I could not remember my password, so I logged myself out on my phone and tried to recover my password by having a code sent to my phone. The codes are not being sent to my phone. I need in my account asap due to an issue I'm dealing with a at my children's school. There are things I need from my account to take with me to a meeting tomorrow. Why can't I get the code to recover my account and simply change my password? I've tried through my phone and on a computer, and still nothing.
GetHuman-lipsofan did not yet indicate what Facebook should do to make this right.
