First of all it is very alarming that you don't offer technical support, as you are a very large and profitable corporation with very many users. It is outrageous that I had to spend over ** minutes looking for a way to contact anyone at facebook. There was no phone number, no email, no live chat. When i finally found a phone number to call all I recieved was an automated phone message saying that you do not offer technical support over the phone. This is disgusting considering the amount of users AND the amount of issues that facebook has. You would think with the monopoly that you have on the industry and the utter capitalism that you guys engage in that you would at least be available to your users. It is a revolting abuse of power and I will be deleting my personal account. The fact that you block communication between yourselves and your users shows a lack of respect and gross negligence. I am finding this means of contact through a SEPARATE WEBSITE so honestly I have no clue if anyone at facebook with even receive this since you clearly do not want any interaction with your consumers. *Unfortunately my business requires me to monitor a facebook profile for our organization, so I will have to suffer through using your services for a little longer. *My issue is that the page was originally set up as a personal profile and I need to switch it over to a business profile. We have an Instagram to connect the page to. I don't want to have to shut down the current profile and open a new one, I would just like it switched to a business account. If you have any sense of respect for your consumers you will reply to this and help me with this issue. Good day.
