There is an individual named Angie Saraco who uses multiple accounts under the same name. She has so many because she keeps getting Facebook bans for her harassing posts. These posts are degrading to people and are bullying. It is disgusting that Facebook allows this type of behavior. A post that was recently removed was allowed back up today. These types of posts are causing turmoil in many people's lives. Facebook is supposed to be a happy place to keep in touch with people. It is unfair that Facebook allows it to be used as a way to bully and harass people. One account should be sufficient, not a number of accounts.

I am encountering an issue with my website, townflex.com. Yesterday, it was blocked from being shared on Facebook, and all previous links I shared have been removed. When trying to debug, I received the following response: “We can't review this website because the content doesn't meet our Community Standards." I have reviewed Facebook's community policies, and none of the content on my news website violates their terms of service. I believe there may have been a mistake in blocking my site and request that townflex.com be reviewed. I would appreciate it if Facebook could provide more information about the issue so that I can prevent such problems in the future. If needed, you can contact me at [redacted] Thank you for your assistance!

I forgot my password and cannot recover it because I no longer have access to the email linked to my Facebook profile, as it was a college email I no longer have. Additionally, I also no longer have access to the phone number linked to the account. I did not add friends to the "get help from friends" list on my profile, leaving me unsure of what steps to take. I attempted to find URLs to upload my ID to verify my ownership of the account but have not received any responses. I have been trying to regain access to this profile for over a year without success.

I would appreciate any assistance or guidance on resolving this issue related to my Facebook Business account. While attempting to post using a business app on Facebook this morning, it seems my account was flagged due to suspicious activity by another user. I have submitted a photo of myself as requested but am currently unable to log in as my account is under review. The thought of not being able to regain access to my account, considering the multiple business pages and groups I manage, is quite distressing. My name is Ellen Yates and I am associated with the N2SHAPE business page, N2SHAPE Fitness Group, N2SHAPE Trainer page, and a high school reunion group that I oversee. When trying to access the new business app, it referenced my email incorrectly as [redacted] instead of [redacted] I have come across troubling stories online of individuals losing access to their accounts permanently, which worries me due to the importance of my pages and connections. If anyone has experienced a similar situation or has advice on how to address this issue, I would be grateful for any input. Thank you.

Last night at **:** CST while using Facebook, I received a message asking for a scrambled code to verify my identity. After inputting the code, I was prompted to upload a photo of myself for additional verification. Reluctantly, I complied and now I am unable to access my account as Facebook is still reviewing the photo. Can I get assistance from Facebook to regain access to my account?

At 5 a.m., I received an unusual phone call from someone using Facebook Messenger, claiming my account was locked due to suspicious activity. After verifying my location and trying to reach out to a former high school classmate whose account seemed compromised, things took a strange turn. Their page was quickly deleted, and when my session on Facebook timed out, I found myself unable to log back in, even though my password and email were correct. I tried to reset my password using my old middle school email, but to no avail. Now, my Facebook page seems to have disappeared. Despite uploading my ID for verification, I have yet to hear back. With important memories and online shopping connections on the line, I'm eager to resolve this issue promptly.

Hello, my name is Kevin Melvin, II, a current user on Facebook. Yesterday, I was locked out of my account due to a security issue. I followed the steps to verify my identity, reset my password, and provided a photo as proof. I am still receiving notifications to my user email ([redacted]), but I cannot access my account. I need assistance as my family, friends, and business contacts might think they have been blocked. Dear Sir/Madam, I am reaching out because I have encountered difficulties in sharing my WordPress blog on Facebook. The blog focuses on animal health topics and does not contain any advertisements. Initially, I successfully posted the blog, but I then received a message from Facebook stating that it violated community standards on spam. Shortly after, I received a second message apologizing and confirming that my post adhered to their standards. Unfortunately, the post did not reappear online. Despite attempting to repost from WordPress, I am now unable to share any of my WordPress blogs or include the links on Facebook. I would greatly appreciate any assistance you could provide to resolve this issue. Thank you, Ricardo Ribas

Hello, I am Cullen W. from Janesville, WI, a DJ/Producer known as Cullybear. I promote my music on Facebook and share it with friends. Recently, I encountered an issue where Facebook logged me out due to unusual activity on my account. After verifying my identity with a text message code, they requested a photo of me. I recently encountered an issue where my account got hacked. I created a new account with my phone number a few days ago, but it got blocked. It's important for me to clarify that the old account, which someone else is using to request money and gift cards, is not mine. The new account displays my picture with my face, unlike the old account that used a cropped image from my gallery without my head. I am unable to access my original account due to my email being inactive (it was on live.com). I had to change my phone number previously, causing the older account to be shut down over a year ago. Reopening my original account has been troublesome, and I need to contact my many kids around the world via Messenger. I provided my state ID and EBT food stamp card photo a couple of days ago, which I believe should be sufficient verification. I hope to speak with a real person to resolve this matter promptly as texting is not preferred. Thank you for your attention to this pressing issue.

Dear Facebook, I recently bought an advertised item from your site for $20.97, which was different from what was displayed in the advertisement. I am attempting to return it within the 14-day return period, but the seller is only offering a $2.5 refund. The item I bought was the "[redacted] New Magnetic Adsorption Glass Cover Case for Samsung Galaxy/iPhone" in S9 Plus/Blue for $20.97. I want a full refund as I did not receive the glass cover case I ordered. Despite my efforts to contact the seller at the provided email, I have not received a response. I want either a full refund or the correct item. The version I received does not have the glass cover as shown in the Facebook ad. Please assist me in resolving this issue promptly. Thank you.

My account is [redacted] I sent photos of myself, a French-Irish native, both shaved and unshaven. I, Eric Benware, have been blocked from accessing my Facebook account on my phone. I am frustrated because every time I request a code, it keeps sending different ones making it impossible to log in. I am deaf and hard of hearing, but you could call me via relay video phone with interpreters, using Purple's service at [redacted]. My cell phone is a J3 Prime, which has been malfunctioning. I suspect someone hacked my account because they asked about my photos.

To the Officer in Charge, I am reaching out regarding my Facebook account under the email address [redacted] I am currently facing an issue accessing my account due to a security check prompt that asks for a six-digit code not being sent to my phone after a password reset. The message I received states: "It looks like you’re using this feature in a way it wasn’t meant to be used. Please slow down, or you could be blocked from using it. Security Check: We've sent a six-digit code to 8[redacted]. Enter code." Unfortunately, I did not receive the code, which is preventing me from accessing my account. My husband's Facebook account and emails have been compromised by his ex-wife and children. We have created a new account and submitted his ID and passport to prove the original account is no longer under his control. Unfortunately, the new account is currently disabled, and he is unable to access his former profile, which has been showing unusual activity under the name Jose L Pina Moralez. We are eager to regain access to his original account with over 4,[redacted] friends. You can contact him at [redacted] (Spanish speaker). I, too, have encountered issues with a new Facebook account under my new name, as I am getting married this Saturday. My account, Catalina Pina, has been disabled, and despite the legitimacy of the profile evident in well-wishes from friends, I am unable to access it without proper new identification. Please reach out to me at [redacted]. We have involved the police due to harassment from these individuals, but since it is currently deemed as "annoyance," no official report could be filed. My husband plans to report the stolen Facebook account, but we are uncertain about the next steps. It is crucial for us to retain control of our profiles as some individuals are falsely reporting them as fraudulent out of spite, especially considering the impact on his artistry. His new email is [redacted]

I have encountered a recurring issue with accessing Facebook. Despite providing my friends' verification numbers, I am consistently informed that the data is incorrect. Originally, I was prompted to verify myself by identifying my friends' photos four weeks ago, which I swiftly completed. Two weeks later, I was asked to have three friends visit Facebook.com/recover to provide me with a four-digit code. Even after receiving and entering these codes, I was unable to regain access. Subsequently, I was prompted to change my password, which I did, but access remained restricted. Following a day of seamless access, I encountered the same problem again yesterday, with no password change request or acceptance of the codes. The only options presented are to contact my friends once more to verify their information or to submit personal documents like my passport, driver's license, marriage certificate, and social security card for review. The company's recent security breach involving storing passwords in plain text undermines my trust. Additionally, the aggressive data sharing practices and persistent network expansion efforts are concerning. This ongoing ordeal is frustrating, and I believe many users share my sentiments.

Hello, my name is Saba Asmellash and I have a concern regarding Facebook. I find the laughing emojis used to react to posts on Facebook to be potentially harmful. Posts on Facebook cover a wide range of topics, many of which are serious or heartbreaking. Allowing users to react with a laughing emoji can come across as cyberbullying, especially on posts that are not meant to be funny. While I believe in freedom of speech, I also feel that there should be some restraint and sensitivity when reacting to certain posts. Recently, I came across a post about a tragic incident involving a young African American man being wrongly accused and killed. It was disheartening to see people reacting with laughter to such a somber topic. I urge Facebook to consider removing the option to react with a laughing emoji to shared posts. This small change could help in combating racism and hate speech on the platform. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I have a Facebook account under the name Vicky Sharma with the email [redacted] and phone number [redacted]. Today around 12 pm, Facebook asked me for a photo ID to verify if I am not a spam account. I provided a picture resembling my profile picture. Since then, I have been unable to log in as Facebook shows a message stating they are reviewing my profile for security reasons. Despite multiple attempts to reset the password, I still can't access my account. I would like to understand what happened to my profile, why I can't log in, and when this issue will be resolved. I have evidence to prove the account is mine, filled with important and authenticated information. Your assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
