My friend is struggling to recover her hacked Facebook account. She tried email recovery but no longer has access to that email and forgot her trusted contacts. The hacker now communicates through her account and demands to hack another one from [redacted] for her to regain access. Is there another way to recover the account or can Facebook use her trusted contacts to help? Although Facebook found no unusual activity, the hacker posted Arabic writing and foreign pictures. The chat history shows interactions with this unknown person. It's unclear why these actions weren't flagged as suspicious, causing distress. Can Facebook investigate this further to assist in reclaiming the account? Thank you, Michaela

I recently created a Facebook account under the name David Coe and set up a business page for my online store called LeMarchandise, later changing the name to Grannysbluesoup to match my webstore Grannysbluesoup.com. Facebook flagged the name change citing policy issues, despite my appeals, resulting in the page being "Unpublished." After submitting my driver's license for verification, I regained access but the page remained "Unpublished." Unable to delete it, I found myself locked out of my account pending photo verification again. Frustrated by the lack of phone support, I provided another photo hoping to resolve the issue. I simply want my business page to reflect my webstore's name, Grannysbluesoup.com. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

After breaking my phone, I was unable to access Facebook due to the verification code being sent to my old number. I've since submitted an ID to Facebook requesting to change the phone number associated with my account. Unfortunately, it's been 3-5 days, and I still haven't received any follow-up. I find it frustrating that Facebook doesn't offer the option to send verification codes to emails, especially in situations like mine where a phone is inaccessible. I just want to regain access to my account with my new phone number; I hope Facebook addresses this issue promptly.

On my Facebook page [redacted], I keep getting flagged and suspect it's out of revenge. I have been unable to reach a human for assistance. I received two flags for posting an Amanda Palmer song that contained non-sexual nudity on the album cover, which I tried to post before realizing it was flagged. I also got flagged for calling Steve King a Nazi and received a final flag and a month-long ban for sharing a Buzzfeed article about 'Florida man' while joking about white trash, which reflected my personal experience. I requested reviews but received automated denials within 5 minutes with no further recourse. I typically use Facebook to connect with my family and share news stories and art that I enjoy. If Facebook does not resolve this issue, I will be deleting my account tonight. Despite facing harassment and threats on the platform, the automated report found no issues with those instances. It's frustrating to follow the rules and still be penalized because a computer cannot distinguish the context.

Hello, I need assistance regarding my business Facebook account. I promote my products daily, but recently, I was hacked. Thankfully, Facebook resolved the issue after a scam company used my account to boost their products and spent a significant amount from my credit card. However, my account has now been disabled, seemingly due to being reported by a third party, likely linked to the scam incident. I appeal to have my account reinstated urgently as it is crucial for my livelihood and connects me with all my customers. I heavily rely on Facebook boosts and am distressed by this situation. I am from Mauritius, a small island, and I believe I haven't violated any laws here. It's important for me to understand if any content I posted was reported for copyright infringement, especially as I use images from the internet. Please investigate this matter promptly as restarting would be extremely challenging for me, considering the significant following I have built. Best regards, N.S.

Hello, I am reaching out regarding the reactivation of my Facebook account. It was deactivated in error, and I have provided my official ID document multiple times with no response. I want to emphasize that I have not violated any of the platform's rules by posting any inappropriate content. I have not shared any nude, pornographic, or bullying content, nor have I engaged in spam activities. The loss of access to my account has affected my connections with family and friends. I am willing to make any necessary changes to comply with policies; I just request the reactivation of my account. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I received a notification from Facebook about someone trying to log into my account from Texas. They prompted me to confirm if it was me, and I said no. As a security measure, I tried to update my password, but it keeps saying I'm entering the wrong current password. I've had this account for 7 years and never faced this issue before. My username is linked to a Yahoo account I no longer have access to. Despite having my phone number associated with my account, it seems linked to the previous owner of the number. When I attempt to reset my password through text or email, I encounter obstacles with the old contact information. When I enter the received text code, it leads me to someone else's Facebook profile, presumably the previous phone owner. I need assistance resolving this.

I am experiencing difficulty accessing my Facebook account. The email addresses associated with it are not connecting, and after changing my phone number, I am unable to regain access. Facebook's recent update has prevented me from logging in with my current password. Unfortunately, the password reset code is being sent to my old phone number that is no longer active, leaving me locked out. I need assistance to reset my password using my new phone number to regain access. Your help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I have been using a Yahoo account for my Facebook since I first created my account, although I have never used the Yahoo account for anything other than logging into Facebook. One day while trying to access my Facebook, a message appeared, alerting me that someone from an unfamiliar location was attempting to access my account. I denied the request and was subsequently logged out. Unfortunately, when trying to log back in, I encountered difficulties. Despite attempting to reset my password and provide identification, I have not received assistance from Facebook. I contacted Yahoo and was informed that my Yahoo account had been recycled, possibly explaining why I am unable to access my Facebook account.

Hi, my name is Gloria Red Young Man. A few months back, Facebook locked me out of my account, claiming I was using a fake name. When I signed up, my name was entered with the last name first, so Facebook automatically shortened it to "Red." I am devastated because I have numerous family photos on there, including pictures of my late son, grandchildren, relatives, and friends. I relied on Facebook to keep in touch with family who live far away. I just want my pictures back, even if it means being permanently removed from Facebook. Please understand how important this is to me. Thank you.

I have attempted to regain access to my Facebook account more than 20 times. The phone number linked to the account is [redacted], the only one that should be associated with it. I was temporarily blocked from posting on the platform due to content deemed inappropriate by the moderators. My article critiqued some statements made by Muslim Spokespersons. I believe my post was well-structured and respectful. However, the specific issue with the content was not clearly communicated to me. I would like to be reinstated on the platform as soon as possible. There was a discrepancy with my Email address which I have been using for fifteen years. I am looking for clarification and a response to my concerns.

My name is Latasha Smith, and my profile has been hacked. The hacker changed my email address and phone number to prevent me from accessing my account. I request Facebook to close the profile down as there is personal information and pictures of my children on it. The hacker is pretending to be me and posting about money, trying to scam people for their bank information. I feel my children and I are at risk due to this behavior. My main profile picture shows me in a pink shirt with my head down and my arm resting on my head. There is also a picture of my four children in front of a gray car outside my home. I have tried uploading my photo ID on Wednesday night but haven't regained access. Please help. You can contact me at [redacted] or via email at [redacted] If I can't access the page, kindly shut it down completely to protect my family from the hacker's actions. Thank you.

I have been struggling to update my email and phone number on Facebook. Despite providing all necessary information to customer service, nothing has been resolved. Attempting to log in from another site prompts me to log in again, but I can't due to the outdated email and phone number linked to my account. Clicking on the option to change my number makes it disappear. I fear I might be locked out as all interactions on Facebook lead to an error page. I am Teresa J. Reed with the profile picture supporting "All Lives Matter." You can now contact me at [redacted], previously known as [redacted] and [redacted] Currently, my account shows [redacted] and outdated phone numbers. Please contact me at [redacted] as my attempts to resolve this issue have been unsuccessful. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

Earlier today around 6 o’clock, my Facebook account was hacked. I am very private with my information, so I can't think of anyone who would have my details. The hacker tagged my friends, family, coworkers, and even my bosses in explicit videos, and now I have no control over my account. I can't like, comment, post, or delete anything, and the same goes for Messenger. I really need help with this situation because I don't want to start over with a new account. I have all the evidence to prove that I am the rightful owner of this account, and I hope to regain access soon.

Hello, I recently encountered an issue where I was blocked from accessing my friends' pictures and posts on Facebook. Facebook temporarily restricted my account due to what they perceived as misuse by repeatedly clicking on my friends' photos. This situation is perplexing because I was merely trying to view their posts. I am reaching out for help to understand the duration of this temporary block, as reconnecting with friends and family is important to me. I have engaged with Facebook for years without any prior incidents, making this restriction unexpected and inconvenient. I am eager for a resolution that includes unblocking access to the friends and account sections, as I rely on these for professional networking too. Attempting to seek assistance via phone and email has been unsuccessful, as the automated response indicates a lack of available support. Despite a temporary fix in the past, this issue has resurfaced and needs prompt attention. Any assistance to resolve this matter swiftly is greatly appreciated. Thank you. Barbara McRae.

Hello, I am in the process of creating a brand and have encountered an issue when trying to set up a Facebook page. The username I desire, "FitchQ," is already taken by an individual, preventing me from establishing it as the official page for my brand. I have managed to secure the same username on Instagram for branding consistency, but without it on Facebook, my promotional efforts are hindered. Using a different name is not an option due to its impact on promotional activities. I kindly request assistance in securing the "FitchQ" username for my business page on Facebook to align with my brand. If this is not feasible, I might have to focus solely on Twitter for my promotional needs. Thank you and I look forward to your response. Best regards, VB

I recently created a new Facebook account and contacted my old friends by searching their names. After adding my phone number as requested by Facebook and later removing it, the platform asked me to upload a photo of myself. I uploaded a selfie for verification. The next day, my account was disabled for alleged violations of Facebook's terms. I provided my real name, date of birth, and even submitted my [redacted] class report card with only my name and birthdate visible, but have not heard back yet. I hope for a response or further guidance from Facebook. Name: Rukhsar Alam Ansari Date of birth: 17/02/[redacted]. My Facebook email is [redacted] Any assistance would be appreciated.

Dear Customer Support, I am writing to inform you that on the 20th of March at approximately 6:30 pm, I purchased concert tickets from an individual named Cameron Williams. Due to his lack of a PayPal account, I conducted the transaction through my NatWest mobile app, transferring a total of £40. Following the transfer, Cameron requested a screenshot as proof of payment, claiming that he had not received the funds yet. After providing the screenshot, he assured me that he would promptly send the email containing the e-tickets I purchased. Unfortunately, the next day, when I inquired about the tickets as I had not received them, I did not receive a response. Subsequently, I noticed that my messages were left unread and I was blocked by Cameron. I have reported the incident to both the police and Action Fraud. Action Fraud issued me a crime reference number NFRC[redacted]81 and advised me to contact my bank immediately. Upon reaching out to NatWest, I was informed that it could take up to 48 days for a resolution. On Friday, 5th April at 08:54 am, I received an email stating that as I willingly transferred the funds, they are unable to assist, resulting in a loss of £40. It has come to my attention that Cameron T. Williams has defrauded other individuals as well. I possess all of his bank details, message screenshots, and evidence of the financial transaction. I am seeking your assistance in resolving this matter. Sincerely, Amy C.
