I've been locked out of my Facebook account for 8 days now. I've been trying to reset my password using the 6-digit code sent to me by email, but I keep getting an error message saying I've attempted it too many times. It also says that I appear to be logged in when I'm not. I suspect someone else might have access to my account. I want Facebook to investigate, log out any unauthorized users, set up a temporary password, and email it to me so I can regain access. I'm frustrated and close to quitting Facebook altogether, so I need this issue resolved as soon as possible.

I have encountered someone with my name but without the Jr. suffix and a missing photo contacting my workplace and friends, making threats about my children and spreading malicious information about me. If Facebook does not take action swiftly, I will pursue legal action against the platform and the individual behind the fake posts. If I endure any repercussions like losing my job, I will seek compensation from Facebook for my annual salary of $[redacted],[redacted], my insurance, and my pension. It is imperative for Mark to address issues like this promptly. I am willing to pursue legal action against Facebook indefinitely if this issue is not resolved today.

Hi, I believe my current account has been hacked. The profile belongs to Elizabeth Candelaria Rodriguez with a picture of me and a puzzle heart for Autism. A while ago, I received an email about a password change I didn't authorize. I tried contacting Facebook support online, but the provided number led to another number. The individuals I spoke to asked for money (two $25 cards) to fix the issue and claimed my photos were misused. I'm extremely upset. The hacker even added Arabic symbols to my profile. This isn't the first time this has occurred. You previously helped me with a similar issue when I couldn't access my account. Please assist me in regaining access as I urgently need the photos for my brother's funeral.

I believe I have two Facebook accounts - one on the regular app and the other on the lite version. As a result, my Messenger is not functioning properly. Today, when I attempted to open Messenger, it only displayed a blank white screen. I proceeded to uninstall the Messenger apps, restart my phone, and tried reinstalling Messenger. However, upon opening the Play Store, I received an error message stating "Messenger keeps stopping," giving me the options to either close the app or send feedback. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thank you.

One week ago, Facebook prompted me to change my password, but unfortunately, I can't recall the new password. Consequently, I'm locked out of my account. My name is Jett Williams, and I work at Fetner Technologies. My profile picture shows me snowboarding on a mountain. Despite seeing my Facebook page online with around [redacted] photos and followers, I can't access it. I believe my account is under the name Jett Williams, but I'm uncertain. It has been a struggle for me to regain access for about two to three years. Although I have a Fetner Technologies website that is inactive now and a William Fetner Facebook account that I don't use, I'm eager to recover my original Jett Williams Facebook page. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, Yesterday, I attempted to join a community group on Facebook. The page prompted me to log in, which I did using my username and password without any issues. When I continued, it asked me to upload a picture. After uploading, I received a message stating my picture is being verified for security purposes and I wouldn't be able to log in until the process is completed. I waited for some time and attempted to log in again, but received the same message. I have tried multiple times since then, including this morning, and still face the same issue. I am attaching a screenshot of the message for reference. I just created the page and need to continue working on it. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help. Best regards, Jorge C.

I reached out to FB on March 27 with the necessary documents to recover my deactivated account. After initially sending incomplete docs, I promptly provided the correct identification within a minute of receiving their email request. I am concerned as I received a quick response initially, but it has been days since I sent my important documents without hearing back. Kindly get in touch with me at [redacted] The original email associated with my account is [redacted], and it is under the name Amanda C. I appreciate your attention to this matter and am eagerly awaiting a response from FB. Thank you.

Hello, it's afternoon here in the Philippines. I still cannot access my Facebook account. I followed the website link you provided to check if my account is disabled, but it indicated that it's not disabled. I'm encountering an issue with the security check dialog box. Last Tuesday was the first time I faced this "Security Check" where they sent a 6-digit code for me to enter, but I couldn't proceed to log in to my Facebook account. After that day, I was unaware that I was blocked until friends told me they couldn't find my account and it appeared as if I had blocked them. My profile shows a gray page with no information or pictures. Now, my registered contact number seems to have vanished because I cannot receive the code via phone, which the Security Check is requesting. I'm unsure how to choose my registered email to receive the code. I will attach a screenshot of the issue on my account since Tuesday. I just want to recover my FB account successfully and receive the 6-digit code on my email. I appreciate any assistance. Thank you for understanding. Your help is greatly appreciated. Best regards, MARJORIE ANNE P. T. Facebook email: [redacted] Registered contact number: [redacted]6 I'm puzzled as to why my current contact number has disappeared from the options for receiving the code. Previously it was visible but now it's missing. I cannot see an option to choose between sending the code to my email or contact number. The only prompt is for a phone number, and I'm unsure how to input it again. I have attached a screenshot of the before and after the security check code page. I'm pleading for your assistance in regaining access to my account, where precious memories with my late father are stored. I have attempted the provided link, but it seems my account is not disabled. I am unable to log in due to the security code request for identity verification. Thank you, and God bless.

My mother came home from work and informed me that she received a notification about suspicious activity on her Facebook account. When trying to demonstrate it to me, the alert vanished. Upon my attempt to log in, it indicated her password had been altered an hour earlier, a time when she was at work, confirming the hacking incident. Despite our efforts to reset the password via email, the hackers had infiltrated her associated email account as well, making it impossible to access both her Facebook and email. I contacted Yahoo, who advised me to expect a response by Monday. Tensions escalated when we discovered that personal information had been shared with her coworkers through Messenger. Despite involving the police, they stated their inability to intervene unless there was evidence of fraud. We are determined to regain control of the account, particularly after identifying a suspect who even sent a friend request to me on Facebook, hailing from Vietnam. They are currently exploiting my mother's identity to extort money from her acquaintances in Vietnam. We possess incriminating screenshots of their activities and aim to retrieve the account, change all settings, and inform her friends about creating a new Facebook profile. Regrettably, some individuals have already fallen victim to the hacker's scam. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. The situation has significantly deteriorated, and our best hope for resolution lies with Facebook.

I am a midwife and lactation consultant promoting my practice, which offers childbirth services and breastfeeding/lactation classes. Recently, I shared a sensitively edited photo from a birth attended by a doctor, whose identical picture has garnered thousands of views while mine was swiftly blocked. I am puzzled as to why my content was censored when others can post similar raw birth material. The specific image I shared is an innovative training tool that cost $[redacted] to acquire, and its removal prevents me from demonstrating its functionality. Strangely, a person I provided the same photo to was able to post it without issue, receiving positive feedback. The inconsistent application of your rules appears discriminatory and unjust, implying a misunderstanding of my role as a healthcare professional. I urge for a fair resolution as I believe in the importance of educating and supporting women through my work as a midwife and lactation consultant.

I have three accounts linked to the same number. Two of them are active, but one is set to be deleted as I no longer use it. I removed the number from the inactive one and updated it with a different email. The issue is that whenever I try to log in using my number, it redirects me to the soon-to-be-deleted account. Even when I attempt to reset the password, the system displays the right account but gives an error message saying it's unable to switch accounts. I have waited for 8 hours, hoping the problem would resolve itself, but it persists.

Every time I log in to my account, it says "password incorrect." Then, a code is sent to my email, which I enter. Next, it asks for my mobile number to make resetting the password easier, but I no longer have access to that number. There's no way to report this issue, and someone else receives a code when I enter the old number. When I try to reset my password via email, using the new password just restarts the entire process. If I use the previous password, the loop begins all over again. This situation is frustrating because I'm a new member who can't fully utilize the service. I don't have a mobile number, and I simply want to connect with people I know. The "one-click" option doesn't help either.

My boyfriend recently uninstalled and reinstalled his Instagram app due to a glitch causing text to overlap. Unfortunately, he is now unable to access his original account. Despite trying all known passwords and login information, the app keeps redirecting him to a new account with a mixed-up name. Although I can find his profile using my account, we are unable to regain access to his actual account, which is quite frustrating.

Hello, I am concerned about a situation where my friend's Facebook account was hacked. The hacker obtained personal information and may attempt to use it for financial gain by requesting OTP codes. To the concerned party, My account was disabled after a request for a photo ID. Originally, the account had a photo of a car, but I mistakenly linked the wrong image when asked for verification. After waiting a few days, my account was disabled without further notice. I submitted an appeal with three images as requested but have not received any response yet. The account is under the name Brian Clift. Due to past experiences of bullying and harassment, I had to keep my profile picture and name anonymous. I kindly request a reconsideration of my account status and seek your assistance in reinstating it. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I've been attempting to log in to my Facebook account, but I forgot my password. After receiving an access code and trying to verify my identity with a photo and scanned PDF document without success, I'm feeling quite frustrated. Unfortunately, my efforts to access Facebook help are hindered by the need to log in first. At this point, I'm on the verge of giving up due to the lack of a resolution.

Hello, I created my Facebook account years ago with an email address that is no longer active. My cell phone and iPad were always logged in, so I didn't need to log in often. Recently, my phone got damaged, and when I got a new one, I had to log into Facebook again. I forgot my password, and the reset code is sent to the obsolete email. When I used my phone number to reset the password, I could access a new-looking account without any friends or posts. I want to recover my old account with all my data and update the email to my current one. Any help or advice would be appreciated. Thank you.

My name on Facebook is Marjorie Anne P. Tinio. The email address linked to my Facebook account is [redacted] My Facebook contact number is [redacted]6. I am unsure why my registered contact number is no longer visible when I need it for verification codes. Last Tuesday, it was there, but now it's missing. I've attached screenshots of how my page looked before and after the issue started. I am requesting assistance to regain access to my account, where many precious memories with my late father are stored. Despite receiving a link that says my account is not disabled, I cannot log in because of the security check code request. Thank you for any help you can provide.

Once upon a time, there was a fabulous page called SiC 0's World. Unfortunately, the FaBo Gods inexplicably deleted the page last week. I am having trouble logging into my Facebook account. Despite using my usual password and email, I am unable to access my account and I keep getting prompted to open a new Facebook account. This has happened twice now, and I don't understand why I'm being locked out of my own account and pushed to create a new one. I need to regain access to my current account in order to permanently close and deactivate it. I am dissatisfied with Facebook and want to resolve this issue promptly.
