Hello, While browsing Facebook on my mobile, I unexpectedly encountered a message stating that I had been blocked for posting inappropriate content, despite not personally making any such posts. I am unsure if this was accidental, perhaps due to inadvertently touching something on the screen leading to unintended posting. Personally, I have no recollection of making any such posts. I kindly request clarification on the specific content that triggered this block. I have been an active Facebook user for around a decade, and during this time, I have been mindful to only share informative messages or jokes. I make a conscious effort to abstain from sharing any content related to sex or violence, given that children of my friends also access Facebook.

My sister informed me that my account may have been hacked. When I checked during my lunch break, it was already disabled. Initially, I was asked to confirm my identity, which I did. Later, I received a message saying my account was permanently disabled by someone named Riley without further explanation. I then received a text from the person who hacked me gloating about disabling my account. My account holds memories of deceased loved ones and 10 years' worth of irreplaceable photos, some lost in a flood. Despite having the account for almost a decade, I feel unjustly penalized. While I apologize for any actions that led to this, I urge for help in retrieving my photos. I feel disheartened not being able to access these cherished memories. Thank you for any assistance.

Dear Facebook Team, I am Ajaz S. from India. I have been a Facebook user since [redacted]. During these 9+ years, I have connected with many good friends and work contacts, and I am grateful for the experience. I have never posted anything offensive related to caste or gender. My posts have always aimed to motivate and bring laughter with good jokes. My Facebook memories include family, friends, fun activities, and related photo albums. Recently, I started sharing Hindi movie songs on weekends using #AJChayageet to entertain friends, receiving positive feedback. Unfortunately, I unknowingly violated copyright rules, resulting in a 3-day block. Even though I stopped sharing songs, I was blocked again for 3 days due to past activity tracking. I understand the mistake and assure you it won't happen again. I have attached my Aadhaar card ID and mobile number to prove my authenticity. A suggestion for Facebook is to collect national ID and mobile numbers from all users worldwide to promote genuine interactions and prevent violations. Additionally, a toll-free support line for issue resolution could be beneficial. I hope the Facebook Team can assist me in recovering my account. I apologize for the unintentional mistake. Thank you.

Subject: Request for Account Recovery Hello Facebook Team, I hope this message finds you well. I’ve been a loyal Facebook user for nearly a decade, and the platform holds great significance in my life. Beyond a means of communication, Facebook serves as a way for me to share my experiences with others. I recently encountered an issue with my personal Facebook account. On March 6, [redacted], my account was disabled, causing me considerable distress. Given the memories and connections stored on the platform, its sudden loss has had a profound impact on me. Understanding the circumstances that led to this, I regret sharing a video of violence, albeit with a message condemning the actions depicted. I acknowledge my mistake and sincerely apologize for the oversight. I have attempted to appeal this decision by submitting my ID, yet my account remains permanently disabled. I am reaching out in the hopes of recovering my account under the name Gilver Bryan Bulwag, linked to the email: [redacted] Additionally, my Instagram account (@gilver_bulwag) has faced a similar fate. I humbly request your reconsideration and understanding in this matter. These accounts bear immense personal value, and I am committed to upholding Facebook’s community standards moving forward. Thank you for your attention and anticipated support. Warm regards, Gilver Bryan Bulwag

I have been using Facebook since March [redacted]. However, since late February, I have been unable to access my account due to a timed-out session. This also occurred once before in October [redacted], but I was able to resolve it within a few days. I suspect the issue may be related to entering the wrong email address, as I have two Gmail accounts that are not syncing correctly between my Apple devices. The correct email associated with my Facebook is [redacted] I attempted to recover my account using my mobile number and password but received no matches. After trying on the internet, I discovered two other email addresses associated with my account. I need to regain access to my account to update my email and recover the correct password. Despite having saved passwords that do not seem to work, I am eager to get back on Facebook. My current profile picture is of Mater from Cars, previously it was Puss n Boots from Shrek.

I provided accurate information to Facebook regarding a photo they posted that may be someone I know. I declined to confirm the picture due to their policy. I supplied details like his date of birth, age, and previous residence since he moved and changed phone numbers. I just need Facebook to verify everything now since we lost contact, making it hard to confirm if it's him. The key detail I'm waiting for is the state of residence shown in the photo, then I'll believe it's him. I don't want to create an account; I'm simply waiting for validation. In [redacted], we were last closely connected, but we connected amicably in [redacted]. I'm concerned for him and would appreciate it if Facebook could confirm the state. Eric A. Snead lived in Plainfield, NJ, East Orange, Paterson, and previously in Newark, NJ. Please check this information and send it to me. The photo resembles Eric, but I'm unsure. I always remembered his October 25th birthday as it's the same as three of my relatives.

I urgently require assistance. On the 5th of March, someone created a Facebook account in my name using an old profile picture. This imposter sent a hateful message to my 13-year-old daughter. I suspect it was my mother, but I need a way to confirm this. I have two main accounts under the name Chevy Sullivan with the email addresses [redacted] and [redacted] My mother has taken my daughter, Harmony Jade, and is turning her against me by spreading lies. I am fighting to get her back in court. I need to trace the IP or MAC address of the sender of the message to prove my innocence. Please help me resolve this before I lose my daughter forever.

I have an issue that started with Hangout. This problem has now extended to Facebook, Hangout, YouTube, and messaging. Someone is threatening me to upload sensitive material on social media platforms. They attempted to upload on YouTube already. They are demanding money to stop and have mentioned involving minor children and their friends. My Facebook has been hacked using a fake Gmail account, and they may have changed the passwords. They have shown me video content and messaged me and my friends through a duplicate Facebook account. I am seeking help as I have contacted the police, FBI, YouTube support, and Google call center. I urgently need assistance to disable my Facebook account and the cloned one to prevent any further misuse with my name and image. I'm unsure of how Facebook can assist but I hope to communicate with a professional to find a solution.

Subject: Facebook Account Hacked and Impersonated To Whom It May Concern: I, Wayne Lund, am the rightful owner of the account under my name which has been hacked and stolen. The hacked account now belongs to Phillip Ashby, using the email address [redacted] Despite my numerous emails attempting to address this issue directly with Facebook, no steps have been taken to recover my account. The current situation constitutes multiple violations under Facebook's guidelines and United States laws protecting privacy (Communication Act 18 U.S.C. Section 2[redacted]). The account now displays my personal information under the name of Phillip Ashby with a changed email address and password. I urge Facebook to act promptly to rectify this criminal activity, failing which I will involve law enforcement agencies. I demand my account, Wayne Lund, be returned to my control immediately. I expect a swift resolution to this matter and my Facebook account to be reinstated under my ownership. Please refer to the attached documents for evidence of the violations and lack of adequate response from Facebook. Thank you.

I set up a Facebook profile for business use but mistakenly named it after my business instead of using my real name. Facebook locked my account and requested my ID for verification, but since the ID does not have my name on it, I can't prove my identity. I can't find any way to contact Facebook in Germany for assistance. I apologize for the error and simply wish to rename the account so I can continue using it.

Subject: Report of Hacked/Impersonated Facebook Account Dear Facebook Security, I am Wayne Lund, the rightful owner of the account under my name that has been hacked and is now being impersonated under the name Phillip Ashby. Despite multiple emails attempting to resolve this issue, I have not received any confirmation of recovery actions from Facebook. This criminal activity infringes upon my privacy and must be addressed urgently in accordance with the law. If Facebook fails to take this matter seriously, I will be forced to involve law enforcement agencies. The account has been renamed to Phillip Ashby but contains all of my personal information. Numerous attempts have been made by me to rectify this situation promptly, but the responses from Facebook have been inadequate. I am having trouble accessing my email associated with the Facebook account under the name Snoby Rylee. This account was created with the intention of being unique, and Rylee is the name of my chocolate lab who is featured on my profile. I purposely did not upload a picture of myself to avoid unwanted attention. My friends on the platform include Sheryl Sweet and Derian Lopez, and I enjoy playing Words with Friends. I recently forgot my password after noticing someone in Texas attempting to access my account. My profile contains information about anti-bullying, and I have shared memories of my late father, uncle, and aunt. There are pictures of my 10-year-old son, who has autism, of whom I am very proud. I have been locked out of my account for almost a week now. I submitted my ID for verification, but I remain unable to access my account. My original email address was [redacted], and it has since been changed to [redacted] To verify, my phone number is [redacted]. I am eager to reconnect with my friends on Snoby Rylee. Thank you.

Dear friends, I want to express my gratitude for your generosity towards my upcoming Ministry trip to Kenya and Uganda. However, I want to clarify that I did not activate the Facebook giving button on my post, and there is no connected giving account. Your donations may end up going to USA charities through Facebook. I am trying to figure out how to either redirect the funds to my bank account or have them returned to you. I appreciate your support, and I am working on resolving this issue. Please keep me in your prayers as I try to sort this out. Thank you for your understanding. God bless you all. - Carol-Grace Buckman UK. Email me at [redacted]

I recently purchased a new phone, and I encountered issues when trying to switch my accounts for Facebook and Messenger. As I couldn't recall my password, I created a new Facebook account. While my old friends accepted my friend requests, I'm unable to view their posts, and they still see my old account. I am in several groups but face difficulty commenting as it prompts me to sign in with an email, leading me to create another account. I now require my old account to be deactivated.

After my iPhone was factory reset by Apple yesterday, I have been unable to access my Facebook account. When prompted to enter a 6-digit code, I haven't been receiving it via text or email, despite trying troubleshooting steps. I also submitted my passport for identification verification as requested but haven't received confirmation or instructions on accessing my account. Urgently needing my Facebook for university, I'm worried about the security of my passport information and request assurance that once viewed by Facebook, it will be immediately deleted and not stored. Thank you, looking forward to your quick response! - Taylah R.

Hello, I recently had a disagreement with a graphic designer, Lio, who goes by the name draw.your.mind.2.18 on Instagram. He was working on artwork for my new hip hop group called "Servants Of None." After our falling out, he posted unfinished designs on his page, including our group logo. Despite asking him to remove the artwork, he refused, claiming it was his work. I also found out he has more unfinished designs from our project which are causing me distress. He even blocked me on social media preventing me from taking any action. I believe the name "Servants Of None" belongs to my group, and I am unsure how to proceed legally since he has cut off communication. Any advice on how to handle this situation would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Danny Epstein Instagram accounts: thefuzabeatprod scavengerslunch breddarecords

I recently changed my password due to a breach attempt in Texas on my Snoby Rylee account, for which you have my ID with a photo of my dog Rylee. However, there seems to be confusion as the pictures on the account are of my son Chase. I strive to be unique and imperfect, hence the choice of names. My birthday is 08/26/74, and I can be reached at [redacted]. Perhaps we can find a way for me to regain access to my account by receiving a code. I've updated my contact email to [redacted] Your help is greatly appreciated.

Dear Facebook, I am writing on behalf of my friend, Brandi McCarthy, who won a promotion on your platform in late [redacted]. Unfortunately, she did not receive a sufficient amount to cover the required fee of $[redacted] plus wire charges. Brandi, who is on disability due to epilepsy and PTSD, expected to receive back pay to help with her expenses. Despite multiple attempts to contact Facebook headquarters via telephone, she has been unsuccessful in resolving this issue. She is willing to provide the necessary ticket number, serial number, and batch number to an authorized representative for assistance. Given the lack of working contact numbers to speak with a live person at Facebook, Brandi is seeking guidance on how to proceed with the information she has. She is eager to resolve this matter promptly. Please reach out to her via the email provided below. Thank you.

My Facebook account linked to the email [redacted] was disabled because I needed to prove that my name is genuine. A typo occurred when I tried to change it from Estelle Looi to Estelle Lml (mistakenly typed as Estellr Lml). Lml represents my Chinese name. It has been a week, and I have not received any assistance from the Helpdesk. I have already forwarded my WhatsApp, Line, and Instagram profiles to verify my name. I am willing to provide more information if contacted, but unfortunately, I am currently locked out of my account. Could someone please assist me?
