I have submitted various documents like my photo, driver's license, and utility bill, but Facebook has not provided any communication or resolved the issue. It's frustrating to have my friends and colleagues accept my friend requests only to have Facebook disable my account shortly after. I'm puzzled by the repeated account deactivations and unsure of the reasons behind Facebook's actions.

This past Saturday, I received a message from Facebook regarding suspicious activity. Following their prompt, I changed my password on my iPhone and accepted the suggested one. Unfortunately, I seem to have forgotten to save the new password as it doesn't appear in my settings. While I can still access my account on my iPhone, my MacBook does not recognize the new password, making it inaccessible. I am waiting for a response from Facebook after submitting my ID photos for recovery, as suggested by their process. There's a discrepancy in name usage – my account is under Jack Hunger but my legal name is John Hunger. I aim to update my email and phone number but need access to my account first. Losing access would greatly impact my business operations. Please assist.

I was contacted on Messenger by an individual named Camren Chrissy James regarding the sale of a Nintendo Switch. We agreed on the sale, and she paid me via bank transfer, providing a screenshot of the transaction. She requested next day delivery, which I arranged after adding the additional cost to the total. Unfortunately, it seems she found a way to retract the transfer, essentially scamming me. I have involved the police and fraud investigators to look into this matter. I attempted to report her on Facebook and Marketplace, but I am unsure about the process. This incident has caused me immense distress as it involves a significant sum of money she deceitfully obtained from me. It's crucial to prevent her from victimizing others in the future. Our communication on Messenger was extensive, but she blocked me immediately after the item was delivered.

On February 23, [redacted], my iPhone 8 was stolen. I reported the incident to my carrier, AT&T, who blacklisted the phone by its serial number. Unfortunately, it seems the thief can still access and use the phone through a Wi-Fi connection. Shockingly, a nude photo appeared on my Facebook timeline or story, which I did not share or upload. I acted swiftly to change my Facebook password but encountered an issue when I tried to log in later that day. Facebook claimed my email and phone number, both long-standing on my account, were invalid. Despite following the help center's instructions, I have been unable to regain access to my account for over a month. I am seeking assistance to reclaim control of my Facebook account urgently. While browsing on Facebook, an advertisement caught my eye for a jar opener with multiple uses. Intrigued, I initially hesitated to order. After seeing the ad repeatedly, I eventually decided to make a purchase. However, during the checkout process, an additional item, an unwanted eye cream product, was automatically added to my order without my consent. The total charge amounted to $29.99. Upon receiving the jar opener, I found it to be of poor quality resembling those found in discount stores. To my surprise, the unsolicited eye cream also arrived. Upon reviewing my credit card statement, I discovered unauthorized charges from a company named VIP*LOTUS MAX. The charges were $89.99 on 3/08/19 and $4.99 on 3/24/19. When contacting the provided phone number [redacted], I was informed that I had unknowingly signed up for a membership with LOTUS for $89.99. I promptly disputed both charges, as I never consented to them nor to the additional eye cream item. This experience has led me to refrain from making any future purchases from advertisements on Facebook. Ensuring the reliability of vendors promoted on the platform would be beneficial for all users.

I have been unable to access my Facebook account since the beginning of [redacted] or late [redacted]. A few months ago, Facebook conducted a security check through my Facebook mobile app. They requested my Facebook login password, which I couldn't recall since I signed up back in [redacted] during my time at university. Complicating matters, the email I used for my Facebook account is no longer accessible as it was a university email address. This prevents me from using the 'forgot password' option to regain access. I attempted to have my university recover the email address earlier this year without success, as they are reluctant to assist former students. How can I regain access to my Facebook account? I have a friend, Gail West, staying with me. She doesn't have a phone, so I allowed her to create a Facebook account using my phone number [redacted]. However, Facebook keeps locking her out, requiring her to upload a picture of herself for security reasons. This has happened three times already. We uploaded her picture on the 31st, and she was briefly allowed in on the 1st, but the cycle continues. It's frustrating. I am encountering difficulties recovering my Facebook account linked to the name "Kathy Blouin-Potvin." It seems as though my password has been altered, possibly on Sunday morning. My name is Alicia W. and my account got disabled on Thursday, March 28, [redacted]. I have felt really down ever since. Learning to live without Facebook has been challenging since it holds 10 years of precious memories. I understand and respect the rules you have to enforce. Coming from an IT background myself, I know the importance of following guidelines. The reason for my page suspension was due to copyright infringement. After the initial issue, I stopped posting Anime videos and began sharing popular videos with proper credit. I faced a fire incident that led me to lose everything and found solace in posting on my Facebook business page with my iPhone. I struggled to delete older videos from my past via mobile. During my homelessness, my business page brought me joy as it grew significantly. I hope someone sees this and grasps the significance of Facebook in my life. Dealing with occasional depression, Facebook has let me stay updated, laugh, and connect with my scattered family. Having lost everything, I leaned on Facebook to seek support and now, I am slowly getting back on my feet with a new job. I miss having Facebook at my fingertips. While I understand the slim chances of recovering my personal and business pages, I wanted to attempt reaching out. My Gmail account recovery email was hacked, and the recovery email on my Facebook account was changed by someone from an IP address I have reported to local law enforcement for cyberstalking. The new recovery email on Facebook is [redacted] and is connected to 5 unknown devices. My Facebook account contains a memorial page for my dad linked to paulinoalicia9@ gmail.com. I am trying to recover my Facebook account, but the recovery number was changed to [redacted], which is not my cell number. My actual number is [redacted]. I am confused as to why my Facebook account has been disabled. I do not post anything inappropriate or harmful, just memes and jokes for laughs. I value the history on my page and wouldn't risk losing it. I did not receive any notification; my account was disabled when I tried to log in at work. I suspect it may have been hacked. I am frustrated as I have many irreplaceable photos of my children and family on the account. I simply want to regain access to my personal content and am not concerned about any restrictions. I cannot pinpoint any wrongdoing on my part and would appreciate assistance in restoring my account and retrieving my family pictures.

I recently discovered that my original social media account was hacked, and my login credentials were changed. As a result, I created a new account unintentionally similar to the old one. However, shortly after creating the new account, I found it disabled. I followed the instructions to verify my identity with Facebook, but I have not received any updates yet. Meanwhile, my family and friends informed me of receiving strange messages. The hacking incident may have been triggered by a message I received offering financial assistance, which I clicked before the account was compromised. My account has been locked for nearly a week, preventing me from signing in. It seems to be due to a name reporting issue. My Facebook username is DjLtwist, while my legal name is David John Lossman. Most people know me as Dave or Twist. How can I provide legal proof of this situation? I find this situation confusing. I have only had this account for about a year and have not had any other accounts with different names. I previously sent my IDs to Facebook for verification without any problems. I submitted the same four IDs again. I was informed this would be resolved by 4/3/19, but I have not received any updates or changes by that date. I would greatly appreciate a response or, even better, having my account unlocked. If needed, I am willing to change my name to DjLossman. However, I am unable to do so because I cannot log in. I have Facebook Messenger, and unfortunately, I fell victim to a scam. The scam came through my brother's personal account, and now I have two of his accounts on Messenger. I received a message from someone named Mercy Rose claiming to be from SBA.gov, stating that I won a grant. They asked me to purchase $[redacted].00 in Google Play cards, scratch them, and send the numbers. This turned out to be a scam, and now I'm out $[redacted].00. My account is under [redacted], feel free to verify all the messages. My brother, Dan Swanson's accounts have been hacked too. I had a similar scam last year and Google reimbursed me over $[redacted].00. Now, I'm at a loss and considering quitting social media. Please help catch these scammers. I am Aman Shukla. I attempted to access my old Facebook account, which was previously misused and deactivated. Recently, I successfully logged in and deactivated it again. Now, when I try to access it for retrieving pictures and memories, I am unable to due to security reasons. After attempting to verify my identity, I receive a message stating it is currently unable to verify my account. This issue persists, and I need assistance in resolving it.

About a week ago, I was on Craigslist and saw a TV I liked. It was cheap, with only an email contact. After sending an email expressing my interest, my phone logged me out of everything, causing chaos. Today, after resetting my phone without backing up, I'm locked out of my Facebook account, crucial for my gaming, particularly Golf Clash. Yesterday morning at 10 a.m. Nigeria time, my Facebook account was hacked. I managed to recover it this morning by changing both my Facebook and email passwords. Upon checking this evening, I realized it was hacked again. My account now lacks my email address, phone number, and profile picture. I recently received a notification that my account was disabled for potential abuse, but I had reported weeks ago that my account was hacked with no response. I am unable to recover it now because the updates I made to my phone number and email address did not go through. My old email was [redacted] and my current one is [redacted] My phone number is [redacted], which I have had longer than my Facebook account. There was a strange occurrence where I was receiving my husband's Facebook posts for a couple of days, but that has since stopped. When I tried to access my Facebook account today, I encountered a blue background with images that require login. My login information is not being recognized despite my attempts. I need a code to change my login information, but it was not sent to my current accounts.
