I am currently experiencing an issue where I am unable to log in to my Facebook account and I received a message stating that I can't use Facebook at the moment due to security reasons. Unfortunately, this happened right after I had invited friends to follow my new business page, and now it seems my messages have been flagged as potentially abusive or spam, which I find concerning. I've followed the steps provided, including entering a code sent via text and submitting a photo as requested, but I am still locked out. My Facebook account got deactivated after I shared a link with my friends and family for a music festival pre-sale ticket competition. Now I can't contact anyone outside of Messenger. I understand that it might have raised security concerns, but I've already explained this twice in detail after the link was initially blocked. The link is just for earning points in a competition for me and my friends. I would appreciate it if my account could be reinstated promptly.

Hello, I am the older sister of Carlo F. Gecain. He has been unable to access his account for about a year now because someone has been changing his passwords. He is unable to receive the verification code as he no longer has access to the phone number or email linked to the account. I am requesting for his account to be taken down as someone unauthorized is currently using it under his name. His Facebook username is Carlo F. Gecain and he logs in using the number +[redacted]74. I believe I have been a victim of phishing as I've never had a Facebook ban or breach in all my years on the platform. I need help restoring my deleted Facebook account. I didn't post anything inappropriate and mainly shared articles about climate change. I have photos of my grandchildren on the account and I want them back. I am not tech-savvy and I've trusted Facebook over the years. Please assist me in recovering my private photos.

I recently had trouble accessing my old Facebook account due to forgetting both the phone number and password linked to it. After multiple unsuccessful attempts, I decided to create a new account. The issue now is that my new phone number, [redacted], is linked to someone else's Facebook account named Cuba Freeman, preventing me from creating my own account. I don't know Cuba Freeman and don't wish to access his account. I'm using a Safelink phone with limited data, causing inconvenience as I try to resolve this matter. Hello, I am Boris M., the Digital Marketing Manager at the Bulgarian music label "Virginia Record." I am contacting you regarding an issue I encountered with Business Manager. Today, I created a Business Manager Profile for our label to utilize as a marketing tool and manage our ads, official Facebook page, and artist's pages. Upon creation, I attempted to Add a Page but encountered an error each time I tried, regardless of selecting "Add A Page on your Own" or "Add Someone else's Page." I refrained from creating a new page as we already have one, and I am an admin of the Facebook page. Another admin attempted the same steps with no success. This error, instructing me to change my primary Page (which I don't have), does not display Virginia's Records page as an option for selection. Could this be due to an incorrect account setup or another user designating the page as their primary? Please respond so I may provide a screenshot of the error. Thank you, Boris M.

My boyfriend's Facebook account was temporarily disabled after he shared a link about making money online with some friends, believing it to be a legitimate business. Unfortunately, when we tried to contact him, we realized his account was disabled. One issue is that he was unaware the link was spam as even some trusted friends used it and showed him proof of earnings. Secondly, this Facebook account is crucial to him as he tracks his flight schedule as a student pilot and uses it to communicate with me and his distant family. We need help restoring his Facebook account. Moreover, he can't access the email associated with his Facebook as he has forgotten the password since he created it as a child and now uses a different email. We are willing to provide any necessary documents to verify his identity.

On March 25th, Monday, everything on Facebook was normal, and I hadn't posted anything on my Timeline. However, today, on March 26th, Tuesday, I noticed a strange issue. All the posts on every Group Pages, including pages I usually don't interact with, are missing. While I can see their recent posts on my Timeline, if I visit their pages, all previous content is gone. The problem persists on both Google Chrome and Internet Explorer on my PC, but when using the Facebook App on my Android phone, everything appears correctly. Interestingly, my family members' Facebook accounts are not affected when accessed on both Android phones and PCs. I'm curious to know why this issue is only happening to me on the PC. I have attached a screenshot showing the discrepancy on an example page, but this situation is the same for all pages.

My profile and Messenger have been banned just like my page because someone reported a photo/meme from a few months ago. Facebook has become a place where expressing opinions is restricted. It's frustrating that my access to Messenger with friends worldwide has been cut off over this issue. It seems unfair that some posts are targeted while others with more serious content go unnoticed. The inconsistency in enforcing rules is disappointing. There are more concerning posts on Facebook that should be addressed instead. The support team should consider different perspectives and reevaluate their moderation standards.

Hello, I am Marianne Sale, and I own the Facebook account under the name YAN SALE. Earlier today, while using Messenger, I noticed that I could no longer send or use messages because my account was logged out for security reasons. I am confused as to why this happened since it is my personal account which I use actively every day. My business page, MM Fitness - Mel McAinsh, has been hacked, and I'm unable to remove the inappropriate posts made by the hackers. Facebook has disabled my page, thinking that I'm the one posting the inappropriate content. The message I received from Facebook states that my page violates their terms. They have unpublished the page, so it's not visible to others, and I can't add new people to manage it. If this action is in error, I need to inform them. The email was addressed to me, Melinda, and was sent by The Facebook Team. The email came from Facebook's official address.

I oversee the women's ministry at our church, and we have a big event scheduled for this Saturday. I reached out to all attendees via Facebook to remind them to message me about what they're bringing. After sending the messages, Facebook prompted me to verify my identity with a text code and then disabled my account. If there was a limit on the number of messages I could send, I wish there had been a warning so I could have paced myself. Now, the issue is that people are trying to respond with what they're planning to bring, but they can't reach me because my account is disabled. Some individuals have my phone number and have texted me, but not everyone. I've been using this account since around [redacted] without any prior issues. I'm afraid the event will suffer without these crucial replies. If I can't send messages for a while, at least allow the replies to come through. I really don't want to disappoint the church community.

Good morning, I am reaching out for urgent assistance regarding a critical issue with my Facebook account. Yesterday, I was requested to upload a photo, and since then, I have been unable to access my account, receiving a message stating 'You can’t use Facebook at the moment'. Last night, while sharing a delightful deer video with friends on my iPhone, Facebook suspended my account, Mica Cascarano, due to a suspected security concern. To verify my identity, they requested a photo, which I promptly provided. Upon checking on my computer, I noticed my profile photo was missing, so I added it back. When my roommate tried to find my account using her Facebook, she could only locate "Cascarano Mica" with the new photo. Furthermore, the deer video I shared via Messenger displayed the sender as "Facebook user," and it was sent multiple times instead of just once, which was odd. Currently, I am unable to access my original account, Mica Cascarano, which has [redacted] friends. It seems in my effort to regain access, I unintentionally created a new account under a reversed name. I hope this situation will be resolved soon, possibly after Facebook reviews the photo I submitted for verification. Today, I received an email prompting me to click to access my Facebook, but it informed me that FB security had closed my account. I uploaded a DJ mix on my account and now I have been kicked off. I am furious because I have important phone calls to make on Facebook today, and I can't reach anyone since their email and phone numbers are on Messenger. This is unacceptable. My friend has informed me that my mix post was removed without any explanation. Please reinstate my account promptly. It is frustrating to be blocked without warning when there are many others engaging in inappropriate behavior on the platform. I have always relied on Facebook to keep in touch with loved ones, so this situation is extremely disappointing. If my access is not restored soon, I will have to take further action. I don't understand why this happened, and I hope this issue gets resolved immediately.

Regarding: Lisa Parisi I recently encountered a serious issue with my Facebook account. While using it, I suddenly got blocked and they even removed my account. I am unable to access my account or even contact Facebook for support. It's incredibly frustrating as I was in the middle of sending private messages to my friends. Today, I received a security message from Facebook requesting a "clear picture of myself." After submitting the photo, I am unable to access my account until they verify the picture. I suspect this might be related to a band competition where I asked many people to vote for our band, resulting in restricted messaging. I encountered this issue yesterday after being unable to message new friends on Facebook. I tried messaging my girlfriend today, and now I am currently waiting for Facebook to review the picture.
