I have contacted you before about this matter and am reaching out again for technical assistance. Somehow, I managed to access an old account with no significant content. I would greatly appreciate your help in reactivating my account, associated with my Gmail [redacted], as it contains important videos of abused animals that I want to use to raise awareness about animal cruelty in developing countries. My Facebook account is linked to [redacted] Recently, a video I posted was flagged and deleted by Facebook due to its violent content. Despite our intentions as social workers to use such videos to raise awareness and advocate for action against violence, the video was removed on 27-3-[redacted] at 13:35. Our organization focuses on providing free education to orphaned children who would otherwise resort to begging. We aim to promote public interest and social welfare through our postings. We seek permission to post similar content in the future for the betterment of society.

After getting a new phone, a second Facebook account was created for me by mistake. My phone number was removed from my original account during the process. Even though I am okay with that, I have been struggling to undo it myself. Now, I am bombarded with notifications to add friends to this unintended second account. I simply want to stick with my original account. The removal of my number was explained as it belonged to a verified user, which is me. The email notifying me about this change came after I switched to a new Samsung Galaxy 9+. Kindly assist in deleting the extra account that was inadvertently set up for me. My name is Barbara V. My Facebook account got suspended after advising people against using the term "white trash" because it could lead to deletion or a ban. I find it confusing and frustrating. I had used the term in the past, and now I'm puzzled why it's seen as offensive. How can they be sure I wasn't referring to other things like "white trash bags" or a recipe called "white trash" that I make every Christmas? There should be real humans reviewing these cases instead of relying solely on automated systems. My Facebook account has crucial professional and volunteer uses, from working to helping patients and managing an organization's page.

I am grateful for the opportunity to share my concerns. My grandmother, not proficient with Facebook, has been corresponding with a man from Afghanistan who claims they are in a relationship and has asked her for money, which she has been sending. Concerned that this individual is a con artist exploiting her kindness, I am seeking assistance to terminate her account. My grandmother, who previously cared for an elderly man until his passing, now feels obligated to support this person despite her limited means. I fear she is being taken advantage of, and I am desperate to prevent any harm coming to her. Any help in addressing this matter would be greatly appreciated.

To the Facebook Support Team, I am reaching out to request urgent assistance in regaining access to my account. After receiving reports of unauthorized login activity, I promptly locked my account from both my laptop and phone. However, I am encountering difficulties in recovering and unlocking my account. I have not been receiving the OTP messages containing a six-digit code that Facebook is sending to both of my phone numbers ([redacted]2, [redacted]5) since yesterday. Despite attempting to log in from my computer and phone, I am still unable to receive the verification code. I have even submitted my passport image for authentication purposes and can provide additional identification if necessary. I also recently used my card for in-game purchases on Facebook; please advise if further information is required regarding this matter. My account, belonging to Mahshad Sharifi-Moghadam, was inexplicably disabled recently after reporting several fake accounts for threats and harassment towards other users. Despite submitting multiple appeals, I have not received any responses explaining the reason behind the account's disablement. The disabling is not permanent as I was able to submit appeals without receiving a message stating it was permanent. The situation is distressing as I have an active ad account that is boosted, and the wrongful accusation by Facebook has caused great distress to me and my family. The inability to communicate has led friends to inquire about my well-being to my family. It is disheartening that Facebook, despite advocating for reporting problems, would block an account that adheres to community standards. I assert that I have not violated any laws or community standards. I seek assistance in reactivating my disabled account.

My account was temporarily locked due to a potential phishing attempt. Despite trying various unlock methods, I haven't succeeded. I suspect my country code is missing from my correct mobile number listed in the account, making it impossible to receive messages for verification. Although I submitted my driver's license ID, it was rejected as invalid. I then tried the friend identification option, which I answered correctly, but it didn't verify my identity. This has been very frustrating. A simple solution could be to send an email code for confirmation or add my country code (64 for New Zealand) to my mobile number for verification. I hope this message reaches someone who can assist with this issue.

A defamatory post was shared on the Handforth Community Facebook page on Thursday, April 4, [redacted] by Janet T. It contains damaging statements about me and my friends, who are running for local elections. I have reported this to the Police, and they suggested reaching out to you. I kindly request Facebook to either delete the post or shut down the page due to its negative track record regarding such incidents.

My previous Facebook account was hacked and despite reporting it and submitting my photo ID to recover it, the hackers continued to control it. I created a new account with the username [redacted], and hackers from my original account are interfering with it, notifying my friends not to accept my friend requests and might have reported it as fake. I have also submitted my ID for the new account. The situation is urgent as the hackers are also trying to contact me on my phone number [redacted]. I request Facebook to investigate both my accounts promptly. My original account should be deactivated due to fraudulent activity, and my new account needs to be reactivated. It's concerning that the hackers have more control than Facebook. I have attached my ID for your reference.

Hello, I am reaching out regarding an issue with my Facebook account. When I attempted to log in on Wednesday, I received a message stating that my password had been changed an hour prior, which was not possible as I was asleep at that time. I proceeded to the account recovery process, where I was asked to verify my identity by providing my ID, which I uploaded. After that, I received an email notifying me that I could reset my password by following a link. However, upon clicking the link, I was informed that I had attempted too many times and needed to try again later. Despite waiting 24 hours, I encountered the same message. I should note that I no longer have access to the cell phone linked to my account for receiving security codes, and I am also unable to access the associated email address. It is now Sunday, and I urgently need to regain access to my account as it contains important personal history. In early [redacted], there was an issue with my tax refund that was supposed to be direct deposited onto our card, but it got stolen along with other sensitive information. To prevent further hacking, I enabled two-factor authentication on my emails. Unfortunately, our phone broke and the number was recycled before we could replace it, so we lost access. Now, Facebook's SMS messages are going to a stranger, jeopardizing our privacy. Despite multiple attempts to contact Facebook, I only received automated responses with no real solution. It's been over a year of explaining the situation to them without any resolution.

As a member of the Colim church, there is a Facebook page linked to the church that is causing issues. One individual had the login details for the page, left the church, and now claims to have forgotten the information needed to close the account. This forced the opening of a new Facebook account, but the old accounts still exist with outdated information. The main concern is there are now three accounts, with only one being up to date under the name "Colim Colim." The other two accounts "Colim Ministry" and "Colim Minstry" need to be closed, but the person holding the login information is uncooperative. Any help on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated. I'm attempting to regain access to my Facebook account from [redacted]. During my deployment in Afghanistan, I was injured and suffered from amnesia. I've been unable to recall many things, including the password for the email linked to the account. I've previously tried to recover the account by submitting a photo of my identification but was unsuccessful. Since the incident, I've experienced seizures and a Traumatic Brain Injury.
