I recently damaged my phone screen, so I replaced it and managed to recover my account through Facebook's help page by submitting a photo of my driver's license yesterday. This morning, I discovered the new phone wasn't charging, so I had to exchange it for another new one. However, now I'm locked out of my account once more. Despite requesting a code, I'm not receiving it on my phone. Although I used the code sent to my email, I'm unable to access my account as it requires a generator code, which I can't obtain without entering my account. Once I regain access, I plan on disabling two-factor authentication. Could you please provide a new link since I cannot request codes or resubmit my license details? Approximately 23 weeks ago, I experienced a troubling incident where I was deceived by someone posing as my cousin Bill Mynatt. They instructed me to contact an agent regarding a Publisher Clearing House list, which led to further complications as the person on the phone, claiming to be the agent, ended up hacking my Facebook account. Consequently, I no longer have access to my email address, Shannon [redacted], as the hacker intercepts the verification codes. I seek assistance in recovering my Facebook account, which has been a significant part of my life for years. Please redirect all correspondence to my new email address, [redacted], and update my contact information to fend off further hacks. Unfortunately, due to work commitments, I missed previous attempts to address this issue promptly. I implore you to help rectify this situation and ensure the security of my account going forward.

I am experiencing an issue with Facebook where it shows I have two accounts. Yesterday, I encountered problems logging out and back in, which resulted in a 24-hour block. One of the accounts has no profile picture and has never been used; the other account, with a picture of my husband and me, is inaccessible. I am unable to switch to my active account containing all my posts. I was not aware of the inactive account without a profile picture. I need assistance in accessing my original page and changing my password. The 24-hour block occurred because I was not receiving email codes to validate my login attempts. Despite trying for about 45 minutes, I couldn't get the codes. Additionally, I faced other page issues yesterday, which seemed to be widespread. I appreciate any help in accessing my Facebook page with the profile picture.

Since last night, I've been unable to access my newsfeed on my Facebook account under the name Linda Reid Baldwin. My daughter confirmed the account still exists, but I am unable to log in. When I attempted last night, a new account was inadvertently created under just Linda Baldwin, and I am unable to access my old account until I complete the setup of this new account, which I do not want. My original account, LRB, is visible in the list of friends I could add to the new account. The email associated with my LRB account was [redacted], but we later changed it to [redacted] I would like the new Linda Baldwin account deleted, and my former account, Linda Reid Baldwin, reinstated as my only account. I've been trying to follow your instructions all day, but I have been unsuccessful. Please assist. Thank you.

Hello, my name is Sandra and my Facebook account is under Sandra Holmes. I have been unable to access my account for the past two days. When I try to reset my password, it says it will send a 6-digit code to my phone or email, but I haven't received any code. I tried calling a phone number I found online for Facebook support, and a man told me my account was hacked. He instructed me to buy a $[redacted] Google Pay card to help remove the hacker. I don't understand why I need to pay to recover my account, as it's not my fault it got hacked. The man provided me with a second number to call him back once I purchased the Google Pay card: [redacted]. Please assist me with this issue.

I have attempted numerous times to change my Facebook password without any success. Despite requesting a password reset, I keep receiving the same six-digit code. Every time I enter the code, I am notified that I have exceeded the allowed attempts. I am unsure if there is a specific waiting period before I can try again, whether it is a day, 24 hours, or 48 hours. Unfortunately, my Facebook account is currently inaccessible as it is locked, rendering me unable to alter the password. I am seeking assistance to obtain a one-time password that will allow me to access my account, change the password, and resume using Facebook. I am hopeful that someone can provide me with the necessary help to resolve this issue.

Hello, I am the owner of an FB account registered under the email address [redacted] On March 14th, my account was hacked, and the password was changed. Despite several attempts to reset the password using the recovery code [redacted] that you provided, the system states I've entered too many digits and prevents me from resetting the password. Currently, I can only access my FB account from my cell phone. I tried to reset the password from my phone, but Facebook prompts me to enter the "previous password" to proceed, which I cannot provide as the hacker changed it. Yesterday, I posted on the webpage about a problem I had with commenting on a friend's page. The post failed with a big exclamation mark behind it. Someone from the webpage provided me with a number to call. By today, I am still waiting for my $[redacted] refund from the Google cards. I have not heard from them since. I am disabled and used all my money to get my page back up. Now, I have not received a call back from Mr. Ronnie Williams as promised two hours ago. I need to recover my losses and get my money back urgently. This was all the money I had for the month, and I had to borrow it. My page is restored, but I am in the dark about Mr. Ronnie Williams's response. Please assist me with this matter.

I was logged out yesterday afternoon with a message stating, "Facebook is down for required maintenance, but you should be able to get back on within a few hours." Later, around 9:30 pm, I received a notification prompting me to complete my login. Upon visiting Facebook, I encountered a message stating, "Authentication Required: You will get an SMS shortly with a login code to use for logging in." However, it has been nearly 24 hours, and I have yet to receive the SMS code for login. Despite changing my password as a precaution, I still cannot access my account from any device. I have previously received SMS from Facebook on this same number, verifying that it is correct. I am seeking assistance on how to restore access to my account.

I'm unsure what to do. I uninstalled both Facebook and Messenger after Facebook crashed a couple of times. I've reinstalled them, but the login codes aren't working. I requested them multiple times, and now I'm not receiving any codes at all. I submitted my ID and medical card last night. Some codes come to email, but they're not working. I've tried the verification steps, but they lock me out because the codes aren't authenticating my phone. This issue started yesterday with Facebook and today with Messenger. I've provided my phone number in almost every message to them. If only they could call to help, it would be much easier. I don't use Twitter or Instagram, just Facebook. I attempted to create a new account to merge information, but the two-factor verification required a phone verification again. I wish they could remove it for me to log in since they have all my info.

I am Errick Herrin and I am having trouble accessing my hacked Facebook account. Despite waiting for three months to resolve this issue, Facebook is now saying that my California ID is not sufficient to set up a new account. I find it frustrating that it's easier to be hacked than to recover your account. It's disheartening not to have access to see updates from my children and grandson. I am concerned about the content on the closed TDDUP tattoo group on Facebook. Despite reporting it several times, there are underage kids gaining access due to lax screening questions. My son, who is underage, was exposed to nudity in the group. The admin, Kellie Lynn, is threatening me for reporting her. I have blocked her, but she still holds control over Facebook and the group members who are harassing me. The group supposedly has rules, but they are not enforced, leading to inappropriate content being accessible. I have tried blocking but it has not stopped the issue. The group consistently violates Facebook's guidelines with explicit nudity posted daily. I believe they should be suspended from the platform as a lesson.

Yesterday, Facebook experienced a global outage, and I mistakenly assumed the issue was with the mobile app. After deleting and reinstalling the app, it prompted me for a two-factor authentication code. Despite requesting the code via SMS, I never received it on my phone. I realized that I may have previously used another number for this purpose. I submitted a request form along with a picture including the code provided by Facebook and received an email confirming the receipt of my request. However, it's been two hours without any update. Concerned my account may have been hacked, I reported it as such. I suggest that Facebook should verify the contact number and email associated with the account and send a code to both for added security. Please assist!

I am having trouble remembering my Facebook password because the email associated with my account is inactive. Despite my efforts to reset the email, I haven't succeeded. I also encountered issues when trying to use Facebook's trusted contacts method as the email linked to it is tied to another account. I have been unable to access my Facebook account for several weeks. Despite my login details being changed, I continue to receive emails indicating activity on my account. I created a new profile to alert my contacts about the hacking incident. I am eager to regain access to my original account and can provide verification details. I need help with accessing my email account at [redacted], which I've used since college. I am no longer a student there and can't log in. I attempted to change my email to [redacted], but I wasn't successful. Unfortunately, I can't use my phone number as it's linked to a new account. I have been attempting for two days to access my Facebook account from my new phone. The system prompts me to enter my phone number for an approval code, but I never receive the text message. Additionally, when I tried to log in from my home computer, it now requires me to use a code generator from my phone, which I am unable to do because I cannot access my account on my phone. I then attempted to recover my account through trusted contacts, but was blocked after one try, even though it was my first attempt. I even submitted a selfie picture holding a handwritten code on a piece of paper as requested by Facebook, but still have not gained access to my account.

I am having trouble logging into my Facebook account. Since last night, I have been receiving codes that do not work. The system now says there have been too many incorrect passcode attempts and advises me to try again later. I am having difficulty accessing my Facebook and Messenger accounts due to forgetting my password. I have been attempting to log in for the past four days without success.
