The issue in GetHuman2601757's own words
I would like to create synthetic facebook profiles in a way which is compliant with or subject to an exemption from facebook policies. The purpose would be to have synthetic users or business pages which can be used in open source research training of financial crimes professionals who utilize information from social media to conduct investigations. The profiles would not be used to connect with non-synthetic users of facebook users or post information or media besides stock photos or fictitious contact information. Furthermore, the program I am looking to build would be willing to provide facebook with a list of all user profiles created for training purposes. Is there a way to still do this in compliance with the applicable policies (ie: creating business pages which represent a synthetic indiviudal and are not "personal profiles".
