After my computer was hacked while my son was using it, I took steps to secure my online accounts. However, I'm facing issues with my two Facebook accounts, "DraksFangs" and "DraksKiss Kiss." Despite changing passwords, I can't pass the security verification. Most of my listed friends are unknown individuals from old games. The email addresses associated with the accounts are [redacted] and [redacted] One of the accounts has an outdated phone number, [redacted], which I no longer use. I used the names "Draks Fangs" and "BloodyKiss Kiss" instead of my real name. I find it frustrating that even after verifying my identity, Facebook doesn't recognize it, potentially allowing someone unauthorized access to my real friends' information.

I recently won a giveaway on a page called Any Dab Will Do, which claims to offer free items during live feeds to increase their advertising profits. When I won and provided my address as instructed, my message was never even opened. After browsing the page, I discovered other winners who also did not receive their prizes. Although a recent winner received an immediate response about their prize being sent, the host has since deleted the live feed where my name was announced as a winner. It seems that not all winners actually receive the promised prizes, leading me to believe this is a dishonest scheme to attract more followers and make money through misleading advertising and scamming participants.

My account has been compromised for some time now, and I need it deleted. My date of birth was changed, but my picture is still on the profile. Please assist in deleting it or help me access it to do so. The Facebook account is under the name Valentin Cuevas (Valentin Salais), worked at Hollister, and studied at Spring Woods Middle School. It's been years since the compromise occurred, and I'm eager to have it removed.

Hello, I recently bought a new iPhone and discovered that I couldn't log into my Facebook account because I couldn't remember the password and the linked email had been canceled. I tried to reset the password by submitting my driver's license but encountered an issue where the screen froze after receiving the reset email. Additionally, I noticed another Facebook account under my name, Lisa Lykken, which I have since deleted. The account I need access to is under the name Lisa Sheehan-Lykken and I have been using it for years. Please assist me with this matter. Thank you.

Dear Facebook, I am new to using Facebook and finding it somewhat challenging to navigate. I am Carletta Lino, the owner of ArizonaSeniorRefunds.com. I am grateful for Facebook reaching out to me regarding my business page but struggle to communicate effectively in return. I am reaching out for assistance in learning how to use Facebook more efficiently. Are there any online tutorials or video training sessions available to help users like me improve their skills on Facebook? Unfortunately, I do not have children or grandchildren to assist me. I no longer have access to the computer, phone, or phone number I used to sign in to my FB account as of Feb [redacted]. When trying to log in on my new phone, I don't receive the verification code as it's sent to my old number. I can't provide a picture with a handwritten code for two-factor authentication, and I'm not comfortable storing my ID with them. How can I contact FB support to resolve this? The easiest fix would be updating my phone number or emailing me the code, which I can access. Thank you, kpsipe.

I have encountered a problem with being blocked from liking Facebook posts. The message stated that I was liking posts too quickly, resulting in a temporary block. I have a disability and use voice text to communicate, making it challenging for me to browse. Due to my limited ability to travel, Facebook is essential for me to connect with friends and family worldwide, including Catholic figures like Bishops and Cardinals. However, I am distressed as my mother's birthday is approaching, and I am unable to interact with my loved ones' posts. Despite having a private account, all my Facebook connections are friends. I believe there should not be restrictions on how often I can like posts. Urgent assistance is needed to resolve this issue promptly so I can engage with my family's important moments. Thank you for your help.

I received a 30-day ban for commenting "men are such piglets" in response to a post on FB. Facebook deemed it "hate speech," but had they read the entire post, they would have seen it was meant humorously. I believe if they label my comment as "hate," they should also ban the author of the article which had sexual content towards women. The decision is unfair, and the person responsible for it should be fired for mistaking humor for hate speech. Here is the post for context: [Original post with instructions on how women and men shower differently] I find this ban unjust and feel it's an overreaction. What are your thoughts on this situation? -Kathy M.

I recently received a suspicious message on Facebook that led me to a link where someone demanded money for a lottery. After confirming with my friend that she did not send the message and realizing her account was compromised, I tried to change my passwords, but the scammer quickly changed them first. I have the scammer's details, including bank information. My business Facebook account is at risk, and he may be harassing my customers. I urgently need assistance with recovering my account and stopping this harassment. Please reach out to me promptly.

I've enabled two-factor authentication on my account and logged out from all devices. However, I'm unable to receive the verification code via SMS or email, making it impossible to regain access to my account. Despite trying various troubleshooting methods and reaching out to facebook.com/help without success, I remain locked out. Additionally, my Microsoft hotmail account seems to have been deactivated due to inactivity. My account is associated with the email [redacted] and the phone number +52-[redacted]. I'm hoping for assistance or guidance to resolve this issue. My name on the account is Fernando Escudero, and I've submitted my state-issued ID for verification already. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

To whom it may concern, I am Mina Wu, an employee at Create-a-Kitchen Limited. I am reaching out to request assistance with regaining access to our business account, Create a Kitchen Group. Unfortunately, we lost access as it was previously managed by someone else whom we have since lost contact with. We are prepared to provide any necessary documentation to verify our ownership of the account. We kindly ask for guidance on how to proceed in reclaiming access. Hello, unfortunately, my friend Karen Dominique Galamiton was hacked this morning around 1-2 am Philippine time. The hacker changed the email address associated with Facebook and removed other recovery options like phone number and trusted contacts. According to the Help Center, there is a way to reverse the email change by sending a special link to the old email. How can she proceed with this step? She tried to recover her account by submitting her passport ID, but after changing her password and logging in, the hacker immediately changed it back. She has already contacted Facebook via email but has not received a response yet. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated as sensitive bank account information was shared via Messenger. Thank you!

Dear Support Team, I am writing to report an issue with accessing my account registered with my email, [redacted] I have not used this account for a while, and when I recently tried to log in, I encountered difficulties. The system requires me to verify with friends to activate the login process. Unfortunately, none of the five friends provided by the system are currently on Facebook, making it impossible to contact them. The QA page suggests clicking an "edit" button to replace the friends' list, but I cannot locate this option on the page. The alternative security verification method involves submitting personal ID photos online. Despite multiple attempts to upload various identification documents such as my ID, passport, driver's license, and business card, the verification process keeps failing. I kindly request your assistance in recovering my account, as it is my primary one used for many years to stay connected with friends. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help. I look forward to your response.

I am attempting to regain access to my Facebook account after being released from a 2-year jail term. Upon trying to sign in, I am asked to reset my password since it was altered 2 years ago. The issue arises when the reset link is sent to my Gmail, which was linked to my previous phone number and has 2-step verification enabled - a security hurdle that has left me unable to access my Gmail. This prevents me from resetting my Facebook password and potentially losing irreplaceable photos of my daughter's life. I'm willing to provide photo identification and proof of my incarceration to verify my identity if needed. Assistance in recovering access to my Facebook account would be greatly appreciated in order to preserve these precious memories.

A few years ago, I had a Facebook account under the name Ran Beverly. Due to a difficult situation involving abuse by my father, I lost access to all my social media accounts, including Facebook, as he had control over the passwords and emails. I have tried to regain access to my old Facebook account to delete it, but all my attempts have been unsuccessful. I believe there may be important messages related to my case on that account. The email associated with that account was [redacted], but my father hacked it, and I had to delete it. Now, I am seeking assistance to find a way to access my old Facebook account and remove it, keeping only my current one. Any guidance on how to achieve this would be greatly appreciated.

I have been unable to access my email account due to the two-factor authentication sending codes to an old phone number. My account is under the name Ted Thomson and linked to [redacted] I would like to update the phone number to +[redacted]0 to receive the codes. I can provide identification if needed. I am feeling frustrated and upset as there are important photos and memories in the account that I wish to retrieve. I have my login credentials and feel it should not be this challenging. Hello, I am writing to express our frustration as Acornkids Agents due to Facebook blocking our posts about our educational bath products. We are dedicated to providing for our families and businesses by offering these products that help children learn and develop. Despite the positive impact our products have on the community, Facebook has deemed our posts as against community standards without specifying the exact reason. This blanket action by Facebook is affecting our ability to support our families and is unfair. We urge Facebook to reconsider their decision and support legitimate businesses like ours. Your understanding and assistance in resolving this matter are greatly appreciated. Thank you for your attention to this issue. Best regards, Antoinette C. - Acornkids Representative

I recently received an unsettling email from an anonymous hacker named Franchesca claiming to have a compromising video of me. The hacker provides a Bitcoin address for the payment and emphasizes that they will be monitoring my actions. They warn against seeking help from the authorities and urge me not to attempt any deceitful tactics. The hacker signs off as Franchesca and emphasizes the consequences of non-compliance.
