I am responsible for the UNM National Honor Society Facebook page and have encountered an issue with it being repeatedly unpublished by your platform. This is the second occurrence within six months, which is concerning as this has not happened before. We have been actively managing this page for over two years without any prior problems. Our chapter is a genuine part of the National Society of Leadership and Success, as indicated by the inclusion of "UNM" in our name. We organize various activities for our members and can provide evidence of our legitimacy. If there have been reports of impersonation, we would appreciate being informed so we can address them accordingly. The lack of clear explanation for the unpublishing is frustrating, as our Facebook page serves as our primary means of communication with members. My Facebook account was compromised by a hacker who also gained access to my email. Although I have recovered my email, the hacker changed my phone number linked to the account. Each attempt to reset my password sends the verification code to the hacker's phone instead of mine. I noticed my name was altered to Juan Portillo from Jason McCusker, and some friends were blocked. Unsure of the full extent of the damage, I believe they may still have access, despite changing the password. I am unable to retrieve the verification codes correctly as they go to "Juan" instead of me. Assistance in reclaiming my account would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

My Facebook account was hacked by someone named Nicole Crowley. I am unable to access or recover my account. I've tried the recovery process but haven't received any codes to proceed. Nicole's name appears when I input my phone number. This issue began around the weekend of March 16, [redacted]. I have valuable pictures and information stored in my account that I need to retrieve. It's concerning as Nicole is my ex-girlfriend whom I had previously blocked from my account. It seems there is a security breach on Facebook. Thank you.

My wife's Facebook account has been compromised by a hacker who changed the email and password, making it impossible for us to regain access through the normal recovery options. Despite trying the steps provided on facebook.com/hacked, we are unable to solve the issue. Due to the changed email, the usual recovery methods are ineffective, and speaking to a real person seems to be the only solution. We never received the supposed email notification about the email change, which hinders our ability to verify the account by submitting identification documents, confirming the birthday, and identifying friends through their profile pictures. I am Tina Lynn Dunlap. I am concerned about being blocked for 7 days due to a video posted with derogatory language. In response, I mentioned "white trash." Facebook blocked me for this while allowing the original video with offensive language. I feel this is unfair, especially when such content can provoke negative comments. I believe the focus should be on removing the offensive video rather than penalizing my comment. Could this situation indicate bias on Facebook's part? Kindly reconsider my case.

It has been approximately a month since I purchased an iPhone, which I did not use because I don't have an Apple ID. I decided to give it to a friend who was about to move since I prefer Android devices and just made the switch from a Galaxy S5 to an S7. After setting up our new phones, my friend requested to test how well "SWGOH" played on my iPhone while I fetched his charger. I agreed, but when I asked to see his phone in return, he abruptly left and I haven't seen him since. I began noticing suspicious activities on my account shortly after, such as unauthorized spending of in-game items like Crystals and gear, farming in certain nodes, and unauthorized usage of my arena battles. Despite reaching out to my friend who blocked me, the issue persisted. Upon contacting EA chat, they only transferred the account to a different Gmail address but the individual still has access via Game Center. Following a call to EA today, they attributed the problem to my Wi-Fi network and suggested contacting my ISP to reset the router. Feeling frustrated, I sought assistance from Apple, who redirected me to Google, then the game developers informed me that the unauthorized user on my account is playing via Facebook. As a final resort, I aim to have my Facebook account permanently banned to resolve this issue.

My Facebook account has been compromised. The hacker changed both my email and password, making it impossible for me to recover it using the options provided in the help section. When I tried using my user ID, it located my account, but the hacker changed not only the password but also the email and phone number associated with the account. I am unable to verify my identity through the recovery process. The hacker even removed my middle name and is now contacting my friends of friends, causing further distress. Despite my friends' attempts to report the issue, Facebook has not been helpful. I urgently need assistance in resolving this and either recovering my account or permanently deleting it.

This is my fourth attempt requesting assistance. For around 10 years, my spouse and I have had separate Facebook and Messenger accounts. Bill W. My email used to be [redacted] but recently changed to [redacted] My cell [redacted] should be the only number on my profile. I am frustrated with the lack of assistance from Facebook. We followed the reactivation steps for my account. While I prefer Fox News over Twitter for news, I still enjoy using Facebook and Messenger. I've tried creating a new account for myself three times, but each time it notifies my husband, Bill, about a password change, making the same mistake. We need separate accounts with different emails and passwords. If necessary, please cancel both accounts to resolve this issue. I hope to resume using Facebook and Messenger soon without losing our contacts and history. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.

Hello, my name is Christal Miller, but on Facebook, I am known as Christal Jeter. I'm seeking assistance regarding an issue I encountered with my Facebook account. I received a message on Messenger stating I was being logged out without doing so myself. When I tried to access my account, I was prompted to input my phone number and password, but both were rejected as invalid. The system presented an old Yahoo email address from over ten years ago, although I updated it to a new one five years back. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the old Yahoo account provided. I tried reinstalling the Facebook app to reconnect with my current details, but I was unable to download the app despite having no issues with other applications. Retrieving my account is vital as it contains valuable photos of my late husband and access to games I invested in. Any help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. I recently received a notification that someone in Sydney, Australia accessed my account overnight. When I tried to log in, my password was not accepted. Despite attempting to reset my password using the "Forgotten Password" option through my email or phone number, I was only given the option to use an old email from [redacted] that I no longer have access to. I am puzzled why I cannot use my phone number listed as an alternative. The Help Centre has not been useful, so please refrain from referring me there. I am willing to provide screenshots as proof of ownership if needed.

I am having trouble accessing my old Facebook account as I no longer have access to the email associated with it. I have been using a new email for the past two years. Occasionally, I am able to log in to my old account when using my mom's computer. I am unsure how to convince you of my association with the account, but I simply need to update the email address. I cannot recall if the old email was Yahoo or Hotmail, nor the phone number associated with it. If providing my birthday can help verify my identity, I am willing to do so. My new email address is [redacted] I want to retain access to my old account as it contains valuable photos, including one of a double rainbow. I believe there must be a way to prove my ownership of the account. How can I proceed with resolving this issue?

I experienced a sudden issue with my account on both the app and Facebook. Ten minutes after using the app, I was logged out. When I tried to log back in, I couldn't access my account. Alarmed as I am the only one with access to my account, I attempted to reset my password. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the phone number and email linked to my account. I need assistance recovering my Facebook account under the name Evka Klimentova Laubscher. On February 15, my Facebook account was hacked, and I promptly changed my password. Despite numerous attempts over two weeks to regain access by sending messages and verifying my identity, I did not receive the required SMS code. I created a new account using my phone number on February 28. However, on March 17, I was notified that my new account was reported as an imposter and subsequently disabled, even after explaining the situation. My original account with personal, group, and business pages remains inaccessible. Please help me restore access. For identification, in my original account photo, I am in a teal shirt, and in the new account photo, I am in a burgundy shirt. Hello Facebook team, I'm Pradeep Rawat from India. I discovered the page '@bestbusinessworld' which unfortunately turned out to be fake. I ordered an iPhone but never received it. The admin even talked to me on WhatsApp and asked for more money for shipping fees, which I paid - a total of 35,[redacted] INR. Despite promises that it was genuine, the admin is now not responding to my messages or calls. I have screenshots of the payments if needed. I urge Facebook and its legal team to take action against this guy and his page. Please help me as I'm feeling very upset about this situation. Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to report that my Facebook account under the name Candace Yee Dong Ni, with the email address linked to it as [redacted] and phone number +6[redacted] [redacted], was hacked on March 10, [redacted], around 20:30 (Malaysia time). The hack occurred after I unwittingly provided my phone number in response to a message from a friend sent through Facebook Messenger. The hacker altered the phone number and email associated with my account to deceive my friends by requesting their phone numbers using my account. Despite my attempts to follow Facebook's guidelines to recover my account, I was unsuccessful. Hello, I am a primary school teacher and a mother based in New Zealand. I am deeply saddened by the tragic events that occurred in our country last Friday, the terrorist attack. As an educator, I was alarmed by how many children had access to the video showing 50 people being killed. Some of these children should not have been allowed to have a Facebook account, which is ultimately the responsibility of the parents. Unfortunately, even my teenager stumbled upon the video accidentally. Many of our Muslim families also viewed this disturbing content, some even hours after the attack, and it was still circulating on Facebook. It is distressing that uploads were not halted sooner to prevent further exposure. Countless individuals have been left traumatized by this video, and I believe there is a duty for action to be taken. I implore you to acknowledge the impact this has had and take meaningful steps to prevent such content from circulating.
