Hello everyone. I am reaching out for assistance as I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account. Around 8 days ago, I changed my password, and the following day, I couldn't remember the exact password I used. After several unsuccessful attempts, Facebook locked me out and asked for a verification number sent to my old email, which I no longer have access to after not using it for 3-4 years. This is preventing me from logging back into my account, which I'm eager to do as I have many connections there. Despite creating new emails to communicate with Facebook support, they keep being deleted under suspicion of impersonation. I am willing to pay for assistance if needed and I can provide my phone number for verification. Thank you in advance for any help you can offer.

Hello, when I try to log in to my Facebook account, the system only shows me the option to log out and displays a message saying, "Unfortunately, we are reviewing additional documents we appreciate your patience." This account is crucial to me as it contains important business information. I have submitted my correct name and ID. I am unable to access my account without any explanation. Someone gained unauthorized access to my account, and my boyfriend reported it. The hacker removed my new phone number from the account before I changed the password. I changed the password hastily and now cannot remember it. When I attempt to reset it, I receive a message saying it's disabled. I have not set up trusted contacts or an alternate email, but I have three emails linked to the account. The only email I can access is [redacted] My name is Casey Renee Brown, born on 10-17-[redacted], residing in Nevada, MO. My boyfriend, who reported the hack, is Dave Brown. My mother's name is Linda Walters, and my brother is Michael Walters. Please let me know if you need any additional information to assist me.

I believe my account has been hacked as someone repeatedly reports old posts of mine, resulting in Facebook blocking me from commenting or posting for up to seven days. This has been happening for a while, indicating someone has access to my account and is unfairly getting me blocked for outdated content. I am concerned about this person's activities and need Facebook to investigate and take action against them. It's distressing to be falsely accused and blocked, and I urge Facebook to identify and remove the individual responsible for these actions. I hope for a resolution to this issue so I can regain full access to my account without unwarranted interruptions.

My account is disabled, and I typically only log in from my personal computer or my cell phone [redacted]. I've attempted to reset my password multiple times after receiving an email from Facebook about the security issue. All the login attempts were from known devices, and I followed the account recovery steps, but I was not able to regain access. I only made a Facebook account again after deactivating my first one just to play Pubg Mobile. When the game was first released, logging in through Facebook was the only way to save progress. Now Facebook is randomly requesting a clear photo of my face by March 22nd. I refuse to upload a picture of my face directly to Facebook. My account is inactive, except for changing my profile picture. No one else has access to it. There is no reason for Facebook to demand this security measure. I urgently need access to my account to log in to my game. After that, I am willing to change my login method and have Facebook delete my account. It is crucial as I have invested a lot of money in my game account, which could be lost due to Facebook's unresponsiveness. Kindly grant me access to my account to change my PUBG Mobile login method. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

I am experiencing ongoing issues accessing my Facebook Marketplace. Over the last two weeks, my clothing and bag listings have been repeatedly taken down. Yesterday, when attempting to use the app on my phone, I discovered that my account has been suspended. I am unsure of the reason behind this restriction, and the situation is frustrating as I rely heavily on the marketplace for daily use. Today I shared a Spanish cartoon featuring one man with six young girls in bikinis. The caption read, "They say money doesn't buy happiness, but look how much fun this guy is having." It was intended as a joke with no nudity or inappropriate content. Shortly after posting, I received a notification that my account is blocked from commenting or posting until 3/26/[redacted]. I have previously reported explicit medical ads on Facebook showing genitals, yet they were allowed to remain. I find the community standards enforcement unfair given the leniency towards other content. I request my post be reviewed and this issue resolved within 2 hours, otherwise, I will escalate my complaint to regulatory agencies and legal counsel. Hello, I am extremely frustrated with the difficulty I've faced in trying to contact Instagram. Despite my efforts to reach out to your company through various channels, I have been unable to get any assistance. My frustration stems from the fact that my Instagram account, which had over 9k followers, was hacked. The account did not contain any personal photos of myself, but someone not only hacked into it but also proceeded to delete it entirely. As someone with a background in computer science, I understand the feasibility of recovering my account. However, if your company is unable to assist, I may need to explore other options. The deleted account held precious memories, including photos of deceased relatives, my cat, and other personal content. To whom it may concern, I previously posted an ad seeking help for a senior man to assist a senior lady (myself) following surgery. Since I am unable to take walks and perform certain tasks alone, my doctor recommended regular walks and activities. Sadly, I live by myself and lack assistance. My ad was flagged, causing frustration. I noticed other ads in the activities section advertising personal services that were not flagged. My organization, Sex Out Loud, focuses on sex and health education, not adult services or products like sex toys. My wife used an old email for Facebook login saved on our phone. When Facebook requested the password after a temporary downtime, we realized she didn't know it. Now, to reset it, Facebook wants to send a code to that old email she can't access anymore as she no longer has access to it. Yahoo couldn't help recover her email either. We tried to reach out to Facebook using known phone numbers, but it only links to my account. Hello, I recently installed a program on my computer which has taken over my Google web browser. A few days back, I cleared my cache to fix issues with my Comcast email, but in doing so, I lost access to several accounts including Facebook. I attempted to reestablish my Facebook profile under the name Gregory Brigham, and sent friend requests to many people. This raised concerns among my friends and prompted Facebook to send me a warning message. Unfortunately, I made an error while trying to log back into my account with my Comcast email and a new password, resulting in its disablement. I bought 2 items from LeRoy E Lewis II on Facebook. We arranged everything via messenger, discussing prices, sharing pictures, and the total payment of $[redacted]. This morning, I saw a deleted message from him with a warning from Facebook saying it was abusive or spam. I tried to reach out via phone, but the number was invalid, and I cannot contact him via email. I need all the photos and messages back, especially the one sent at 9:22 pm last night. I plan to contact the police on Monday if I'm unable to reach him; having the messages recovered would be beneficial for my case.

While on vacation on December 30th, I discovered that my account had been disabled due to a violation of Facebook's terms and conditions. Despite reaching out to the Facebook help center, the platform has stated that my account cannot be recovered, disregarding my valid explanation. Over my 9 years of membership, I have never violated Facebook's terms and conditions, indicating that this was the work of a criminal seeking to tarnish my reputation. I urgently need to regain access to my contacts, photos, saved posts, and more. I can provide the IP address [redacted]5 left in my email by the hacker to assist in identifying them. As an administrator of several groups, including some where I am also an admin, I have encountered being blocked from posting for the third time this month without any explanation. Despite adhering to guidelines, I am constantly blocked without any communication about what I possibly did wrong. This lack of transparency is frustrating, especially since my posts are within the policies outlined. I am actively engaging with groups I am a member of, such as Horror Movie Asylum, and seek guidance on how to rectify any issues to prevent future blocks. I recently received two emails from Facebook. The first one was regarding trouble logging into my account, prompting me to click a button for assistance. The second email warned me about a potential account breach, requesting me to answer security questions and update my password. I followed the steps from the Secure Your Account Team to reset my password successfully. However, upon trying to access the Marketplace, I encountered an issue due to a post that was flagged. I have requested access to Marketplace again and am awaiting a response within seven days. In the meantime, I noticed a blue F150 pickup truck being listed by someone. Swift resolution of this matter would greatly help as I frequently use the Marketplace for selling items.
