I am experiencing difficulty accessing my Facebook account, [redacted], as it has been disabled without explanation. Despite providing my Visa and passport details, Facebook has not yet responded to my appeal for reactivation. This account is crucial to me, and I have attempted to prove my identity by submitting documents like my Visa which clearly displays my name. My concern is that Facebook may have mistaken me for someone else, but I assure you that all the details on my account are accurate. My main account is [redacted], and [redacted] serves as my backup. I urgently need access to my disabled account and request Facebook to review the situation promptly. I am hopeful for a resolution from Facebook via email communication to understand the reason behind the account's disabling and to provide any additional information if necessary. Thank you for your assistance.

I would like to report that there are two fake news stories circulating online falsely attributed to me, a disabled activist named Paul Vienneau. One story involves stolen profile photos of two individuals, Marian Chisholm and Cheryl Hilton, and the other falsely claims that legal action was taken against someone at a McDonald's, which never happened. These stories were not posted by me, and I kindly request Facebook to remove them. Cheryl Hilton, who tragically passed away in [redacted], contributed significantly to charity, raising over $[redacted],[redacted] for the QE2 Hospital Foundation. She was recently honored by the Volta Academy with an entrepreneur bursary. As an artist and writer with an upcoming book, I aim to bring awareness to disability rights and activism.

Hello, I've noticed a Facebook user in Bozeman, Montana who seems to be going through a challenging time. The content on her page includes distressing and inappropriate material like nude photos and videos where she appears to be in distress. It seems like she might be experiencing some level of psychosis based on her posts. Her name is Shelly Elliot. Some people are trying to help, but it seems she is not receptive and is posting concerning content. I think it's best for her and others' well-being to consider deactivating her account due to the nature of her posts. Please review her profile to see if her content violates Facebook's policies. Thank you for addressing this matter.

I recently updated my last name to my husband's, changing it from Pauline D'Aoust to Pauline Alexander. I successfully changed my personal Facebook name to reflect this change. However, when attempting to change my business page from Pauline D'Aoust to Pauline Alexander, my request was denied three times. Consequently, I created another page under Pauline Alexander, but I am unable to use my desired URL, LifeWaterCanada. I am seeking assistance to preserve my posts, likes, and followers by having my existing business page, Pauline D'Aoust, renamed to Pauline Alexander. I tried deleting the new page, fearing I might lose the name permanently, but instead, I unpublished it. Could you please make the necessary changes to reflect the new business page name and remove the recently created one? Thank you. Pauline Alexander

Hello and good day, My name is Tugba Ovie Smith from Warri, Nigeria. You can contact me at my office using this [redacted] link. I am a website designer and offer print design services. Unfortunately, I was recently robbed, and the thieves took my belongings, including phones, laptop, and modem. Due to this, my Facebook account's username was changed without my knowledge to "david" around February 4, [redacted]. I only noticed when I tried to log in recently for a project. I have tried to change it back, but Facebook requires me to wait 60 days. My account has now been suspended, and I am unable to access it. I have tried contacting Facebook through their website with no success. I uploaded my ID as requested but have not received a response. This suspension is affecting my work projects, and I request Facebook to reinstate my account promptly. I have multiple website fan pages linked to my account, and it's essential for my business. I hope for a resolution soon. Regards, Tugba Ovie Smith

I came across a website on Facebook (http:**pubgskin.xoz**.com) that claimed to offer free PUBG gifts. Upon visiting the site, it asked me to log in through Facebook. After logging in, the page displayed a server failure message. Within a few minutes, I received a Facebook notification indicating that my account was accessed via Google Chrome on a Redmi Note * device from a different country. I immediately reported that it wasn't me and was logged out from the browser. However, after a short time, I received another notification stating that my account was disabled. I suspect it was hacked. I use an iPhone * Plus and I am located in India. My Facebook name is "Prince AJ Carter". Please assist me in recovering my account and providing information on the activities that occurred.

Hello, I have encountered an issue with my Facebook account being blocked due to a DMCA copyright claim that I do not fully understand. I believe I may have unknowingly used content that belongs to someone else. I kindly request for my Facebook account to be reinstated. The temporary closure of my account is ongoing, yet I have not been provided with a clear reason for the copyright violation. The lack of details makes it challenging for me as a non-expert in these matters. I am hopeful for a response to this matter and for my Facebook account to be unblocked promptly. Thank you, M.M. 02/22/[redacted] ————- I received an email directing me to this information related to the DMCA notification from Facebook, which mentions the option to file a counter-notification in response to the copyright claim.

My account was compromised by my ex while I was incarcerated from Oct 8th, [redacted], until Jan 20th, [redacted]. My ex changed all the passwords and contacted my family and friends through my account. I urgently need help to regain access as my account holds cherished pictures of my children and memories from my life. The accounts are still under my name, and I kindly request assistance in recovering them. Please reach out to me at [redacted]. Thank you for your help in restoring my account.

Hello, Facebook team. I hope you are doing well. My name on Facebook is Tish Tish, and I have been a customer for a year now. I appreciate Facebook for connecting me with NFL players as I am a track and field coach helping young men in football and track. Unfortunately, I have been locked out without a clear reason. I submitted my school district ID as proof of identity but have not heard back. Other coaches are trying to reach me on Facebook but cannot find my account. Please contact me at [redacted]. I am known as coach Tish on the field, and my full name is Latisha Edwards. Your assistance in resolving this issue is highly appreciated. Thank you for your attention, and have a nice day.

On February 17, [redacted], I received multiple emails alerting me about potential unauthorized access to my account on Sunday. Despite receiving password reset codes, I was not the one attempting to access the account. After successfully resetting my password, I encountered an issue where the new password didn't work when I tried to log back in. Despite various attempts to recover my account by requesting new codes and undergoing security verification, including submitting my ID photo, I have not received further communication from Facebook since the initial security alerts. Consequently, I am frustrated by the lack of options available for account recovery on the help center. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I recently fell victim to a scam where my Facebook account was hacked. The scammers demanded $[redacted] to give me back access to my account, which I refused. I have since been locked out of my Facebook and can't regain access. Despite providing proof of my identity and non-involvement in the hack, I have been unable to recover my account as I've changed my email, phone number, and password. I urgently need assistance as I have important personal information on that account. The verification codes sent by Facebook are not reaching me, making it impossible to recover my account through that method. Even attempting to reset via my phone number has been unsuccessful. I seek guidance on how to regain access to my account. Your help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I am inquiring about my late mother's account that was meant to be kept open for sentimental reasons and to preserve her photos and videos; however, it has been deactivated without our knowledge. We suspect her ex-partner, with whom we have had issues, might have done this. We are upset as we value the memories stored in that account. I am her son, Arthur, and I can provide any necessary proof, except for a photo ID. Her name was Diane Marie Massey, born on December 17, [redacted], and she passed away on January 4, [redacted]. Her email address was [redacted] Any assistance in recovering her account would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I have come across a questionable Facebook page called "Rescue Dogs from Lebanon CANADA" run by [redacted] in Canada and [redacted] in Lebanon. They are allegedly deceiving people by asking for donations to rescue dogs from Lebanon, while the rescuers in Lebanon are asked to cover all expenses. This activity includes funding boarding, vaccinations, microchips, crates, and travel costs for the dogs. There are claims that they mislead donors by stating they cover all expenses. They have also opened a GoFundMe page to collect donations globally. I strongly believe this is a scam and should be stopped, not only on Facebook. Thank you.

I was contacted on Instagram by someone named Richardbucket24 who claims to work for Facebook and was assigned by Mark Zuckerberg to help with issues I've had using their services. He mentioned Facebook owning Instagram, which I was unaware of, and talked about addressing problems like scammers with the FBI. After sharing information on a suspicious Instagram user, he mentioned a Facebook giveaway promotion where I supposedly won $[redacted],[redacted]. He assured me no banking info would be needed and that the prize would be delivered by check or ATM card, with only a delivery fee to be paid. He suggested verifying the legitimacy by emailing [redacted] I am unsure if this is a scam or true. Can anyone provide insight?

Hello, I recently encountered an issue with my Facebook account being locked, and I am unsure how to regain access. My employer advised me to create a dummy account named Ray Smith to grant me admin privileges for adding Facebook events to the company page. However, my attempt to verify the account by uploading my driver's license was unsuccessful, likely due to the discrepancy in names. The account is associated with the email address [redacted], which reflects my legal name (Rebecca Taylor Wiest). I am wondering if this connection is sufficient to regain access. If not, I am seeking guidance on alternative methods to access the account or potentially have it deleted to create a new one with the same email. The page contains no significant content and is solely intended for work purposes as a gateway profile.

After using the 30-day snooze feature on Facebook, I am frustrated because once the snooze period ends, my newsfeed is flooded with posts from the accounts I snoozed. Even after categorizing my friends into close friends, friends, and acquaintances, Facebook still fails to prioritize the relationships correctly. It continues to show posts from acquaintances more prominently than it should. I'm also disappointed with Facebook showing me offensive ads repeatedly, despite reporting them and following all the recommendations to hide such content. The platform keeps displaying ads related to aging and obesity, which do not interest me at all. I have tried marking them as irrelevant and taking steps to personalize my ad preferences, but I still see them on my newsfeed inconsistently.

Hello, I am Michael Reyes, the watershed coordinator for the Central Maui Soil and Water Conservation District. Our organization's Facebook page, created by a previous subcontractor (Southwest Maui Watershed Plan), still has the ex-subcontractor as the admin. Despite our requests, she claims to have forgotten the login information but continues to post on the page. We are seeking assistance from Facebook to either change the administrator settings so we can gain access or to delete the page altogether. To confirm our legitimate request, please reach out to Michael Reyes - Watershed Coordinator or Maggie Kramp - Administrative Assistant through the NRCS Kahului Service Center at 77 Hookele Street, Suite [redacted], Kahului, HI [redacted]. You can also contact us by phone at [redacted] ext. 3 or via email at [redacted] Thank you.

I have been targeted by spam and hacking on my Facebook account. One of the users involved is Nicky Lee Dexter Wheeler. I changed my email multiple times due to unauthorized login attempts from Nigeria. On my third change, I got locked out of Facebook, email, and phone number. I cannot access my old email as I forgot the password, but it is linked to my Facebook. I created a new email and account, but the reversed name led to removal of the new account. Oddly, my Facebook remains accessible to hackers. There are precious photos of deceased loved ones on my account. I submitted my ID for email recovery but have not received any response yet.

Hello, my name is Antonio Isaac. I go by Antoine Toma Isaac on Facebook. I have been blocked from sending Facebook messages for one month. I find this penalty very harsh as I was merely responding to a video that offended me. I had encountered derogatory statements from radical Muslims targeting Christians, which prompted me to reply in defense. I expressed my opinion that Christians and Jews should not be disrespected and that we could make hell a better place than their heaven. I believe my response was justified given the offensive content I received. I am not racist; I respect all people. I am seeking clarification from Facebook management as to why I was blocked when the other party spreading hate speech was not. I left Iraq 30 years ago because of such individuals, and now I feel targeted online. I urge Facebook to reconsider the restriction imposed on my account as it greatly impacts me. Thank you for your understanding and assistance.

I suspect I may be the target of a scam. It all began with a new friend request on Facebook that led to messages about a supposed Facebook cash giveaway promo from someone claiming to be Jennifer Heather. Despite my caution, I was eventually asked to send $[redacted] for a VAT check to the "United States Lottery Board," an organization I couldn't verify online. Upon researching, I came across the "Facebook Scam Detector" which detailed a scheme identical to what I was experiencing. When I mentioned this to "Jennifer," she dismissed it as a ploy by Facebook to weed out other scammers. I am now seeking clarification on the legitimacy of the Facebook cash giveaway promo and what steps will be taken to address this issue. I am willing to assist Facebook in identifying and prosecuting these scammers. Time is of the essence, and I eagerly await your prompt response. Thank you, Brad Tipton.
