Recently, I shared an apology essay template with a friend and asked her to delete it. However, she ignored my request, making me anxious. I unintentionally made it seem like I was trying too hard and lazy in my messages. I fear she might claim the essay as her own, exposing me to everyone I'm apologizing to, and undoing all my efforts. She repeatedly cited laziness as the reason for not deleting it, causing me extreme anxiety and worry. It's challenging for me to focus on anything else due to the distress this situation is causing. Can you assist me by deleting her messages containing the essay? My severe anxiety, nervousness, worry, depression, and insomnia are making it hard for me to function normally.

My Facebook business page seems to have been compromised. A photo was shared on my page today without my consent. Recently, my son had his belongings, including his computer, stolen during a robbery in Denver, CO. Since then, there has been suspicious activity on various accounts like eBay and Netflix, which he had access to. My son set up my business page and might have linked it to his stolen computer. I received no alerts from Facebook regarding any unauthorized access to my account. Is there a way to trace this intrusion? How can I safeguard my page from unauthorized posts going forward?

When I logged into Facebook, I had an issue trying to repost some old pictures with a message. After attempting to post them and receiving an error message about missing information, I tried to correct it. However, when I accidentally went back a page, I couldn't find the picture to repost it again. I'm not very tech-savvy and now I'm not sure how to locate the lost picture. Thank you for your help.

I am having trouble with Facebook's two-step authentication. I followed all the steps to receive a code via email, changed my password, but when I try to log in again, Facebook asks for a code to be sent to my old phone number which is no longer active. I have filled out multiple contact forms but have not received any responses. My account is also not visible to my friends and family. I am concerned about not being able to access my 12-year-old account with important family photos. Can someone please help me update my phone number or disable two-factor authentication?

Yesterday, I was targeted by a scam claiming to be from the Ellen Foundation Prize Award. They manipulated me into participating in a process and provided various claim numbers for a supposed prize I had won. They insisted that I purchase two $[redacted] Stream Wallet gift cards to verify my identity. The scammers even provided me with contact information and an email address, pretending to be associated with Ellen DeGeneres. I am aware that Ellen does not require payment to receive prizes, which raised red flags for me. They also tampered with my Facebook account by changing the email address. I am unable to reset my account due to this fraudulent activity. It's crucial to inform Ellen DeGeneres about these fraudulent practices. I have details, including email addresses and phone numbers, if required. This type of scam is deceitful and preys on unsuspecting individuals. Vigilance is key to protecting ourselves and others from falling victim to these schemes.

Hello, I have an old Facebook account that was created with the email address [redacted] I deactivated the account years ago, and recently someone reactivated it and changed the password. The email provider I used is no longer available, and there is no linked phone number, so I can't recover the account. There are photos of my children on the account, and I feel very uneasy. I want to delete or at least make the account inaccessible urgently. I have created a new Facebook account with a different email address that I am content with. Thank you, Bethany Gill

Hello, I'm contacting you regarding an old Facebook account linked to the email address [redacted] I deactivated this account some years ago, and it appears someone has since reactivated it, changing the password. Unfortunately, I am unable to access this account as the original email service provider is no longer active, and there is no linked phone number. This situation has left me feeling very concerned, especially since the account contains photos of my children. I am eager to either delete or render the account inaccessible promptly. I have created a new Facebook account with the same email address that I am content with. Your assistance in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you, B. Gill

My account was reported for using a false identity, which is not true. W. Carrillo The reason I adopted the nickname "Guerita" is to prevent my ex-fiancé's lovers from finding me by my name and stop them from stalking my page and photos, leaving offensive and mocking comments. On my ID, my last name is Carrillo. "Decarr" means "of Carrillo," something my siblings and I use to identify ourselves since we are many, with the same father but different mothers. "Quintana" is my ex-fiancé's last name because we had plans to marry, but we separated on February 7 due to domestic violence. If you need an ID or birth certificate from me to restore my account, please let me know. My email is [redacted] My personal cell is [redacted]. I hope for your help and a prompt response. I need my account back, please.

Hello, This morning, I reported a page ("Ali versus the Rest") on Facebook that many companies, including myself, believe doesn't belong there. They name websites on their page to attack dropshipping in the Netherlands, claiming it is a scam. This has resulted in the destruction of various websites, including mine, despite the fact that I have most of my items in stock, not dropshipped. The concerning part is that they are misrepresenting information from my website, harming my business. This page, made up of individuals without a company, appears to be engaging in bullying behavior by sharing screenshots of messages from website owners. It is distressing and I am seeking assistance in addressing this issue.

I wanted to share a situation I encountered when trying to make a donation through Facebook in honor of a friend's birthday. After selecting a charity and making a $50 donation, the charge appeared on my credit card as a Facebook transaction. However, neither the charity I chose nor my friend has been informed of the donation. I have already sent an email regarding this issue but have not received any response yet. If I don't hear back within 48 hours, I will have to reach out to my credit card company to report this problem as potentially fraudulent.

I received a warning email from Facebook about a complaint on a group page, although I'm not sure which specific page it was related to. Following this, I noticed that some messages from 8 to 10 people were deleted. Despite posting several new items, I am concerned as they are not receiving any views, comments, or generating sales. To confirm my posts' visibility, I checked from a family member's device, but they were not showing up. The administrator of the main page where I am active found no blocks. However, my posts are also not visible on Facebook Marketplace or other group sites. This situation is frustrating on multiple levels. Firstly, if my account was not visible, why was I allowed to post new items? Secondly, without visibility, I am unable to sell the items I have listed.

I am having an issue with accessing my business Facebook page, Blu Mountain Beauty, which I set up in Jamaica while trying to log in from the USA. After Facebook detected suspicious activity, I was asked to enter a 6-digit login code sent to my USA phone number. However, upon entering the code, the NEXT button disappears and a spinning circle appears indefinitely. I have attempted this multiple times with the same outcome. I also tried the FORGOT ACCOUNT option, received a passcode from Facebook via email to change my password, but when prompted to enter the 6-digit code from my phone, I encountered the same perpetual loading circle. I appreciate any help in resolving this issue.

My Facebook account has been hacked. The individuals responsible for this have been using my identity to post inappropriate and offensive content in groups I am a part of. They have also taken photos from my account and shared them on other websites with disrespectful comments attached. This behavior appears to be coming from multiple individuals within the "1st Amendment Uncensored" group, including the admins. I mistakenly thought this group was legitimate but discovered it's a forum for disrespectful and inappropriate behavior. I am seeking assistance as their actions violate Facebook's rules on impersonation and harassment. I appreciate any help in resolving this issue. Thank you.

I have been attempting to reset my password for the past 3 days. Although I typically stay logged into Facebook, suddenly it requested my password. When I tried to retrieve it from my keychain, it didn't work. Despite making 9 attempts to reset my password, I never received the 6-digit code on my email address [redacted] or my mobile phone [redacted]. It has been 72 hours, and I haven't received any codes. I also tried using another email, [redacted], which was stated to be associated with another account, although it is actually mine. I am concerned that the codes are not reaching me, and I fear someone might gain access to my account. I have no desire to create a new account as I have many friends and have been using this account since [redacted]. I urgently need to regain access to my account on my Mac Pro, especially since my son's wedding photos need to be shared soon. I have also reset my Apple ID in the meantime. Thank you for your help in resolving this issue. Susam Spratlin Singletary

I recently fell victim to a hacker posing as a friend who claimed I had won a prize. The scammer used my friend's account and directed me to collect the prize. I realized it was a scam when the imposter couldn't answer personal questions only my friend would know. The scammer even tried to manipulate me into sending $[redacted] for prize delivery by pretending to cry in a fake voice message. I became suspicious when the voice didn't match my friend's. After blocking the scammer, they retaliated by locking me out of my own account. Now I'm unable to contact my 9-year-old son. I've created a new account, but the scammer continues to block me. What should I do?

I have been attempting to set up a business manager account at work to utilize custom audiences with parent permission forms from customer events. I recently had my boss create a business account for our page. However, when I try to connect my ad account, I encounter an issue stating that a payment needs to be made before adding my personal ad account to Business Manager. I have explored the help forums and FAQs extensively but haven't found a solution. I hope to resolve this without having to make an unnecessary payment. My personal ad account is [redacted], and I am trying to link it to Stufflers at [redacted]

On February 21st, I attempted to purchase chips as part of a promotion by DUC Casino using my debit card. However, after clicking to confirm the purchase amount, I received a red message indicating that the payment had failed. I then tried the same transaction with my credit union card, only to encounter the same error message. Despite both my bank and credit union showing withdrawals of $[redacted].03 each for the failed purchases, DUC Casino claims no record of these transactions. The funds are currently in pending status with both financial institutions. I have attempted to contact Facebook without success to resolve the issue of the missing funds. It has been more than 5 days now, and no action has been taken to refund the money or provide the DUC chips I was trying to purchase. I have also initiated contact with the fraud division of the judiciary department, as it seems the resolution of this matter is being delayed by Facebook. I am unable to submit the Facebook form for undelivered purchases due to their records not reflecting any transaction on their end.

There seems to be a discrepancy in the way Facebook handles Pages associated with U.S. government-funded media outlets like Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty and Radio Free Asia. These Pages, managed by the U.S. Agency for Global Media, receive nearly a billion dollars annually to promote U.S. interests worldwide. However, they do not clearly state their funding source or their mission to influence foreign populations on behalf of the government. This raises concerns about transparency and the apparent double standard applied by Facebook in disclosing such affiliations.

I encountered difficulties setting up a business page for my canoe and kayak shop on Facebook as they required me to link it to a personal account. Despite providing my name, DOB, and cell phone number, Facebook kept requesting more personal information, even asking for a photo. I declined, and as a result, they disabled my account. Instead of creating a new account, I am attempting to resolve this issue with Facebook. I want them to acknowledge that they made a mistake by disabling my business account and not to insist on unnecessary personal details. Their customer service has been unhelpful so far. I seek assistance in contacting Facebook to address this issue. I am unwilling to provide my ID or a photo of myself as this is a business account, not a personal one. I value privacy, and it is concerning that Facebook demands such information for a business account while advocating for privacy themselves. I aim to be a responsible member of the Facebook community through my business without compromising unnecessary personal data.
