On March 27th, I was suddenly logged out of Facebook and Messenger on all devices. I attempted to log back in using my password but was unsuccessful. Upon clicking the "forgotten password" option, I could only select my old email account, which I no longer have access to. I have updated my Facebook account with my new email and phone number. After contacting Microsoft, they informed me that my old email had been deactivated and was now being used by someone else. When I tried to proceed by stating I no longer had access to my email, I was prompted to contact my trusted contacts. I received codes from three of my contacts, but upon entering them, I received an error saying I had attempted too many times when it was actually my first try. Despite waiting until the next day, I continued to encounter the same issue. It is frustrating that I am unable to regain access to my account, no matter what steps I take.

My eight-year-old son used my email and mobile number to sign up for Facebook on my laptop. I am unable to delete his account and want to create my own Facebook account using my details. I filled out a form to request deletion of his account as a minor, but I haven't received a confirmation email yet. His account is active under the name Drew Malouf with a fake birthdate. I would like guidance on how to delete his account as a minor and create my own account using my information, without needing a new email address. It's frustrating to not have live customer support from Facebook, especially when dealing with minors on the platform.

I have been blocked for 30 days for "violating community standards." I strongly disagree, as I have expressed my opinion and do not believe I need permission to do so. Freedom of speech is a fundamental right. Regarding my comments, they simply contain the truth. It is a fact that China leads in animal abuse, torture, and violence. Additionally, there have been cases in Finland where Muslim men who arrived as "refugees" have been convicted of raping Finnish girls and women. They justify this based on their religion and culture, which is unacceptable. My culture and religion do not condone such acts. I will not tolerate Facebook's double standards. It seems that while my posts are censored, hateful comments towards Israel and anti-Semitism are allowed. This raises questions about Facebook's policies.

I am concerned by the lack of technical support options provided by such a prominent and profitable company like Facebook. After spending more than 30 minutes searching for a way to reach out for help, I was disappointed to find no phone number, email, or live chat support available. The automated message on the phone confirmed that technical support over the phone is not offered, which is unacceptable considering the vast number of users and issues on the platform. The inability to directly contact Facebook for assistance is frustrating, especially given their dominance in the industry. Despite my strong feelings, I will reluctantly continue using my personal account. However, for business reasons, I urgently need to convert a personal Facebook profile to a business one without creating a new account. I hope Facebook can address this request promptly and with respect for their users.

Hello, I am Brian Kerr, the former coach of the Republic of Ireland football team. I want to address an issue where an individual is using the name Brian Bleedin Kerr on Facebook to post negative comments or quotes falsely attributed to me. As I am currently employed by Virgin Media TV and various news and sport stations in Ireland and the UK, this situation is very concerning to me. I do not have any affiliation with the Facebook account in question and I kindly request that it be deactivated to prevent any more misleading posts.

Hello, I'm Benny Finlay known on Facebook as Daddy Poppins. I manage DaddyPoppins page, Waterford Dyspraxia/DCD, and Liberty Blue Estate Agents page. My concern involves accessing my DaddyPoppinsIreland Instagram account linked to Facebook.com/DaddyPoppins. When I try to log in, Instagram requests a security code through 2-factor authentication. Unfortunately, I'm not receiving the code on my correct phone number. The only other option offered is to an email address at my agency, but the codes don't reach me there either. Despite efforts to seek help from Instagram and Facebook, I am stuck as I can’t receive the necessary security code to log in. Although I can log in using my Facebook account, it directs me to my DCDynamos Instagram instead of DaddyPoppinsIreland. I am able to receive codes from other platforms on the same phone number but not from Instagram. I am hoping for assistance in disabling 2-factor authentication to regain access to my account, which has nearly 3k followers. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your attention. I recently encountered a security check issue when trying to access Facebook on my cell phone. Despite receiving a code and entering it as instructed, the security page kept reappearing. This problem is impacting both my home computer and cell phone's Facebook applications. Despite reaching out to Facebook multiple times, the issue persists. I followed an email's instructions to unlock the account, but it did not resolve the problem. Additionally, my friends are unable to find me on Facebook, and my business page for my ordination services is also missing. I am uncertain if my account was hacked or what is causing this issue, but I urgently need it to be resolved.

My Facebook page was hacked by someone in Lagos, Nigeria. When I try to recover it, another email address pops up, preventing me from proceeding. They are attempting to deceive others through a Facebook page named "The Trust Community Foundation," claiming to offer grants to senior citizens. I suspect they are now using my page for their scam. After realizing their scheme, I refused to send them any money, which resulted in them taking control of my page.

I am a singer-songwriter who recently shared an original song on a video. Unfortunately, Facebook muted the video, claiming it may contain copyrighted music. I own all the rights to my song and need assistance to resolve this issue as posting videos is crucial for promoting my music. Despite my attempts to contact Facebook through various channels such as the help center, messaging their page, sending emails, and calling, I have not received any helpful responses. I even sponsored the song in the video and now cannot re-sponsor it due to the audio being muted. Any advice on how to address this would be greatly appreciated.

We do not request any financial or personal information, sell products like guns or knives, post inappropriate content, or engage in any fraudulent activities. I recently discovered that I am not able to post anything for sale in the marketplace or in the groups. I don't understand why I have been blocked as I only sell appropriate items that align with the policies. Selling through Facebook is essential for providing for my family as it is my main source of income. I have many satisfied customers, and being blocked is affecting my ability to support my family. I earnestly request to have my selling privileges restored so I can continue posting items for sale as I have always done. My Facebook name is Lovey Bug.

I own multiple businesses operating under VCS Companies. The individual who initially set up our pages is no longer with us. I've successfully accessed, changed the password, and posted on the VCS AT&T Authorized Retailer page. However, I'm struggling to do the same for the VCS Companies page despite trying all the information left by the former employee. Whenever I make progress, the password reset applies to the AT&T page, not the VCS Companies page. I need to log in, post, and manage the VCS Companies page efficiently. I'm open to providing ownership details if needed to resolve this issue. I attempted to set up a Facebook account recently. However, upon creating the account with my real name, I encountered an issue. Shortly after logging in and before completing my profile details, I received a security notification and was blocked from accessing my account. Following this, my account was permanently disabled two days later. The same situation occurred when I tried to open another account, resulting in a request for a photo, which I provided holding my Brazilian ID card. I am currently awaiting a response.

Hello, I would like to bring to your attention a significant issue I am currently experiencing. I am an account holder on Facebook, and recently I discovered that my account has been disabled. I received a notification after being logged out and now when attempting to log back in, I am met with a message stating that my account has been disabled. This news came as a shock to me as Facebook is the primary means through which I stay connected with my family, who live elsewhere. I am worried as my family members must also be concerned about my sudden disappearance from the platform. My account, active for over a decade, was hijacked by a hacker who demanded $[redacted] to return control. I created a new account right after, but the hacker got it shut down. Despite reporting this to Facebook and providing my ID, I have not received any response in four days. I have contacted the FTC, FBI, and a lawyer. The hacker even threatened my son, whom I confronted before being blocked. Hello, my name is Dave Steffen. I currently use the email address [redacted] and my phone number is [redacted]. I had to abandon my old email address [redacted] years ago due to it being hacked, leading to an issue with my deactivated Facebook account under the name Dave Steffen from [redacted]. Recently, I discovered that the account could be deleted instead of just deactivated, prompting me to log in. However, I encountered difficulties with extra security measures, such as a code sent to my WhatsApp for a new password. Unfortunately, I forgot the new password when attempting to delete the profile. Despite requesting a password reset, the code is sent to the old, inaccessible email address. I have attempted to recover the old email without success and have been unable to reach Facebook or Google for assistance. My account has been compromised and I urgently require assistance. Someone is impersonating me, sending inappropriate content to my friends, and attempting to deceive them into sharing personal information. Despite changing my password and adjusting my privacy settings, the issue persists. I suspect two different hackers, one using the alias "Judy Moore Artist" and the other posing as "Larry Scott" with my profile picture. On the imposter's page, I discovered some of my friends listed there. When threatened with a report, the fake "Larry Scott" vanished. If this issue remains unresolved, I may have to delete my account permanently. Please extend your help in rectifying this situation promptly. Hello, I have been a Facebook user for 10 years and recently faced issues accessing my account. When attempting to reset my password through my email address, [redacted], I found a profile for Gina White linked to it. It seems someone has used my email to create a Facebook account. I tried to update my account, under the name Toby Love (real name Toby Redmon), but couldn't remember my password. I had a functioning Facebook account when I went to bed. However, the next morning, my account disappeared along with my profile picture on Messenger. I suspect it may have been hacked. I am having trouble restoring it. Occasionally, my original profile picture briefly reappears, but disappears when I try to access it. I contacted a phone number on the Facebook website, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a scam. They scammed us out of $[redacted] by asking us to buy Google Play cards with the promise of fixing my account and returning the money, which never happened. I am in need of assistance as I am disabled and miss using my Facebook account. I am seeking help to recover my account.
