Good morning, I wanted to reach out as I experienced a hacking incident involving my Facebook account yesterday. The hacker changed both my Facebook and email passwords, blocking me from securing my account promptly. All my contact information was compromised, making it challenging to reset my email password. Even when prompted to verify my identity with a code, I couldn't proceed as the hacker altered the authorization settings. Attempting to seek help from Facebook's Help Center required formal identification, like a driver's license, which I hesitated to provide without clarity on the extent of the hack. Despite my efforts, I haven't been successful in resolving this issue. Any guidance you can offer to help me regain control of my account and safeguard my identity would be greatly appreciated. I believe I have been unfairly blocked by Facebook for a month. I posted a collage of images in the group "Venezolanos En El Reino Unido" which depicted hate speech directed towards me. I was concerned about the racist posts being shared in the group, so I posted it twice on my profile and once in the group to bring attention to the issue. Despite reporting many racist posts in the group that were later removed by Facebook, I was the one who got blocked. I find this situation unfair and have even reported it to the British police. I am confused as to why I was blocked for two identical posts. I have requested a review, but all I received was a message stating that I violated community standards, which I believe is far from the truth. I would like my post and profile to be properly reviewed and the block to be lifted. Thank you for your assistance.

I shared the same post twice, including screenshots of hate speech directed at me in the group "Venezolanos en el Reino Unido" and on my profile. The purpose was to address the group's tolerance of racist and xenophobic comments and posts. Unfortunately, my genuine complaint was met with unfair reporting by the group. Oddly enough, the post on my profile remains untouched as it does not violate community standards. It's clear that the individuals responsible for the hate speech are the ones reporting me. I have reported the posts to the British police for hate speech and have a report number from them. I kindly request Facebook to remove this unjust block on my account, which was a response to protesting against hate speech, supported by evidence in the form of screenshots. Thank you.

I have been repeatedly banned from Facebook for opposing individuals with racist or Nazi beliefs. It's frustrating that while they can freely post hateful comments like "kill the Jews" or "blacks are not human", my counter arguments result in automatic bans. This has occurred four times already. When I attempt to appeal, the system states I have accepted the decision, which is not true. I have extensively searched online for a solution to this issue but have not found any resolution.

The hacker used the password Nii-Kii and may have access to personal information. I have already notified the authorities about the situation. The individual has made changes and redirects my information to their own contacts. I am worried about the impact this may have on my reputation. Good morning, I experienced a hack to my Facebook and email accounts yesterday. Regaining control has been challenging. The individual who hacked me changed both passwords, blocking my access. I only became aware through friends who saw strange health videos posted, tagging 56 friends. However, when I checked, nothing was there, requiring screenshots for proof. Although the content was removed, I remain unable to change my passwords. Facebook's support guides led me to a dead end since verification codes are sent to my compromised email. Even attempts with new email or phone numbers were unsuccessful. Although requested for ID proof, the risk seems high given the breach. I find it frustrating to have my account vulnerable for 24 hours without adequate Facebook support. I am hopeful for assistance to reset my password promptly. Thank you for your time and support. Hello, my name is Tony Hermosillo. I have been a Real Estate Broker since [redacted] and I am the owner of Bevohn Real Estate in Stockton, CA. I previously hired a realtor who created the Bevohn Real Estate Facebook Page. However, she has left and started her own company, Rosson Realty, owned by Susan Rosson in Stockton, CA. Unfortunately, she is the Admin of the Facebook page and has locked me out, redirecting clients to her new business. This situation is causing confusion and harming my company. I can provide documentation like my business license and broker's license to prove I am the legal owner of Bevohn Real Estate. Susan is even falsely claiming to still work for Bevohn. I kindly request Facebook to remove the unauthorized Bevohn Facebook account so I can regain control of my company's name. Thank you, Tony.

Yesterday, I created a new account on Facebook. Shortly after the setup, Facebook flagged it for "security concerns" and locked me out. They are now asking for a photo verification, but since I hadn't set up much yet, I am unsure how they can confirm my identity. The purpose of this new account was to link it to the myVegas app for accessing my rewards. I am planning to use these rewards this weekend. Unfortunately, after linking the new account to the app, I was locked out. Now, all my rewards totaling over [redacted],[redacted] points are tied to the inaccessible Facebook account. I created this new account specifically to manage rewards and prevent the app from sending unwanted messages to my friends, as my original account is used minimally for connecting with family rather than app activities.

I received several emails notifying me of password change requests that I did not initiate. By clicking on the link to report this as not my action, I received emails saying there were attempts to access my Facebook account and then confirmation of a password change. After struggling to recover my account and change the password, the same sequence repeated multiple times within a few hours. Despite attempting various recovery methods, I am now left with the only option of requesting codes from friends, which have been deemed invalid even after multiple tries. I am considering deleting my account to prevent further unauthorized access. Any guidance on alternative account recovery methods or steps to permanently remove the account without access would be appreciated.

Hello, I am requesting a refund for the donation I made through my brother-in-law's Facebook fundraiser. Unfortunately, the account creator, Terry Jackson, is currently in jail and unable to process the refunds. The fundraiser was for a memorial event for my cousin who passed away from cancer. Due to Terry's situation, we had to cancel the event, and now we are looking to close the account and receive our donations back. Terry suggested reaching out to customer service to facilitate this process. I have attached my receipt for reference. I accidentally triggered Facebook's security measures by tapping "Not Me" on a device I didn't recognize while using my wife's phone. As a result, I got locked out of my account and forgot the sign-in credentials. I tried creating a new account, but it was disabled. I need to regain access to my original account because it holds significant personal history, including my recovery journey after a coma. While using Facebook, I encountered a Microsoft warning with a phone number prompting me to contact a Microsoft agent to address a potential hacking issue with my banking info. I'm hesitant to call the number or pay the fee to unlock my computer. I want to raise awareness about this concerning incident that transpired on the "End Times Report" page when I clicked on an advertisement and inadvertently got hit by the Microsoft malware. Sadly, my computer is now infected, and the malware persists, causing disruptions as it gathers my data in the background. Your assistance in dealing with this security breach would be greatly appreciated.

I have taken over the administration duties for my dealership's Facebook page, and after the recent Instagram and Facebook outage, I am unable to log back in. My email is not being recognized by Facebook which is preventing me from regaining access without IT assistance. The admin page is named Lisa Honda, and I should have admin capabilities for Arrowhead Honda's page. Facebook recently disabled my account, and despite never posting offensive content, I am unable to access it. I mainly use it for Messenger and playing Naruto online through the Facebook login feature. Initially, on March 11th, Facebook support requested a photo to verify my identity, which I promptly provided with a picture of my driver's license. However, after nine days of waiting and sending 12 follow-up messages, I have not received any updates from them, even though my support ticket remains open. I suspect my account may have been compromised, but without clarification from Facebook, I am left frustrated and unable to regain access to my account.

To whom it may concern, I am writing to address an issue regarding the Facebook account of Karen Aitken, who passed away on September 25th, [redacted]. It has come to my attention that her mother, Mrs. Brenda Brown, requested that Karen's account be turned into a memorial page. However, I want to clarify that Mrs. Brown does not have the authority over Karen's affairs. Karen's next of kin is her son, Bryan Aitken, who is 19 years old. Karen had four children, Bryan (19), Dylan (17), Katy (11), and Holly (4). The youngest, Holly, who was only 3 when Karen passed, should have the opportunity to access her mother's memories on Facebook when she is older. Unfortunately, Karen did not leave her passwords, and after her mother's interference, the account remains open. My son, Bryan, has submitted the death certificate to close Karen's account. Only the next of kin, Bryan, or her partner Robert should have control over this account according to data protection laws. I kindly ask for guidance on how to maintain Karen's page for her children. I am having trouble verifying my ID on Facebook. They are stating that my address is missing some details, but when I tried to appeal, I reached a limit and cannot resubmit my replies. I have verified my address with our county Planning Department and Assessor's Office. I need to boost events for a page I manage, but I'm unable to do so until this issue is resolved with Facebook. I have asked them to specify what details are missing, but I have not received a response since March 15th.

Hello, I'm Michaela Morgan (Bruckshaw). I had a two-factor authentication set up on my account. Unfortunately, my phone broke, and I got a new one. When I tried to log in, it said it would send an SMS code, but that was four days ago, and I haven't received the code. I also no longer have access to the email associated with the account. I have tried submitting a picture with a code written on it twice, but still no luck. All my children's pictures are stored on this app, and I am really upset. I remember setting up trusted friends to help, but now I don't even see that option. Please assist me in regaining access to my account. Your help is greatly appreciated.

I lost my phone on New Year's Eve and now I'm unable to access my Facebook account with the username "Self Made". When I initially created the account, I used a cellphone number that is no longer in use, making it impossible to reset my password. However, I can still see my Facebook profile when I search for it. I can provide a photo ID to prove my ownership of the account. The only email I have now is the one I'm using to contact you. I am trying to recover my Facebook password as my phone got a virus and deleted my email and Facebook accounts, and I cannot recall the passwords. Unfortunately, my phone reset completely, so I have a new one now. My cousin created a new email for me. I am willing to provide identification to prove my identity. Thank you in advance! P.S. The only data I saved were my contacts. I go by Tommy Haas on Facebook; Tommy being short for my middle name Thomas. I can demonstrate this connection by confirming that the contacts on my sister's phone match those on my Messenger and Facebook accounts. A few months ago, I attempted to log in to my Facebook account to continue playing a game, only to find it disabled for unknown reasons. I solely used Facebook to store data for two games, "Superstar BTS" and "BT21 Puzzle Star". I've submitted several appeals, including a government-issued ID, without any response. All I want is access to my account to retrieve the game data, as I've invested money in them. Despite reaching out multiple times over 5 months, I have not received any email responses, causing frustration. I can verify ownership of the account and ensure it is not spam, and I believe I did not breach any Facebook rules. My account was also a member of a BTS group, and I never posted photos, merely utilizing it for data storage. I am eager to regain access to my data.
