The issue in GetHuman-blstubbs's own words
We have a joint account under PoppopandGrandmamaStubbs. We received a notification about verifying who we are which we did not understand at the time and reused PoppopandGrandmma Grandmama in our response. Our account was locked until we provided some proof of who we were. They wanted government issued picture ids, but we were not willing to go that far. I provided * photos of our address with the house number and street blacked out because you are not supposed to give more that your town in your profile. The first photo was of a National Geographic magazine with my husband’s name that he goes by. The second photo was of a life insurance statement with my name. The third photo was a credit union statement with both of our names, with my husband’s being his legal name. These were submitted January **, ****. Our account is still locked with the message to be patient while they are investigating our documents. We have no way to find out the status. We have used this account together since August ****. Any help you can give us would be greatly appreciated.
