My fiance and I purchased a Facebook Portal yesterday, and we attempted to set up a FB account for his grandmother (who we bought the portal for). However, FB said it thought it had discovered fraudulent activity, and asked us to upload a picture for verification (which we did). FB said they would review the photo*account.**I tried to log back in again today, and it said the account had been disabled. I tried to set up a new account, using a different picture, and even set up a gmail account for his grandma to use. I had the same issue, and am expecting that this account will be disabled tomorrow just like the last one.**Why are we unable to setup a FB account for his grandmother? He is ready to take the Portal back to the store, and I don't blame him. It should not be this hard to set up a FB account for a ** year old woman. What can we try next?
