I received a msg from a long time friend. At least I thought it was from her, on my messenger acct. She told me about how she had received ***k by logging into this certain web acct. So, I logged into the address she sent & followed all the instructions & answered all the questions. Including my FB email address & password. Then a msg came up saying their would be a fee for packaging*etc. When i sent a msg back that I have no money, a msg popped up saying session expired, & I haven't been able to sign in since. I got a msg on email stating that my primary FB email address had been changed to: *****@***.com.*I've never changed my email. I followed the directions given by FB to get back into my acct. It said to secure my acct. So I did that, & changed my password. After that, I tried to log into my FB acct with my new password & it said I had to confirm my identity. I hit lets get stared & it sent me back to secure my acct & asked me for a new password. I have changed my password * or * times today already, but have never been asked any questions that would prove my identity. I just want to get back into my accounts. Why, when I try to log into my FB account, does it say I need to confirm my identity, but then take me back to secure my acct & give another new password? I put the email address in here, that my account email was supposedly changed to. Please find out who this is & fix this situation. Whoever it is has all my FB contacts & can do this over again with anyone on my list. I will have to start all over with FB. If I can't get back in everything on my acct is lost, & I can't warn my friends against getting pulled in by, supposedly, me. Or someone else on my friends list.
