The issue in GetHuman-nscelza's own words
Eliminate criminal charges and consequently jail time. ... In November, two-thousand-seventeen, I pled guilty to Criminal Mischief first degree and became sentenced to five years suspended after eighteen months to serve. Also on that date, a complete no contact in any manner, way, or circumstance Protective Order was placed, via Connecticut law, for the victim in said above charge. I began my sentence on that date, however after nine months due to “good behavior”, I was released to parole’s care via my sister’s condo in July two-thousand-eighteen. I was to complete the remainder of my eighteen months, which would be seven months with good behavior. I did very well in all facets of instated standards parole expected. On Jan. nineteenth, two-thousand-nineteen, a mere forty days before I was to discharge from parole and DOC custody, police showed up at my house to question me about two Facebook friend requests sent from my Facebook account, on Jan-fourteen and Jan-seventeen, to my victim’s Facebook account. I handed the police officers my phone and allowed them access to my FB account to prove my innocence . However, they were able to see that a request had indeed been sent via my account and was still pending. I immediately took the phone back and hit the cancel button to expunge the request. The victim also has screen shots of both individual requests on above stated dates. Unfortunately, with no explanation, I was violated on parole on Jan. twenty-second and lost fifteen “good days”, remanding me back to jail fifteen EXTRA days, on top on the forty I still owed. I was released from the said above charge of Criminal Mischief on March twenty-fifth of this year. I should have just been released, but I had to bond out because I now had * new charges. It is two counts of Violating a Protectice order. I originally thought my ex who has a vengeful attitude towards me, knowing my password which had been the same for ages, logged into my account and sent my victim the requests to ***** me over. He denies it. Interestingly, since I’ve been out for the last five days I’ve been doing research and it seems he may not be lying. It seems FB has been sending random requests for years. Also, the victim lives five miles from me, we have thirty-five mutual friends, and she is engaged to my brother-law. With my studying on the subject, it seems that FB will send requests based off of mutual friends, contacts*phone numbers synced to the phone I’m logged into, or even games I sync my phone with. If I’m not friends on FB with a fellow gamer in the game I play, they will attempt to connect us. Also, I have logged into my FB via other phones that may have been friends with my victim. I don’t know if she has any of the same apps*games that I do, but she could. I am facing more criminal charges and my lawyer and I are trying to figure this out. I’ve already done two extra weeks in jail and paid $two-hundred-fifty cash to get out. I have court on May first, and I’d like to have some reasonable doubt to produce to the courts. I immediately blocked the victim and temporarily deactivated my account. What do I do? My name is Nicole Scelza.
I did not send these alleged friend requests.
I want to prove that I did not send these requests. At the least, prove reasonable doubt.
I’ve been with FB for over ten years.
I’ve searched my FB before I deactivated it to see if other unknown phones have logged into my account. Two other alien iPhones have logged into my account just a few days before the requests were sent.
