was asked for another $50 card, which I could not afford. Feeling duped and agitated, I unsuccessfully tried to return the already used card. After seeking assistance from a store employee, I contacted a CSR named Ann as well as my bank. Despite being wary of scams, the exchanges sounded convincing. I'm seeking a refund for the $50 and regaining access to my Facebook account. Best, Wendy G.

I am facing an issue where I am able to access my emails correctly on my computer but not on my iPad. The problem seems to be with the email address "[redacted]" - the word "bog" should actually be "big." When I try to edit the email address, it says it's already in use, which I believe is because it's on my desktop. If this cannot be resolved, I am considering using Twitter instead. Roy J. Additionally, following your initial response, I was directed to a chat where I was then transferred to a bank card display page. While everything was going smoothly, I encountered an issue when I tried to input an Australian postcode instead of a zip code, which was not accepted. After struggling for 20 minutes, I had to abandon the task. This seems like a straightforward issue to resolve from my end.

I experienced a hacking incident approximately three weeks ago. I noticed strange statuses and friend requests from individuals in a different country on my Facebook account. After reporting the issue and answering security questions, I managed to regain access to my account. However, the suspicious activity continued, leading me to report it again. During this process, I got locked out of my account. Since I typically access Facebook on my mobile app, I never remember my password. The reset option requires an access code sent to an old email address that I no longer have access to. I am eager to update my email to regain access to my account and preserve meaningful memories stored there. I have evidence of the hacking, including a conversation where the perpetrator (Nadia Jassem) confessed to stealing my account. Please assist me in recovering my account.

I am having trouble logging into my account on the computer, but I can log in successfully on my phone. When attempting to log in from my computer, I receive an error message stating, "We will take a look at the document you submitted and get back to you. If we need more help confirming your name, we will reach out for additional documentation." I have not changed my name and do not know why this issue persists. This error has been occurring for over a year, but it is crucial for my business that I access Facebook from my computer. I need assistance resolving this problem promptly.

Hello, my name is Andreea, and I am experiencing difficulties changing the name of my business page. The current name, "Flowers 4 Everything," is being rejected when I try to update it to a new name. Despite my appeal, the change is still being denied. The issue stems from the similarity of my original name to that of another company located in a different state, which has tarnished its reputation. I am experiencing difficulty accessing the admin control of my original business Facebook page. Due to a situation involving a terminated office manager and a previous social media company managing the page, I no longer have access. While I can still receive messages sent to the page through my personal Facebook messenger app, I have resorted to creating a new page in frustration. Despite considering reporting the original page to Facebook and abandoning it, I encountered an issue when attempting to advertise with the new page. The "Shop Now" button incorrectly appears on the original page, which I cannot control. This has hindered my plans to launch Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns. While using my account, it suddenly logged out without my action. After attempting to log back in, it repeatedly indicated an incorrect password and eventually disabled my access. I observed that my profile name had changed and my login email no longer recognized my account. It now states there is no account associated with that email. Unfortunately, I cannot access the phone number or email linked to the account creation anymore. I became a victim of a scam by a user named Deontie Rigsby. Interestingly, once I mentioned reporting this user, my account experienced these troubling issues.

My Facebook page, Gothic Punk Hippie-Witch Gallery, has been hacked. I, as the admin, have been removed and blocked by someone who has taken control of my page where 90,[redacted] people follow. I am unable to post or access my page. The links provided have not been helpful, and the person has even posted on my page. Despite reporting and emailing Facebook, I have not been successful in regaining access. Whenever I click the link, it indicates that I have no page. I desperately need assistance in reclaiming control of my page.
