Hello, I have been trying to have videos and pictures of me removed from a fake account that has been used to humiliate and fat shame me. The account belongs to someone who has been harassing me for months. Facebook has informed me that this does not violate their policy. Despite blocking the account, my images and videos are still online, causing humiliation for both me and my children. My kids are facing bullying at school because of this situation. I may consider seeking legal assistance if Facebook continues to ignore my requests to have my content removed from this impersonating account. I am puzzled as to why Facebook is not taking action to close down the fake account or remove the offensive material. Thank you for your attention.

Hello Facebook Support, I would like to address an issue with the business page for UIBRents. I am Kevin Kammerzell, the web designer behind the website and FB page. Previously, I granted permission to Barbara Adams, the UIB office manager, to post on behalf of the company. However, following her passing, I discovered that she had made herself the Admin and demoted me to Editor. As a result, I am unable to make important changes on the page, impacting our response rate and reviews. I have purchased advertising for UIB Rents, with the ads and billing history accessible in my account. Unfortunately, due to Barbara Adams' passing, I am unable to regain access. I have taken steps such as publicly notifying her death on the page, advising users not to engage with us on FB, and attempting to contact support through various channels without success. I urgently seek your assistance in restoring access to the business page for UIB Rents or, if not possible, deleting the page altogether. Hello everyone, We accidentally have two Facebook business pages, and unfortunately, we can't log into the one we want to keep active and up to date. The other page that we can access is not the one we want, and we've tried several times to deactivate it without success. It's frustrating! We need help to resolve this issue. Update: As of April 5, [redacted], 2:15 pm AEST, we still haven't had any luck with this problem. The problem is that we have a personal page under the name "John Citizen", which we use to manage our business page. However, the business page has the same name and we want to close both of these incorrect pages. The page we want to keep, named "John Citizen's Back Wax Service", is active, but we can't log in because we don't remember the original email used to set it up. We've tried different phone numbers and email addresses without success. We're struggling to update the page or make any changes. Hopefully, we can find a solution soon.

Hello, My personal page is connected to my account. I received a notification a month ago asking me to verify my page by confirming the address and using 2-factor authentication to enhance security. When I went through the verification process, a barcode was sent to my laptop and I used the QR & Barcode Scanner app on my phone to scan it. After confirming the address and entering the code, my page was successfully verified. A few days ago, I accidentally logged out of all my devices and browsers. Now, logging in requires a code from an authentication app, which I never linked to my Facebook account. The phone I used for scanning the code had no SIM card, and no phone number was provided during the authentication. Therefore, I can't receive any code from an authentication app or via SMS. Is it possible to verify my account through other means, such as answering account-related questions? I assure you this is my account and I kindly request a prompt resolution. This morning, around 6:30 p.m., I believe Facebook disabled my account. Upon trying to log back in, I was informed that my password had been changed. I did not change my password. When attempting to reset it, the issue arose because the reset link was sent to an old email address linked to my Facebook that I can no longer access, making it impossible to receive the code necessary for resetting my password. Despite trying to secure my account and indicating that I no longer had access to my email, I encountered further obstacles. Facebook provided my trusted contacts, to whom I sent the recovery link for them to provide me with the codes. After receiving and entering the codes, Facebook displayed a message stating that I was "trying too often." Despite clearing my browsing history, the problem persisted. Even after having my trusted contacts retry, the issue remained. Facebook is not allowing me to use my trusted contacts to regain access to my account. Unable to recover my old email due to its age, I am at a loss. It's frustrating not knowing why my account was disabled or how my password was changed. Please help me regain access to my Facebook account.

Hello, my page has been deactivated once more. I am just trying to promote my products to support my family financially, but it seems like someone is preventing us from making a living. I feel like I am facing discrimination, either from Facebook or someone who does not want me to sell my toy guns. My business is known as Oz Gel and Tactical Supplies. Hello, I am seeking help to regain access to our previous FB business account for Pro-Design Paragliding. We are unsure of who the admin is and how we can update this information. The company owner informed me that many years ago, our web designer used to post occasionally on the page. We now have a new web designer for years, and the old one, who was a student, is no longer active in this field. Unfortunately, we have lost access to the account and cannot find any login details. Case #[redacted][redacted] I manage a local supermarket called Great Giant Lansing. Recently, a former employee who had control of our GGS Lansing page has given up their passwords. On March 25th, they relinquished the passwords, and now I, with Admin. rights to the Great Giant Lansing page since 3/26/19, am attempting to merge the two pages. However, I received an error message saying I need to wait until 4/2/19 due to being a new admin. After verifying my account with a code received via text, both pages were temporarily shut down. It is crucial for us to reconnect with our customers on Facebook, as we have upcoming promotions and need to link a new Instagram account to Great Giant Lansing. My phone was initially hacked, followed by my accounts including Facebook and email. Despite numerous attempts to regain access, I have been unsuccessful. I resorted to creating a new account; however, I forgot the password and lost access after changing phones. Upon creating another new account, I received a message from Facebook alleging impersonation, prompting a request for my ID, which I provided. Despite submitting a clear image showing my face and ID, I remain locked out. It only occurred to me recently to search for ways to reach Facebook support, leading me here. I am eager to access my original account, as it holds cherished memories of my daughter over the years. Approximately three weeks ago, I logged out of my Facebook account and unfortunately forgot my password. I am experiencing multiple issues with Facebook and need assistance. Issue 1: Login Problems I am facing difficulties logging into my Facebook Business Manager account as the login button is missing. When I click on "create account," it indicates my account exists but doesn't allow me to proceed. Similarly, clicking on links for the Ads Manager or Creative Hub redirects me to my Facebook business page. Even invitations to private business groups lead me back to the business page repeatedly. I am struggling to delete my old Facebook account due to personal data safety concerns. The account is outdated, and I now use a legal alias and live in a different area. I have no contact with the people linked to that account, and Facebook requires me to reach out to them to gain access. I have all the necessary identification documents to prove ownership of the account, but I can't access it to delete it. I have even sent emails through Deseat.me to *****@***.com requesting the deletion of my personal data under the GDPR. Facebook needs to improve their account recovery process for situations like mine. I have attempted various methods to solve this issue, but it seems Facebook is not prioritizing personal safety or addressing situations where the past can impact the future.

I am encountering difficulties accessing the Marketplace to list my bike for sale on the Tampa Bay Cycling Classifieds page. I was informed about alleged Commerce violations without any details provided about the specific infractions I supposedly committed. Moreover, I am receiving notifications that I have been added to groups without my consent, leading me to believe that someone may be impersonating me on Facebook. I recently noticed unauthorized charges on my debit card statement. I always check my bank statements diligently, and this time I saw a transaction from a company I'm not familiar with for $62. I tried to contact the merchant but found out there was no contact information provided on the statement. I would like to request a refund for this charge as I did not authorize it. I have already contacted my bank to dispute the charge and they suggested reaching out to the merchant first to attempt to resolve the issue. I used to be a moderator in a Facebook group named Makeup Junkies Anonymous. In January, they removed me from the group and have been harassing me since then. They have a section called “off your chest” where members target, bully, share screenshots, and personal information. I have documented over [redacted] instances of them stalking me, using derogatory language like calling me names, insulting my appearance, and even sharing my family's photos from my private accounts. Despite blocking them, they persist by creating new accounts to continue their harassment. I am considering legal action against the group and Facebook. I have reported their behavior multiple times without any action being taken. This group is labeled as a SUPPORT group, yet they engage in bullying and harassment which is unacceptable. How can such behavior be allowed in a group meant for support?
