Hello, I’m seeking assistance regarding an incident that occurred from March 30th to April 8th involving my boyfriend and his associates. Upon waking on April 8th, I discovered that they tampered with my phone, changed all my passwords and accounts, and installed backup apps in case I attempted to take any photos, videos, or contact others. After managing to leave on Thursday, my boyfriend invited me to join his family on Facebook. Upon accepting, I noticed a systematic clearing of data from my phone to laptop, ultimately resulting in the deletion of all my videos and pictures. His name is Theo Harding from Alberton, born on January 6th, [redacted]. He operates around 10 Facebook accounts and several fake musician profiles with various phone numbers, one of which I believe to be [redacted]. Though I lack evidence of the data erasure, I am reaching out to see if there is any way to retrieve everything deleted between April 1st to April 9th, [redacted]. My email, elizabeth. [redacted], was also compromised in this incident.

Hello, I'm unable to log into my account because the email address and phone number I was using are associated with another account. When I enter my email address, it opens a different account instead of mine. After resetting the password, the password for the other account changes, not mine. I've tried all possible ways to recover my account but have been unsuccessful. Urgent assistance is needed as I can see my account under the name Kajal Rana but cannot log in. Even after using trusted contacts, I receive an error message saying there have been too many attempts and that the email address is already in use. My email address is [redacted] When I enter this email, Payal Rana's account opens. The same issue occurs with my phone number [redacted]. Please help me.

Hello Facebook Team, I am Zeeshan from Bangladesh and I have been using my Facebook account since [redacted]. I have always provided accurate information about myself. Recently, my photography has gained recognition in my country. However, a page used my photos without my permission. When I asked them to credit me, they were rude. After I warned them about copyright, they agreed to credit me but did not follow through. To my surprise, my account was disabled when I woke up today. Despite submitting my school ID and passport, Facebook did not reinstate my account. I am at a loss of what to do next. Many friends, family, and famous photographers are connected to my account. I believe the page's admin reported me out of retaliation for requesting image credit. I urgently need your help to restore my account and address this issue. Account Name: Zeeshan Reza Date of Birth: 6th September [redacted] Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh Contact Number: +[redacted][redacted] Best regards, Zeeshan **I am anxiously awaiting your response**

I suspect someone accessed my Facebook and WhatsApp accounts. I have deleted both, but I have a backup of my Facebook account. In the backup, there is a group named "Established Adult Life" created on April 15 without my knowledge. I received an email asking for money to prevent the distribution of adult videos supposedly of me. My WhatsApp account is likely deleted, and my Facebook account is set to be deleted on May 16. Please delete it immediately along with the associated group. In the meantime, I've created a new Facebook account and am gradually adding my friends. You can reach me by email at [redacted] or by phone at [redacted], which was my WhatsApp number.

Hello, I am experiencing two issues that I need help with. 1. Whenever I create a Facebook campaign for website conversions, I notice that an extra conversion is mistakenly recorded. For example, in campaign number [redacted][redacted], it shows that 4 people made purchases, but upon checking my website, I only see 3 items were sold. This has happened multiple times, making it challenging for me to scale up my campaigns. 2. I would like to inquire about the cost per purchase. Can the cost start at $12, then increase to $21 the next day, and finally reach $32 by the end of the campaign? Additionally, is it possible that Facebook charges more for conversions than the actual product price? For instance, if I sell a product for $13.5, could Facebook be charging $14.5 for each conversion? I appreciate your prompt response to these queries. Thank you.

In [redacted], my friends helped me set up a Facebook account on my old phone. In [redacted], when I upgraded my phone with Verizon, I had to log in again. Despite previous upgrades where I never logged out, I couldn't remember the password or old phone number. I created a new account a few weeks ago, with changes to my last name and exclusion of my middle name. Suddenly, I noticed unfamiliar apps on my phone with accounts already set up. For example, WhatsApp had my old email and profile pic but with different numbers. When I asked my daughter's mother, she denied creating these accounts. Upon trying to login to Facebook, it couldn't find my name. I reached out to my sister, who still has my original account on her friends list, and she noticed posts from my new account also showing up on the old one.

I recently tried to access my Facebook account after some time and since I moved to a different country. I was prompted with a security check stating my account may be compromised and I needed to confirm my identity. However, I was only given the option to contact three friends. Despite the inconvenience of contacting unavailable or boycotting friends, I managed to get 4-digit codes from three other friends. After trying to enter the codes for two days, I received an error message stating they didn't match the security check. At this point, I am frustrated and do not want to inconvenience my friends further. Could someone please assist me in accessing my account without this repetitive check? Thank you for your help. Best, G. Spindleshanks

I unintentionally posted a message that was misinterpreted as racist, which was not my intent. After a confrontation with someone who pointed it out, I realized how poorly it was worded. Despite apologizing, the individual continues to escalate the situation by sharing it along with my picture and profile, leading to harassment towards my daughter. My original concern was about the influx of individuals, not solely Mexicans, into our sanctuary city following discussions by Trump about sending them all here, particularly fearing issues like child trafficking. Unfortunately, the situation has spiraled out of control with more people getting involved due to her posts being put back up on Facebook.

On the morning of April 8th, around 9 AM, I attempted to log into my Facebook account, [redacted] However, upon entering my password, I received a message stating it was incorrect, even though I did not change it. Despite numerous login attempts, I was unsuccessful. I then tried to reset my password following Facebook's instructions, but encountered an issue as the verification code was being sent to my old email address that I no longer have access to. Since that morning, I have been unable to access my Facebook account. Today, April 17th, my sister, N.D.S. Cabadonga, noticed that my account was active while she was using her own Facebook account, [redacted]3, and sent me a screenshot confirming that someone may have hacked into my account. It appears that someone is impersonating me on my account. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter.

I deactivated an old account in [redacted] but now that I want to reactivate it, I see it's disabled but still public. It was created with an email I can't access now. I need to change the relationship status from "It's complicated" to "Married." Can you help with this? If not, can you hide or delete the page? I've already sent multiple requests and a screenshot without a response. Thank you.

Yesterday at 9:57 AM, I received a notification from Facebook regarding an attempted login from Sweetwater, Texas, resulting in my account being temporarily locked. Despite clicking "Continue" and selecting "No" when asked if it was me, I reached a page prompting a password change. Unfortunately, I seem to have forgotten my current password, as all attempts to reset it have been unsuccessful. I suspect the intruder might have altered the password. Is there a way for Facebook to provide my current password or assign a temporary one? I've listed my personal information to verify my identity as Craig A. F. and can be reached at the contact details below. Thank you for your assistance.

Dear Support Team, I'm having trouble accessing my Instagram account via the iPhone app. When I attempt to log in, the page shows up blank and white, essentially locking me out of my account. I've recently upgraded to a new phone, thinking the issue might be related to my older iPhone, but the problem persists. There are no unusual activities on my account that would suggest any unauthorized behavior. Instagram was functioning normally without any issues yesterday, so I'm uncertain about how to troubleshoot this problem. Oddly, my Facebook account is working fine, so it's puzzling why I'm encountering difficulties with Instagram. My Instagram handle is Farrukhsarah, and it's linked to the email [redacted] and phone number [redacted]. For urgent assistance, please contact me at [redacted]. I suspect someone may be attempting to compromise my account, and if so, I'd like to address this legal matter promptly. I tried reaching out to Instagram's phone support but was unable to connect with a live representative, despite leaving a voicemail. Your immediate help in resolving this issue is greatly appreciated. I'm eager to regain access to my account, as this disruption is quite inconvenient and undermines the security of my photos. Thank you, Sarah F.

My daughter informed me that I needed to reset my Facebook password because she received a friend request from my account, which I did not send. I logged out to avoid any unintentional actions while I am away. When I tried to change my password, the process was interrupted, likely due to differences in the passwords I entered. I received a text and an email with different codes to reset my password, but I am unsure how to proceed with using them. I am seeking assistance from a Facebook customer support representative as I was unable to reach anyone using the phone numbers I found. The current support process is not ideal for users like me who just want to connect with family and friends. It seems like some of my peers are also considering leaving Facebook due to similar issues. I might have to seek technical support to figure out what to do next.

I fell victim to a scam on Facebook Pay. After reporting it, my Facebook Pay account got disabled. However, the scammer's Facebook Pay account is still active. My bank confirmed there are no blocks against Facebook transactions on my account, which I have in writing. Despite this, Facebook insists there are issues. I have even offered to repay the $15 lost to regain access to Facebook Pay. Resolving this matter has been ongoing since October [redacted], involving Facebook, my bank, and myself.

My company, Heritage Interiors Designs, encountered an issue with a purchase made through Facebook Messenger instead of the PayPal app. The product was not received, and PayPal advised me to contact my credit card company to dispute the charges. Facebook has disabled my payment ability, and despite attempts to resolve it through the forms provided, I am unable to reinstate it. I am frustrated by the lack of customer support and seek guidance on how to restore my payment ability. It is concerning that there are no consequences for the seller who did not fulfill the order while my business is affected. I request detailed instructions on the necessary steps to address this issue.
