A few weeks ago, I deleted and deactivated my Facebook account (Geoff Laird) with the email login: [redacted] along with my Messenger account. Subsequently, I created a new Facebook and Messenger account under the name (Cho Zenwun) but still using the old email address [redacted] Despite losing access to the old account (Geoff Laird), it appears as active in my contacts, alongside my new account (Cho Zenwun). I'm puzzled by this and concerned if someone else might be logged in. I urgently seek clarification on the device that is accessing the old account. I was unable to access my account because it was locked for using what was deemed a false name. I don't have a cell phone to receive the restore code. Requesting more identification from me than others violates my rights. There are legal implications for demanding additional information beyond what is necessary. There have been violations of common carrier laws that extend to telecommunications and internet service providers. As these violations occurred before the recent political changes, there may be future repercussions. The potential fines for these actions could be substantial. Legal entities are monitoring this situation, suggesting potential consequences in the future. Ceasing these actions may be the only way to prevent further issues.

I would like to report a group that is misrepresenting the company I administer. Despite my requests, the group's admin - a former employee of the company named Mackie Pelaro Locsin - is refusing to cooperate. He is using the group to tarnish the company's reputation by posting misleading content and inappropriate material that goes against the company's values. The group is using the company logo, which has been updated, adding to the confusion for viewers and clients. I have tried to join the group to help him make the necessary changes, but he is resistant. The company, Power Circle International Inc., has been faithfully serving its clients for 15 years. I am requesting urgent action to take down the group or at least remove any association with the company to prevent further damage. I have encountered repeated blocks every time I attempt to share a post in the Groups I belong to. This issue first arose on October 31, [redacted], on Halloween night. Despite posting innocuous content, it was flagged for violating Facebook guidelines. Although Facebook later admitted their mistake and offered an apology, the problem persisted intermittently. Currently, I am unable to Share, Comment, or Post within Groups without any explanation. I feel targeted and harassed, adversely affecting my experience on Facebook. Despite following the guidelines, I am still facing restrictions. As a person with severe disabilities, I feel this mistreatment has crossed a line, and I am considering finding a platform where my contributions are valued. 👩🏻

I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account due to issues with a phone number that used to belong to someone else. My current phone number is [redacted], but when I try to access my account with it, it shows up under a different person's Facebook. I have also forgotten my password and cannot reset it because it tries to send the reset information to the old number [redacted], which I no longer have access to because it was stolen. My Facebook screen name is [redacted] I have already tried different ways to resolve this but nothing has worked. I went to Metro PCS for help, but they directed me to contact Facebook. I hope this issue can be resolved promptly so I can regain access to my account with my correct phone number.

I recently released a new single called "Suicidal Heart" on 2/22 and created a video to promote it on Facebook and Instagram. The video contains my album cover art and a 47-second audio clip of the song, for which I hold all the rights as the artist and songwriter. However, my ad account keeps getting disabled even after receiving approval emails, without any clear violation of policies. I have tried reaching out to Facebook for the past week through their templates, seeking assistance or an explanation, but to no avail. My ad account has been inactive since the release, and despite simplifying the video and creating a new ad account, the same issue persists. I am frustrated by the lack of support and the impact this has had on my sales and streams.

I recently upgraded my device on 2/28/19. However, upon attempting to log into my account on the new device, the two-step authentication is not recognizing my password or phone number. I originally set up my account with my phone number and email. After going through the steps to reset my password, I am now awaiting a text to my phone, which is still the same number on file. Despite 24 hours passing, I have not received any communication from Facebook. I have even submitted a picture of my driver's license, yet have received no response via email or text. I am unsure of the next steps to recover my account and how long this process will take. As I currently have no access to Facebook at all, other troubleshooting steps are not viable solutions for me.

I needed to change my Facebook password. While deciding on a new password, I mistakenly erased the old one from my reminders book. I replaced it with the new one and now cannot remember the old password well enough to log in. My email was associated with Roadrunner.com, but now I am a Verizon.net customer, making it difficult to reset my password. I can access Facebook on my tablet but not on my computer. I have tried the "Recover Account" option and attempted to update my email address. I provided the required identification information but have not heard back from Facebook after three days. I am still waiting for their instructions. Can someone please assist me with this issue?

My spouse and I rely on Facebook Pay to transfer money between accounts swiftly rather than withdrawing cash physically. Recently, while trying to send $[redacted], my husband encountered an issue with verifying his account limit. Although he completed the verification process, he was notified that he can no longer use Facebook Pay, resulting in the cancellation of the $[redacted] transfer on February 26th. I am concerned because I keep seeing Chumba Casino ads on my Facebook wall, even though I've used this Casino several times. When I try to withdraw my winnings, I've been struggling for more than two weeks. They claim they haven't paid me because they need my log-in email, which should be the same as my Facebook email [redacted], but they say it's incorrect. Hello, I am Ozumba Chikaodili Lilian. I created a Facebook account in [redacted] during computer training. Recently, when attempting to log in, I am redirected to a page asking for a security code to be sent to my phone number for confirmation. Despite clicking continue, I do not receive the SMS code for the past 5 days. I suspect my account may be blocked or hacked since I no longer receive notifications to my email and my friends can't find me on Facebook using my username. My Instagram page @Nike.DNA was unexpectedly disabled without warning. I created it as a fan page for my shoe collection, clearly stating it was not affiliated with Nike. I wonder who requested the shutdown and if it can be changed to a different name if necessary. I'm a Nike consultant, and the head office in Portland, Oregon, wants to investigate why it was shut down. I hope to rectify any issues before deletion as I intended the page to be educational.
