My primary account, which I have had for OVER 10 YEARS, has been flagged for photo upload verification. This is frustrating! It's my main and original account where all my friends are. Historically, on various forums online, my original photos have led to bans when trying to create a new account. Many users online are facing the same issue due to your system. Your system asks for a photo on my real account, but if I upload a new photo now, my account will likely be banned. This has happened to me before, where no original photo could pass your security check. I'm worried about losing my 10-year-old account because of this flawed system. I can't log in because the security check requires a photo upload. However, if I do upload a picture, my account will be banned, as I've seen happen to others. How can I regain access to my account and circumvent this obstacle your community has imposed? Please assist me in resolving this issue. I value my Facebook account.

I am facing a frustrating issue with Facebook. I am seeking assistance regarding being unjustly banned from the Facebook Marketplace. Despite selling items appropriately, my account was permanently banned without specifying the violation. As a dedicated mother, this situation is affecting my ability to sell my toddler's outgrown items. Additionally, my attempts to create a new profile were disabled for security reasons, requesting an excessive amount of personal identification. Despite submitting my identification multiple times, my account remains disabled, leaving me feeling enraged with the lack of human support from Facebook.

As a teacher at Berkeley County Schools in Berkeley County, West Virginia, I am deeply troubled by the activities of a Facebook user known as Tales of an Educated Debutante, whose real name is Adriane Wood from North Carolina. She is spreading false information and using photos without permission to profit from her blog, causing harm to individuals and potentially endangering our school community. Her actions are irresponsible and may incite dangerous behavior from her followers. Urgent action is needed to address this issue and prevent any harm from coming to our schools or students.

I am currently experiencing an issue with my account security. I am prompted to confirm my identity due to recent activity. When I attempt to verify using the option to send a text message, I do not receive any texts despite multiple attempts. I have ensured my phone service is working correctly. Interestingly, searching my phone number displayed no results, but adding a space revealed my email. The alternative verification method of using another device also leads to the same request for identity confirmation. As a result, I am unable to access my account. How can I resolve this matter?

I believe my account has been disabled, but I can't verify it. While posting, I encountered the "There seems to be suspicious activity on your account, we need to verify this is you" message. I was instructed to expect a verification number on my cell phone and enter it in the response box. Unfortunately, I never receive the text for verification. There is no alternative method offered, such as sending the code to another email. Despite no change in my phone number, the code is always requested but never received. My phone number is [redacted] and has not changed in years. This is the third account within two years experiencing this issue, which did not occur before [redacted].

Two weeks ago, I was unexpectedly logged out of Facebook and received a message stating that my password had been changed, even though I didn't make any changes. I attempted to reset my password by sending a code to my old email address created in [redacted]. Unfortunately, I've forgotten the password to this hotmail account as it was seldom used, primarily for social network sign-ups. After reaching out to Microsoft for help recovering the hotmail account, I learned that it had been automatically deleted due to inactivity over the past 5 years. Someone then created a new hotmail account with the exact same name as my lost account. The issue now is that my Facebook account is linked to this inaccessible email. I'm unsure about how to regain access to my Facebook account under these circumstances. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I have encountered ongoing security issues with my Facebook account recently. Despite my attempts to resolve them, new problems keep arising. I would like the opportunity to discuss these challenges with Facebook's customer support team by phone in the hopes of finding a comprehensive solution. The issues first arose when I received notifications about unauthorized login attempts from Kentucky. Although no visible changes were made, it was evident that someone had acquired my personal details. Subsequently, I found myself locked out of my account due to a password change, prompting me to frequently reset it. Despite changing passwords and implementing 2FA for all my accounts, security concerns persist. I also attempted to update the associated email address on my Facebook account, but encountered a confusing email indicating both a successful and unsuccessful change. As a result, I deleted my account and created a new one, only to be unexpectedly locked out again for suspected impersonation. The email requesting PII raised suspicions of phishing. Moreover, upon trying to log back in, Facebook requested identity confirmation without offering a viable option to do so, leaving the "let us know" link inactive.

My original account, Brittany K. Hoxie, was hacked along with the email address used for login, making it impossible for me to deactivate it since I did so almost a year ago. I am unable to access my poetry, writing, papers, and photos stored on the account. The frustration has led me to consider reporting any issues with Facebook to have it shut down permanently. I am extremely upset and urgently need my account, Brittany K. Hoxie, permanently deleted. Although I would like to retrieve my content, the situation has become less significant after months of distress. I lost a significant freelance writing job due to Facebook's inadequate security. I am willing to provide my driver's license, social security number, mailing address, and can communicate via Skype, phone, or email to regain access. Currently utilizing a proxy to monitor any public activity by the hackers, I am eager to resolve this matter promptly. I would like to clarify a situation that has arisen recently. Following my late wife's passing in mid-December [redacted], her daughter has been spreading misinformation regarding my alleged use of Facebook. My wife's friends were notified of her decease through a few U.S. Post Office mailings. However, Susan K. has misrepresented the situation by claiming I was impersonating my wife on the platform. This led to the Memorialization status being activated, based on false information. While I may have created a Facebook account in the past, I have never actively used it. Susan is not a trustee of our family trust, but rather seems to be acting out of bitterness and a desire for control. She even falsely attributed her mother's obituary to me on her Facebook page. The obituary was actually written by my late wife on her computer about two years ago before her health declined. I encountered an issue while trying to log in to Facebook as the icon was missing. Despite my attempts to resolve it, I was unsuccessful. When I attempted to log in, it requested to send a 6-digit code to my old Gmail account. Upon trying to input my new email, it indicated that it was already in use. I received a notification stating that my account has been disabled, possibly due to having multiple accounts which I am unable to access to deactivate. I assure you that I have not engaged in any fraudulent activities and have always followed Facebook's guidelines. I kindly request the reinstatement of my account and any clarification on the issue if needed.

This ongoing harassment has affected my family and our hard work to establish and run our business. I kindly request the removal of the page White Canvas Art Child Abuse. Additionally, I seek assistance in investigating the SilverSchell account to address the harmful lies spread about my daughter. On February 14th, I was tagged in a video which I clicked on and immediately realized that it was a mistake. The next day, friends contacted me saying I may have been hacked because the same video was sent out to my friend list. I promptly changed my password. However, upon attempting to log back in, I was prompted to receive an SMS login code, which I never received. Despite several password changes and attempts, as well as submitting photos for two-factor authentication, I remain locked out of my account. I recently had an unfortunate experience on Facebook Marketplace. I bought a washer machine, but after encountering issues and facing verbal abuse when requesting a refund, I was blocked. Despite merely expressing my frustration and sharing photos of the faulty machine, I was banned for my response to their mistreatment. Feeling unjustly treated, I find myself out $[redacted], unable to access Marketplace, and unsure of my next steps.

Hello, my name is Kristy Carroll. I've been having trouble with my Facebook page due to a guy harassing me and making threats. As a result, my account has been reported as fake, and now I can't log in. I've already sent a photo of myself to verify my identity and can provide more photos and my date of birth if necessary. I just want my account to be reinstated. I was temporarily blocked from joining groups until March 12th, but it seems my account has been hacked and shut down possibly by the same person who threatened me. About a week ago, while rushing out of my apartment in Glendale, AZ, my phone accidentally hit the sidewalk, resulting in a shattered screen due to the rain. I've been struggling to regain access to my Google, Facebook, OfferUp, and other accounts linked to my now inaccessible email, tkohr2017[at]gmail.com. Since my phone is now unusable, I acquired a new phone and set up a new email address, tkohr2018[at]gmail.com. However, when trying to access my Facebook account from the new device, the login code sent was for a different account, causing frustration. I urgently need to regain control of my accounts, particularly my Google account as it contains crucial information, including details about a missed appointment with the Arizona Attorney General's office. I am struggling to access my account despite trying several methods. I attempted to receive a six-digit code via email, but the email associated with my account is now inaccessible. After trying to send the code to a different email and using phone numbers linked to the account without success, I also attempted to verify my identity through ID verification, which also failed. Not being able to access my Facebook account, where I have stored valuable memories, including photos and videos of my family, friends, and important life events, is deeply concerning. I have meaningful connections on this platform, ranging from lifelong friends to recent acquaintances, who have contributed significantly to my life.
