I am continuously attempting to hide advertisements that I find bothersome and repetitive. While most of the time it works, occasionally I receive a message prompting me to check my connection despite being on WiFi and logged into Facebook. I would like the option to hide all ads that I find annoying or repetitive, such as the one by Home Energy Guide for solar panels, which is irrelevant to me as a non-homeowner. It keeps reappearing in my feed every few posts even after scrolling past it multiple times. I have been unable to locate it in the ad settings. Please address this issue so that users can effectively hide ads they do not wish to see repeatedly in their feed.

Dear Facebook Management, I greet you in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. I kindly request your assistance as our account, "Ushindi Africa Children's Choir," was disabled a week ago. We have used this account for many years for various activities in our orphanage, and it has been crucial in reaching out to our friends. Unfortunately, without it, we are struggling to keep our supporters informed about our orphanage's activities. The children are preparing to travel soon, and we urgently need to reconnect with our contacts, including our lawyers. We sincerely apologize if we unknowingly violated any of Facebook's rules. We have reviewed the terms and conditions carefully and assure you that we will not repeat any mistakes. Your prompt help in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. Faithfully yours, R.K. Kyobe Managing Director at Ushindi Africa Children's Choir/Foundation Looking forward to your response. God bless.

I am currently experiencing harassment and blackmail from a person named Michael Sean Bennett from London, Essex. He has been using multiple accounts to contact my family and my ex-boyfriend, sharing my private photos and instigating violence towards me. This situation has caused extreme fear for me and my children. Despite reporting this to the relevant authorities, no action has been taken. The individual, using aliases like Michale S Bennett and Mike Ben, has been tormenting us for 15 months, creating new accounts when blocked. I feel unsafe and believe measures should be taken to ban his accounts and prevent further communication with me, my family, and my ex-boyfriend. Your immediate attention to this matter is crucial for our safety.

Dear Facebook Team, I am writing on behalf of my grandma, Leticia Sanchez, whose Facebook credentials are not working. She cannot remember her email login and is unable to recover it. The only information she has is the email id: [redacted] Unfortunately, the registered phone number is incorrect, and we are unsure how to retrieve the password. Regrettably, she did not set up trusted contacts on Facebook as an alternative recovery method. We are uncertain of other options available to regain access to her account. I would appreciate prompt assistance. Sincerely, Charles Razo Email: [redacted] Mobile: [redacted]

Dear Facebook, this morning, I accidentally clicked on something on my logged-in browser which made Facebook load very slowly. In a rush, I cleared my browsing data and now I can't remember my password. However, I recall my username (Jason Chen Yu) and my associated phone number (+[redacted]98) which is also in the profile picture. I need to regain access to my account using my phone number for a reset. When I try to recover the account, only my Gmail appears, and my phone number is not recognized. I haven't verified my Google account yet, so I removed it, hoping to solve the issue. If I enter my phone number, it doesn't appear as an option for account recovery. I need assistance in resolving this matter promptly.

Hello Facebook Help Team, I appreciate your concern regarding the temporary block on my account. There is a group of individuals in my country who are reporting me for expressing my opinions that differ from theirs, specifically in regard to my views on Christ. While I respect all religions, I don't agree with some aspects of Christianity and should be able to express my thoughts freely. The threat of having my account closed unless I support their beliefs is unfair and oppressive. The current system of reporting on Facebook is being manipulated by certain groups to silence individuals who speak out against them. This has happened to many people, including myself. I urge Facebook to review the false accusations made against me by "Dulloota Hacker" and to lift the suspension on my account. My account, OBSA Abdi Ebrahim, has not violated any community standards. I look forward to a prompt resolution from Facebook. Thank you.

I am seeking assistance for my mother-in-law. She lost access to her original Facebook account and has been unable to recover it while creating new accounts. Despite attempts to recover the account, the required code is never sent. I am pursuing a degree in Network and Information System Security and have exhausted all legal options. I have located her original account, but accessing it is proving difficult. My mother-in-law, aged 75 and battling cancer, is eager to retrieve her photos and memories, including those of her deceased daughter. Any help with this matter would be sincerely appreciated.

I require assistance. My wife needs to reset her Facebook account password. The email linked to her account, [redacted], is outdated, as it was deleted years ago. Her current email is [redacted] Somehow, this new email is associated with my account. We are not receiving the text messages you claim to have sent. Her correct phone number is [redacted]. We do not want her account deleted, so please do not make any changes to it. However, please remove [redacted] from my account as a secondary email. Sincerely, Dave Nassaney [redacted]

I have been trying to reach Instagram since last Monday regarding my hacked account. Despite sending a photo to confirm my identity, the reset code I received has expired, and they are not providing a new one. None of my emails have been answered, and the hacker changed the email associated with my account. I reported the password change on March 11th, but the reset link keeps going to the hacker's email. I'm struggling to regain access to my account, and it's disheartening that I haven't received assistance yet. My username is "samantha_408," and my primary email is [redacted] I am eager to verify my identity and recover my account.

On March 15, my account got hacked. I have contacted Facebook and followed their instructions. However, I am unable to delete the unfamiliar email address on the recovery page, leading to a frustrating cycle of changing passwords and receiving verification codes that don't solve the issue. The hacker has changed the account name and added their email, preventing me from regaining access. I urge Facebook to address this issue promptly and provide clear guidance on recovering hacked accounts without getting stuck in unhelpful loops. A comprehensive tutorial on resolving such situations would be greatly appreciated.

I have two Facebook accounts under the name Janet Leacock - one for friends and family with a rabbit picture and another for home education with a dog picture. My old Tesco email accounts have been closed, and I was able to update my personal FB account to [redacted] but forgot to do the same for my home education account. Unfortunately, I'm unable to access my home education page as I can't remember the password or which email I had used. This page is essential for keeping track of my kids' activities, including organizing a theatre trip. I need urgent assistance to regain access. Thank you for your help. Regards, Janet Leacock.

I've been attempting to reset my Facebook password to log in on other devices. Since I no longer have access to my old email or phone number on my account, I can't update them without my password. I tried confirming my identity by sending images of my driver's license, but the link in the email I received didn't work, showing an "invalid link" message. When trying to use my new email to find my account and reset the password, it indicated that my account doesn't exist. This process has left me frustrated as I've been locked out of my Facebook account.

I am experiencing difficulties logging into my account both on my cell phone and desktop. I have tried to enter the code sent to my email for authentication, but it keeps saying the code is invalid. Additionally, I have uploaded a valid copy of my driver's license twice. The first time, I redacted too much information and was told it was invalid. The second time, I included my birthdate but have not heard back in 3 days. I attempted to create a new Facebook account with a slight name variation due to security concerns, but it was blocked for not meeting Facebook's name standards. Although my friends can still access my original account, I cannot. I am unsure why this is happening and would appreciate assistance in resolving this issue promptly.

I have forgotten my password and can no longer access my old email and phone number. Despite using trusted contacts and entering the correct codes, I keep getting an error message stating I am trying too often, even after waiting for days. I have been a loyal Facebook user since [redacted] and really do not want to create a new account. I am willing to provide my driver's license as proof of identity. The situation is frustrating as I have been trying to resolve this password issue for months. If I weren't still logged in on my computer, I would have lost access to my account completely. I am disappointed with the prolonged struggle and stress this has caused. Please assist me promptly. Thank you for your help.

After setting up an advertising account on Facebook, I was repeatedly prompted to enable two-factor authentication upon each login. Eventually, I agreed. However, now I am facing challenges accessing my account due to my changed circumstances. I have relocated to a new country, changed my phone number, and had my laptop stolen. With limited options provided by Facebook, I am unable to verify my identity when logging in from a new device in a new location. The previous option of uploading a photo with a hand-written code seems to have been removed. I am frustrated by the automated responses and seek assistance from a real person at Facebook to help me bypass the two-factor authentication hurdle.

I purchased a sewing machine from a local seller on Facebook Marketplace. After realizing the machine was faulty, I contacted the seller, who initially agreed to a refund. Despite setting up a time for the return, the seller stopped responding to my messages and calls. When I showed up at her house as planned, she claimed she wasn't home, even though she previously agreed to the return. The seller's behavior has been disrespectful, and I am left wondering how to proceed with getting my refund and reporting her for false advertising and selling a defective product. I have all conversations with the seller saved for documentation.

I have two Facebook accounts - Kamlesh Bhatt and Kamal Bhatt. My second account, Kamal Bhatt, was disabled about 30 minutes ago. I understand why this happened. A female friend has treated me poorly. She uses various fake IDs to stalk my account. Whenever I like a post on her ID, her mother gives me intimidating looks. Feeling overwhelmed, I added a banner to my profile picture that read "GO AWAY, BITCH." I realize now that this violated Facebook's Community Guidelines, and I regret my actions. I promise not to display such content again. Please reinstate my second account, Kamal Bhatt. I ask for the opportunity to rectify my mistake. Sincerely, Kamlesh Bhatt.

The Cleveland Carving Club Facebook site has been deactivated. Kath Doherty, who managed the account, has left. We are unable to reactivate the group as we don't know the email address linked to it.
