A group on Facebook, specifically a car group, is causing issues by harassing females. A female friend of mine has been a target of this harassment. I attempted to report this on Facebook by providing false information, hoping to prompt action. The harassment has escalated to the point where legal action may be necessary, including suing Facebook for failing to address the situation promptly. Unfortunately, it has been challenging to reach an actual person at Facebook due to the lack of a direct phone number. This is not the first time I have encountered such difficulties; a previous incident involving another friend went unresolved, likely due to the fake contacts provided for Facebook. I urgently request assistance to resolve this matter promptly.

My current account has been compromised. This is the second account I've lost in a month despite using strong passwords. I urgently request the closure of the two or three compromised accounts and the restoration of my original account. I don't engage in the same behavior as before. Having my original account back and the removal of the others would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, R. Walkerow Email: [redacted]

A friend on Facebook, Robert Vanburen, messaged me to text a number to see if I won money. After providing personal information, they asked me to buy a $[redacted] Amazon card. I explained I couldn't afford it on disability and negotiated down to $50. Feeling suspicious, when they pushed for immediate payment claiming my account only had $20 left, I realized it was a scam. Robert assured me it was legitimate, but upon trying to warn others on Facebook, I found I was locked out. The scammer demanded the gift card before allowing me back in. I couldn't recover my account even after contacting support. I'm concerned about my privacy and how to regain access to Facebook where I share a lot. I hope to inform my friends about this scam. My email is [redacted] and my phone number is [redacted]. Any help to resolve this quickly is appreciated. Thank you, Laurie Kimble.

I have contacted Facebook support multiple times regarding a text message I receive frequently from a number identified as [redacted]-65. The messages usually appear after I log into Facebook, although not every time. They claim there has been an unusual login and provide a link that seems suspicious. Despite only using my phone or iPad to access Facebook, the messages suggest otherwise. I am worried this may be a hacking attempt and have tried to address it with Facebook but received no response. I am eager to stop receiving these unsettling messages.

I am writing to address a concerning issue involving my daughter's mother, Kristen Janelle Dunbar, attempting to access my account without authorization. I recently received an email indicating a password reset request that I did not initiate. Kristen's behavior is alarming due to her mental instability, and I am currently collaborating with Child Welfare Services to ensure the safety of my daughter. I am seeking guidance on the appropriate legal steps to take in this situation to protect my child's well-being. I have taken a screenshot of the email as evidence for my records. Please treat this matter with the seriousness it deserves. Thank you for your assistance. Regards, Christopher Steven Lowe

After participating in a post on Facebook and sharing my opinion as a black individual, my account was unexpectedly disabled. The post in question expressed a viewpoint on racial issues in America, stating that white people are the biggest terrorists. I highlighted the ongoing problem of racism and police violence against black individuals. The current administration was also criticized for exacerbating these issues. I firmly believe in freedom of speech and felt that my account suspension was unfair and possibly racially motivated. I stand by my statements and hope that Facebook addresses this issue promptly.

At 5:43 a.m. on April 5, [redacted], I received a message from one of my Facebook friends alerting me to a potential issue with my account. The message was concerning as it seemed like my account was compromised. On Tuesday at 4:22 p.m., a message was sent which seemed like it was from me, but I didn't send it. Then on Thursday at 3:45 p.m., another unknown person messaged, creating confusion. The subsequent messages exchanged seemed suspicious and unrelated to my usual interactions on Facebook. I was warned by a friend on Tuesday at 3:25 p.m. that my account might have been copied and misused to send messages. The content of the messages I did not send mentioned a Government Grant Recovery program which sounded like a scam. It's concerning that someone is using my account to send out these messages to my contacts. I am seeking assistance in resolving this issue to ensure the security of my account.

My Facebook account notified me of a strange login from another location. When I tried to reset my password, the process froze, and now I can't access my account, suspecting it's been hacked. Unfortunately, the linked email is inactive. I'm willing to provide identification and inbox details to confirm ownership of the account. For reference, the email associated with the Facebook account is [redacted] under the username Shanice Landon.

I attempted to list an item for sale on Marketplace, but Facebook flagged it. I asked for a review, and Facebook stated that it remained flagged, resulting in a 7-day ban on my account. I would have promptly removed the post if given the opportunity after the review, but Facebook did not allow me the chance. I am confused as to why I was banned and seek clarification.

I understand that you primarily handle business accounts, but I hope you can listen to my situation despite not fitting that criteria. Four months ago, my Instagram account was disabled without any warning. I was using the app as usual, but when I switched back to it, I found myself logged out. Despite my attempts, I couldn't log back in and later discovered that my account was disabled, blocking my access permanently. I am deeply disappointed as I believe I haven't violated any rules. Despite multiple unsuccessful attempts to reach Instagram, I am reaching out here for help. I kindly request Facebook's assistance in contacting Instagram to reactivate my account. I would be grateful for any assistance or guidance on how to restore my account. Thank you.

Someone has been impersonating me on Facebook Messenger. Despite changing my profile picture, password, and activating two-factor authentication, they are still able to send spam messages to my friends about money and an organization. My friends have reported and blocked the imposter, but I cannot find the profile when I search for it. It seems like this person might be using their own device to continue the impersonation. I am concerned about my online safety and would appreciate any advice on how to further protect myself in this situation.

My phone was stolen and used to access my Facebook account. The thief changed my FB and email passwords. They posted inappropriate content on my account, which I reported and got removed, but my profile picture remains altered, and I am locked out of my account. Despite my efforts and reporting the theft to the police, I cannot regain access since the hacker changed my associated email. This situation has been ongoing for two weeks and is harming my reputation. I urgently need assistance to resolve this matter.

I'm experiencing issues logging in to my account on a new device due to recent phone changes. When I try to log in, I receive a message stating: "Someone May Have Logged Into Your Account. In order to keep your information secure, we've locked your account. Before we can unlock it, please verify your identity and change your password. Your account will remain hidden until you complete this process." However, when I try to proceed, I only see two options instead of the usual four. The first option, to text a security code to my phone, doesn't provide me with the code. My phone number linked to the account is [redacted]. The second option asks me to "Confirm your identity" on a previously used phone or computer, but when I click continue, nothing happens and I receive a message that says "Login was not approved." This issue is preventing me from recovering my Facebook account due to the authentication process not functioning correctly.

My email addresses for my account are [redacted] and [redacted] Lately, you keep blocking them without reason, making it difficult for many of my friends to contact me as my mobile phone numbers have changed several times. My wife is battling cancer and mental illness, my financial situation is not good as I struggle to support her treatment, work odd jobs, do household chores, cook, give medications, do laundry - basically I provide full-time care around the clock. At the age of 55, I have to manage my own medication and health. Asking for help every day is my job, as I am a poor, helpless individual. Instead of blocking my accounts and mentally harassing me for spending a little time on Facebook, could you kindly guide me? If you can't help, please don't harass me. Thank you. I accidentally locked myself out of my business page, The Little Loom. I was attempting to link Facebook Marketing to my Shopify account but encountered an issue with permissions. In my confusion, I tried to change my role in the Facebook Business Manager to see if that would help, but now I seem to have removed myself as the admin. As a result, I can no longer post on my page, only create ads. The error message "Insufficient permission - You do not have the necessary permission for the specified Page to perform the requested action" keeps appearing. This is troublesome because I am the sole contributor to the page and cannot regain admin access.

Hello! I had a Facebook account until 2 months ago when I was asked to verify my identity. Since then, I have been unable to access my account despite sending in the required documents like my personal ID and credit card. Every time I try, I receive the same message (see attachment). Aside from my personal profile, I have several non-profit organization pages linked to it, which I urgently need access to. When I initially created the account around 10 years ago, I did not use my real name, but I have since submitted my real documents under my real name, Manolache Simona Georgiana. My email for the account is [redacted] The nickname on the personal page was Katya Katy, and the non-profit organization pages include Target Fitness Studio, Tactical Girl, IMCS Kapap Concept, and others with IMCS. Feel free to replace the nickname with my real name if needed for verification. Thank you!

Hello, when I try to log in to my Facebook account, the system only shows me the option to log out and a message about reviewing additional documents. It says to log out with no other options available. This account is vital to me as it contains important business information. Please reactivate my account as soon as possible. Thank you.

Hello Facebook, I am a user of your platform with the profile name REEN MALDHITO. I need help with a dilemma regarding my account. It seems my FB account was hacked after clicking on a business opportunity link. Although I never changed my password in almost seven years, when I tried to log in, it said "incorrect password." When trying to recover my account, a different email address, "e*********j@b*********.work" was shown, which is not mine. This prevented me from regaining access to my account, my only one. I hope you can address this issue promptly as I really need to recover my account. Moving forward, I will be using "[redacted]" for security. Thank you.
