Good morning, I am seeking assistance in resolving an issue with my Facebook account. Three days ago, I encountered difficulty accessing my account after receiving a notification indicating that someone had logged in from a different device. Concerned my account may have been hacked, I took steps to recover it by changing passwords, answering security questions, and providing a photo of myself for verification. Despite my efforts, when checking from another device, I discovered my profile was missing and received a message in the app stating, "You can't use Facebook at the moment." I had a Facebook app named Memories to keep my photos safe. Facebook notified me on February 16th to transfer my pictures to my account as the app was being discontinued. I complied before going to bed. The next morning, I found my account disabled without any prior warning. I have been a user for over a decade, and all my cherished pictures are now inaccessible. My name on Facebook is Aiste Sta. Can someone assist me in restoring my account, please?

I encountered an issue on Facebook that required me to log in again, but it kept rejecting my password. After several attempts to reset it, I was able to, but then I got temporarily blocked for 24 hours. I believe it was because I requested too many codes due to the repeated log-in failures. Once the block lifted, I changed my password successfully. However, upon logging in with the new password, instead of accessing my account, I was prompted to enter my mobile number. Even though I had already received a code, it only offered me the option to request another, leading to being blocked again for requesting too many codes. This has happened for two days in a row, and I'm concerned about facing the same issue tomorrow. I hope to resolve this without losing access to my account. Thank you for your assistance. Regards, R. Hello, I am attempting to regain access to a Facebook account registered under the name Tiffany Wilcox. The email associated with the account is either [redacted] or [redacted] Unfortunately, my fiancé changed the password without my knowledge, and now cannot recall the new password. I have successfully retrieved access to my main account, [redacted], but wish to access the old account to delete it. I recently posted a tracksuit on Facebook that my sister asked me to share. I wasn't aware it was against the rules, and I received a message saying it was removed without an explanation. When I reposted it, I got a second email clarifying the violation. I promptly removed all the posts, but then received a third email stating my account had been disabled for not complying with policies. I reached out to Facebook to inquire, and they cited the reposted content as the issue, which I had already taken down. I've been a Facebook user for over a decade, always following the rules. My account holds precious photos of important family moments like my children as babies and my late grandfather's funeral. I would appreciate any assistance in restoring my account or retrieving those irreplaceable pictures.

Subject: Account Deactivation Issue I'm reaching out concerning the deactivation of my account. I recently had my account reported for copyright violations. I was unaware that certain content I shared was copyright protected, as it had been used in various videos by different companies. I sincerely apologize for this oversight and assure you that I will only post original content moving forward. I have also contacted the company that reported the violation to explain the situation, and they have indicated a willingness to retract the complaint. The account in question is linked to my personal profile, which holds ten years' worth of memories, as well as other important business pages that have never violated any copyright laws. Losing access to this data and the ability to engage on Facebook would be devastating for me. I am willing to delete the offending business page and pledge to avoid such errors in the future. Two days ago, my account was closed due to suspicion, and I am struggling to reopen it. My initial account was under Marivette Gordon, which I rarely used. The account I have had for years is under Marivette Santiago Gordon. My profile picture features my husband and me on the Eiffel Tower. I am eager to regain access to my Facebook account. Recently, at AT&T, an employee updated my name to Marivette Santiago Gordon, but my account remains inaccessible. Facebook closed my account suspecting unauthorized selling activities, which I assured them were not from me. I have been attempting to contact Facebook through various phone numbers, but have not received any responses. I am disappointed and upset that my account of 9 years was taken from me in this manner. My son-in-law recently helped me create another account as I spend time at their place caring for my grandson. I kindly request to have my original account reinstated with the same content. I recently experienced the loss of my best friend, and I'm desperately trying to access an old Facebook account that was deactivated to retrieve photos for the funeral. The email associated with the account was [redacted], which I used sporadically even after deactivation. However, I accidentally linked another email, [redacted], to that account, resulting in the inability to access the old email. When I attempt to log in using [redacted], it states there is no account, while logging in with my current email, [redacted], directs me to my current Facebook. I urgently need to retrieve the photos from the old account.

Yesterday morning, I realized I was logged out of my Facebook account. Despite trying my password multiple times, I couldn't log in. Strangely, I could still access Messenger and found unauthorized calls made from my account. Upon reaching work, my girlfriend informed me that she received a video call from a stranger pretending to be me. Investigating, I discovered two logins from an LG device in Egypt on my Messenger settings. I promptly removed these sessions, reported the hack, and enabled two-step authentication. Although there have been no further breaches, I'm eager to regain access to my account as it holds precious photos. I reported the incident but haven't received any updates. I'm hoping to resolve this soon. Thank you.

Hello, I have reached out to support three times regarding this issue, but have not received any assistance. I used to be part of a football group called Full Time Football before it split into two separate groups, with me staying in Full Time Football. It appears that the owner of the other group, Ynfa, was upset about the split and sent members to our group to report activities to Facebook with the intention of getting us banned. Despite Ynfa's group being closed by Facebook, he continues to blame our admin team for it. Personally, I was banned for 30 days after making just one comment, which I find unfair especially since I had announced my intention to leave to prevent further issues. Subsequently, I was banned again shortly after rejoining the group for using the term "plank." Several of my friends have also been unfairly banned since I have been, all seemingly due to the same individual making reports over minor phrases used in conversations. I have tried contacting Facebook four times about this situation with no response. I am hoping for a resolution to this matter not just for myself, but for all the innocent individuals who have been affected by these unjust bans. Thank you, Matt

We recently shared a post on our business page (posted on Sat., March 22, [redacted]) welcoming the Premier of Ontario, who visited our store. Following this, we faced harassment and threats online and in-store, leading us to take down the post on March 26, [redacted]. Despite banning the individual, they left negative and baseless reviews targeting our business. One reviewer, Kelly M., is particularly problematic, and I am seeking assistance to remove her review promptly. I have already reported this individual to the police and our local MPP. I am reporting an individual named Thomas Kolbe, 41 years old, born on 05/16/[redacted], originally from Sleepy Eye, MN, currently residing in Minneapolis, MN. I have concerns about his criminal history involving assault and rape cases in [redacted], [redacted], and most recently in October [redacted]. Despite reporting this to Tinder, Facebook, local news stations, and the police departments in Minneapolis and Sleepy Eye more than a week ago, no action has been taken to remove his social media presence. I have provided links to his public criminal history, articles about his past charges, his Facebook profile, and his last known phone number. I urge for the immediate removal of his profile to protect potential victims. I will persist until platforms like Tinder and Facebook take responsibility for preventing predators from using their services. The safety of women should not be compromised, and I fear for those who may be at risk.

I need assistance. I am a senior who is new to social media. My account was disabled, so I tried creating a new one. However, after attempting to provide various forms of identification to recover my Facebook, subsequent accounts were also disabled. I am struggling to communicate with Facebook to verify my identity. I modified my phone number in an attempt to access the platform. Initially, I used "Janice Lee" to protect my privacy, and then switched to "Janice Lee Cordell" to include my maiden name. I am unfamiliar with the rules regarding multiple accounts and how to navigate the system, but I was beginning to appreciate the privacy settings. However, I am disappointed that your team has not assisted me in reactivating my account despite submitting my ID card and other evidence to prove my ownership of the account. My account, 'Shakeba Dennis', was disabled, and I'm unsure of the reason. Previously, I had trouble accessing my account due to the Two-Factor authentication feature, which required me to verify my identity via a code sent to a number listed on the account. Unfortunately, this number doesn't receive security text messages, making it impossible for me to receive the code. Consequently, I've been unable to log back in. I now have another number, [redacted], where I can receive the necessary code to regain access to my account. However, I'm still unclear as to why my account was disabled. I would like to report a Facebook account holder who is using their account to damage my reputation. They are posting comments without my permission, and I do not know them. They somehow have my profile details. Is there anything that can be done to block their account? There are abusive comments about me from someone I have never met but have a mutual connection with. I have been informed about the abusive posts by someone else. I believe I have the right to ask for help or an investigation into this matter. My Facebook account is rarely used, but when I tried to log in recently, I was informed that my account was disabled due to having multiple accounts. I have only ever had one account under my name, Cindy Cleavelin, with my email address [redacted] Upon investigating, I discovered an unauthorized account under the name Josie linked to an old AOL email address that I never used to create a Facebook account. This AOL email account experienced a virus or hack in the past, prompting me to change the password. I receive notifications addressed to Josie on that AOL email, despite not creating that account. My legitimate Facebook account is under Cindy Cleavelin with the email [redacted] I am seeking assistance in resolving this issue with Facebook.

I recently set up my band/business page, and I have been the sole individual with access to it from the beginning. However, I find myself only labeled as an editor with no administrator privileges, preventing me from assigning another band member as an admin for assistance. I did not remove myself as an admin, so it is puzzling how there would be no admin. I believe this must be a technical issue that Facebook needs to address. I need to be recognized as the rightful admin of the page I single-handedly established and managed. I am at a standstill until this issue is resolved.
