A few weeks ago, someone messaged me on Facebook about a Microsoft/Bill Gates study event offering a chance to win money by forwarding the message. Recently, a friend mentioned they received winnings from a similar study. Curious, I contacted the sender and was asked for personal information and $[redacted] for a processing fee. Feeling suspicious, I delayed payment and realized it might be a scam. The scammers then asked for $[redacted] via Google Play card. They started texting me from different numbers. Suddenly, I lost access to my Facebook and Messenger as my accounts were hacked, likely by a device I've never used. I sought help and alerted others about the fraudulent activity. Now, I am receiving messages non-stop and fear my accounts have been compromised. I am reaching out from a laptop to ensure security after resetting my Gmail password.

For the past two days, I have been unable to access my Facebook account or Messenger. Two days ago was the last time I successfully logged in. My phone was acting up by not logging me out, so I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. After doing so, I was prompted for a login code which I did not receive even after hitting the resend button. I usually receive the codes without any issue. I have tried restarting my phone, doing a hard reset, and even resetting my password. However, due to multiple login attempts, I now receive a message stating there are too many SMS requests. These attempts are made by me and no one else. Similarly, for Messenger, it asks for an approval code that was supposedly sent to my phone, but I did not receive it. I am hoping for assistance to resolve this issue so I can reconnect with my friends and family through Facebook and Messenger.

I've been experiencing issues logging in from various devices since yesterday, 3/14/19. Despite changing my password, each time I attempt to log in, I'm prompted to enter a code. However, no code is provided, and I receive a message saying, "It looks like you haven't logged in from this browser before. Please enter the login code from your Code Generator below." The requested SMS login code does not arrive, and eventually, it informs me that I've requested too many codes. Another error message that appears is "Resend Failed. The operation couldn't be completed. (FBAPIErrorDomain error 10.)" When attempting another method of authentication by following instructions to use the Code Generator in the Facebook app, I cannot locate this option as described. I've even reset my phone, reinstalled the app, but the issue persists.

Good morning, We are currently facing a dispute involving one of our directors who has wrongfully removed other administrators from our Facebook groups without authorization. The director, Colin Spriggs, has assumed control of the groups against the agreement of the company's directors, Maxwell Dunn, Gregory Williams, and Dianne Dunn. There is concern that Colin Spriggs may post content that could harm the company's reputation. Urgent action is required to rectify this situation and regain control of the groups. The directors are willing to take over as administrators, and our company's ASIC information is available upon request. It is imperative to remove Colin Spriggs (aka Colin Peters) from control immediately, as he may be operating under different names on Facebook. If retrieval of control is not feasible, the option of closing the groups should be considered.

I lost access to my account after losing my mobile phone. Although I successfully changed my password, I am now unable to log in due to "Two-Factor Authentication Required." Despite getting a new phone and Code Generator, I'm unable to link it to my Facebook without accessing my account settings. This requires a valid 6-digit login code, which I can't receive as I can't log in. I wonder why I haven't received the code via email, given that Facebook regularly emails notifications to the same address. Any help would be appreciated.

I recently experienced a security breach on my Facebook account and sought help from a number provided on your website. After speaking with someone who claimed to be Facebook support and connected to my phone, they mentioned my account was hacked by individuals in various locations with inappropriate content, asking for $[redacted] to resolve the issue. Sensing something was off, I ended the call. I initially contacted support because I couldn't change my forgotten password despite numerous attempts to retrieve the code. This issue has resulted in my family and friends receiving spam emails claiming to be from me, which is distressing. The individual I spoke to identified themselves as a representative from Go To Assist, stating they used this software on behalf of Facebook. My email may not be functional as I did not receive the codes. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Paula S.

Hello Instagram Support Team, I am writing to address the deactivation of my Instagram account due to a video I posted involving my friend. Despite concerns of harassment or insults, I want to clarify that I always seek permission before sharing any content on my account. Prior to posting the video in question, my friend willingly allowed me to share it. I abide by your terms and guidelines by ensuring I have consent for any content I post, including personal videos and photos. I kindly request the reactivation of my account. Several of my posts have been removed due to malicious reports from individuals creating fake accounts to discredit me. This has led to a misunderstanding that I hope to resolve. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. Thank you.

I recently discovered an old Facebook account that I would like to have deleted. This account dates back 10-15 years, and I was unaware it still existed until a friend informed me today while reaching out about another matter. My friend mentioned they had tried messaging me on Facebook, to which I responded that I didn't have an account. Curious, I searched for myself on Facebook and found the old account created many years ago. Unfortunately, I do not have access to the email or password linked to this account, nor do I wish to create a new account to resolve this issue. Could you kindly assist me by deleting the old account associated with my name, Brooke Wollner? The previous phone number linked to the account, [redacted], is no longer in use. My date of birth is 10/15/[redacted]. Thank you for your help.

Facebook Username: [redacted] Profile Name: Patrick Asabi-Tannigan I am reaching out because I recently got mugged and lost my phone and iPad, which were the two devices I used to access my Facebook account (listed above). Trying to log in from a new device prompted a request for a verification code. I created this account in [redacted] with an email I haven't used in about 5 years and can't access now. Though I added my cell number to my FB account, I haven't received any SMS verification codes, indicating the number may have been changed. Despite submitting my photo with ID codes 4 times, it didn't allow me to update my contact info, rendering the process ineffective. It seems like the system keeps sending new codes to the thieves. I'm frustrated with the lack of options and unable to access my account. Please contact me via the email provided to advise on what steps to take. Looking forward to your prompt response. Thank you - Patrick.

Dear Facebook Team, I want to sincerely apologize if I have unintentionally offended anyone with my recent post regarding my Christian beliefs. I simply meant to share my religious perspective as an American follower of Christianity. In the past, I have noticed posts from individuals of the Islamic faith proclaiming their beliefs, which I respect. I, too, wished to express my beliefs without any ill intentions. As a United States Army Veteran, I value the freedom of speech and the right to share one's beliefs. I have no animosity towards any religion and believe in mutual respect for all faiths. I trust in Facebook's judgment regarding this matter and am eager to have the chance to continue expressing my opinions on the platform. Thank you for your attention to this matter and I hope for your kind consideration in reinstating my Facebook account. Sincerely, Bob

I'm experiencing trouble signing into my Instagram account because I forgot my password. When trying to reset it, the reset link is being sent to an old email address, [redacted], that I haven't used in years and also can't remember the password for. The email address I thought my Instagram was linked to was [redacted], which is no longer accessible. Facebook then requested a verification process where I had to write a code on a piece of paper with my full name and username, take a picture holding it, and email it to them. I have not received any updates on whether the verification was successful. Could someone please provide me with feedback on the status of my account? Thank you.

Since the worldwide outage on Wednesday, March 13, [redacted], I have been unable to log into my account. Before the outage, I had no issues with the two-factor authentication setting. However, now when I enter my password, the login approval code is supposed to be sent via SMS to my phone, but I haven't been receiving any codes. It's frustrating not being able to access my account for nearly two days, especially with important life events and photos stored there. I just need help gaining back access to my account. Thank you.

Hello, I appreciate the great service you provide. I am having trouble contacting the Facebook appeals team directly. I lost all my work after my account was closed, and I would appreciate your assistance with this matter. I have always respected Facebook's policies. I have a clean history with no violations and respect all rights and intellectual property. Although a picture I posted unknowingly had rights, I assure you it did not contain any logos, and I was unaware of its rights. I did not receive any warnings from Facebook before being blocked for 3 days, and my account was disabled before the block ended. I kindly request your help and assure you that I will not violate any rules again. Thank you for your understanding.

Hello Mr. Mark, I hope all is well with you. I am unsure if you will come across this message. I have another page under the same name, Daniel Amro, with the email [redacted] This page contains all the photos of my late wife and daughter, along with videos and cherished memories. I have been struggling to access it for an hour to retrieve the videos and photos, but no one is aiding me. I have no one else to turn to but you in the name of humanity for help. I regret writing unfavorable things out of anger towards others for the loss of my family. I am sincerely sorry; all I wish for is to retrieve the photos and videos of my family. I am unsure if you will see this, but I am doing everything I can. Thank you, and I wish you the best.

I recently came across an enticing advertisement on Facebook for Berrylook fashion. Their photos displayed stylish clothing at affordable prices, alongside numerous positive reviews. Intrigued, I placed an order for 8 items. However, my excitement waned when I stumbled upon a post detailing numerous refund requests after spending hundreds of dollars on Berrylook products. This prompted me to investigate further and I was dismayed to uncover a multitude of negative reviews. Upon receiving the 4 items from my order, I was disheartened by the poor quality materials, shoddy craftsmanship, and incorrect sizing. The items bore little resemblance to the images on their website. To preserve the integrity of Facebook as a reliable platform for global users, I urge caution against allowing deceitful companies like Berrylook.com to operate. I implore you to examine their reviews to prevent more unsuspecting customers from falling victim to their deceptive practices. Your intervention is crucial in combatting fraudulent behavior.

I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account. Last year, I experienced cyberbullying and received a death threat on Messenger. Since April last year, I have been dealing with a stalker. To protect myself, I deactivated my old account and stayed off social media. I really miss being on Facebook as I felt isolated without it. Recently, I created a new account named Indigo Moon. It was functional for about a day but then stopped refreshing, and now I can't log in at all. I'm too afraid to use my real name due to the stalker sending me frightening messages. I have reported these incidents to the QLD Police, and the case is under investigation. Please, can you help me regain access to my account? I'm unable to reach out to friends and family on Messenger, and I used to enjoy using Facebook before the cyberbullying and stalking began. I have learned to deal with being stalked, but the cyberbullying takes a toll on my mental health. Kindly assist me in recovering my account under the name Indigo Moon to avoid further harassment.

Hello, I would like to update my phone number on my main Facebook account, Angelo Karaiannis (AngeloHD/[redacted]). However, I seem to have used it for another secondary account that I no longer use, which is disabled with the email [redacted] When I attempt to add it to my main account, I receive a message stating the phone number is already associated with a different account. I cannot access the [redacted] account as the system indicates an error with the login credentials (which are correct), and the account recovery states that the account is disabled. Could you please delete the [redacted] account entirely so I can use my phone number on my main account? Alternatively, is there a way for me to access the [redacted] settings and remove my phone number from that account? Thank you.

Dear Facebook Support Team, I am currently facing issues with the page reporting feature as it is not allowing me to describe the problem I am encountering. This particular page is spreading false news despite reputable media sources proving otherwise. It has come to my attention that there is a deliberate effort to tarnish the reputation of the distinguished Namibian journalist, J.G., by individuals associated with illegal rosewood trading in Namibia. The key figure behind this illicit trade is H.X., who operates a Facebook page under the alias "J.H." J.G. had previously exposed H.X. as the mastermind behind this harmful trade in [redacted] (link to Natgeo Africa). Despite an official ban on logging, H.X. continues to exploit Namibia's limited forest reserves for personal gain, as detailed in a Namibia Sun article. It is imperative that prompt action is taken as H.X. exploits your platform to engage in unethical practices with criminal elements in Namibia, blatantly disregarding forestry regulations. By flaunting his ill-gotten wealth and influential status, H.X. is attracting further illegal activities via his posts. Facebook should strive to combat environmental crimes, not facilitate such destructive behavior.

I am currently experiencing two issues that I need help with. 1) I have been attempting to advertise a job vacancy for a Barber on Instagram and Facebook for the last 3 weeks. However, my ad keeps getting rejected for supposedly breaching a discrimination policy, even though it is fair and inclusive. I recently received a message saying I owe £40 for a Facebook ad that I did not know was approved. The budget for the ad I set up was £22, but I am being charged for one with a budget of £56. I am confused and frustrated as I never received approval for the ad. 2) I am an admin for the Facebook page @syronmedia and owner of the Instagram page @syronmedia. I have been trying to link the two accounts, but I keep getting a notification saying the Facebook page is already linked to another Instagram page, which is not the case. I am unsure how to resolve this issue.

My Facebook name is Soukaina EL Mabrouki. I recently enabled two-factor authentication to secure my account. However, after reinstalling the Facebook app on my phone, I didn't receive the code sent via SMS as expected. Concerned that the code might have gone to an old email address ([redacted]) no longer in use, I attempted password reset through Messenger app (current password: soukaina2019) but couldn't regain access or receive the SMS code on my number (+[redacted]98). I would appreciate help resolving this matter. Kindly send the code to either my provided numbers: +[redacted]98 or +[redacted]49. Alternatively, you can email the code to [redacted] Your prompt assistance is greatly appreciated.
