Email on Account, Phone number on Account, Name of Account Holder, and Photo of Passport or Driver's License

I don't have Facebook, I just have the Messenger app. But it suddenly logged me off and I have this message :*"It looks like you're using this feature in a way it wasn't meant to be used. Please slow down or you could be blocked from using it."*It says I need to do a security check to log back in : "We sent a *-digit code to (***)***-****." The first two times, I received the code and tried to enter it, but nothing happened when I clicked on "Continue". After that, when I tried to log in at different times, it never sent me codes. When I click on "Resend confirmation code", nothing happens.*I don't understand what is going on. I am a responsible adult and I only use Messenger to keep in touch with my friends. Can you help me to get my account working again?*Thank you!
