While traveling in September [redacted], my phone broke, and I have been unable to access my Facebook account since I am no longer logged in and cannot remember my password. Unfortunately, the phone numbers and email address associated with my account are also inaccessible to me, and I am unable to recover my email address. I was not concerned about my account until I recently discovered that some of my photos and profile information are public. I would like to regain access to my account to rectify this privacy issue as soon as possible. The email address linked to my account is [redacted] My date of birth is 19/03/[redacted], and the last photo I uploaded should be my profile picture of me and a friend at the beach. I've had a Facebook account under the name SadieCrouseStoverJenkins using the email [redacted] Over the years, I've transferred it between phones, but now I'm locked out and unable to remember the password which was changed five years ago. I've attempted to recover it, but my current email is linked to another Facebook account I'm trying to delete. This is causing me to miss important messages. I'm currently using an iPhone XS and this is stressing me out. I've tried multiple passwords without success. I need assistance verifying my identity to regain access to my account.

Good afternoon, My name is Chris Hopkins, and my account has recently been permanently disabled, leaving me deeply upset. I have always maintained a positive presence on the platform, never expressing negative opinions, and generally kept to myself. The lack of a clear reason for this action is extremely frustrating, considering my long-standing active profile of 8 years. During this time, I have relied on Facebook to cherish memories of deceased family and friends, as well as to stay connected with loved ones worldwide. I am seeking a valid justification for the permanent deactivation of my account to address the feeling of being unfairly targeted and accused. I need assistance with accessing my account. The problem is that there are two phone numbers listed, and I need guidance on removing one. I want to make the secondary number the primary one to receive verification codes. I have submitted a copy of my photo ID, with the Facebook account name, email login, and phone number details. I have sent several emails to Facebook support but have not received any replies or assistance yet. I am hopeful that you can help me with this matter.

I have repeatedly contacted Facebook's help center around 10 times to remove my physical address from the Nahui Distribution Llc page, which I am not affiliated with. Despite my explanations about safety concerns due to an abusive ex-husband, they have not taken any action. The business on that page is closed, so it's unclear why Facebook won't delete the page or remove my address. My safety and privacy are at risk, and I have even penned a letter to my friends in case of an emergency. Facebook keeps mentioning community standards, but what about my family's safety? I have not even shared my address on my personal page for privacy reasons. It's frustrating that Facebook has not addressed this issue, leaving me feeling unprotected.

I'm Jolanta Kalniņa. On February 17, [redacted], my Facebook account was hacked. I cannot access it as someone posted a suspicious video and sent messages to my friends. The system requires a 6-digit login approval code, but I don't have a code generator or Facebook app on my phone. I tried to install the app, but can't log in without the code. I requested a login approval code to my phone but didn't receive it. I think my phone number may not be synchronized with Facebook. I also submitted my ID for verification but haven't heard back. I need help to access my account and receive the login approval code.

My Facebook account name is "AJ TeamUFO" or can be found at facebook.com/aj.teamufo. I encountered an issue with my Facebook fan page on 02/15/[redacted] and had to work with Brandon to resolve it. Later that day, Facebook requested a verification code to be sent to my cell phone for login purposes, but I never received the code. Despite my attempts to reset my password, I consistently faced an issue with not receiving the 6-digit verification code on my cell phone ending in [redacted]. This has left me unable to log in, resulting in the inability to manage or pause the six active ads that have a daily budget of $60. I'm stuck without access to my Business Manager due to the login problem with my "AJ TeamUFO" Facebook account. I am encountering an issue with my Facebook fan page/Business Manager. On 02/15/[redacted], there was a problem that required assistance from Brandon. Following this, I was unable to receive the verification code necessary for login. Despite successfully resetting my password multiple times, the final step is hindered by not receiving the 6-digit verification code on my cell phone ending in [redacted]. Consequently, I am locked out of my Business Manager and unable to manage 6 active ads with a daily budget of $60. The ads need to be replaced but I am unable to stop them due to the login issue. My daughter's Facebook account has been hacked by someone she doesn't know. They have taken over both her personal account and business page, making it impossible for her to access them. The hacker, who wears an Algerian flag on his face, has also threatened to hack her friends. Unfortunately, she created the account 11 years ago with a forgotten password and an email she no longer uses, making recovery challenging. This individual is using her name and business name to engage with his friends on the page, even posting threatening photos with masks. It's a frightening situation, and I am desperate to have this person identified and the accounts shut down. I have advised her friends and family to block her profile and unfriend the business to prevent further infiltration. What additional steps can we take to address this issue?

Hello, I have been using my Facebook account for ten years and was previously able to advertise my page. However, I am currently unable to do so because Facebook has blocked my payment method, preventing me from adding cards or my PayPal account for the past few years. I have reached out to Facebook's support for help, but I only receive brief responses stating they cannot assist me. I have been waiting for someone to help me for years without any success. I have been asked to provide documents that I do not possess, despite answering all personal questions. The billing issue for advertising on Facebook is only $0.11, yet I remain blocked for years without any resolution. I am pleading for someone to read this message and assist me in unblocking my advertising capabilities. Your help in fixing this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Dear concerned party, I am writing to report a recent incident involving a Facebook account I established many years ago. Regrettably, the account has been compromised by a hacker, preventing me from accessing it for permanent deletion. Despite changing the password, I continue to encounter the message "Identity Not Confirmed, We currently can't verify your identity. Please try again later." Due to infrequent use, I only discovered the breach today but suspect it occurred around the 9th of this month, as I received a notification indicating unauthorized access and a password change. My main objective is the deletion of the account, as I no longer utilize Facebook and have no intention to do so in the future. Moreover, there is a concern regarding the legitimate photos of me stored on the account being misused. The associated email address is [redacted], and the account username is Sofi Alex. My adult daughter, D, who is developmentally disabled, enjoys using Facebook. Lately, she has been repeatedly locked out of her account, requiring my assistance to regain access. This typically involves proving she's not a robot by uploading a photo for verification. Despite the usual process of a brief review leading to reactivation, this has been happening daily for the past few weeks. However, tonight, after submitting her photo, the Facebook message indicated they are reviewing the picture sent on February 10th. Her account remains inaccessible. This situation is distressing for D as she cannot comprehend the issue and feels at fault, leading to upset and tears. This recurring problem is becoming tiresome, and any support in resolving it would be greatly welcomed.

On February 18, [redacted], Manila Time, our page was hacked. We reported the incident to Facebook, and after submissions and proof of the hacking, our page was returned around February 20, [redacted], between 9pm and 10pm. Unfortunately, shortly after, it was unpublished again. We believe the reports regarding the hacking incident may have triggered this action in your system. I am seeking assistance in recovering my disabled Facebook account. I have a clear record of abiding by community standards and my most recent post was a photo of machinery in a group with positive engagement. Prior to the account being disabled, I sent one direct message to a business asking for social media marketing advice, which I suspect led to my account being reported. However, my message was polite and in no violation of any rules. Retrieving my account promptly is crucial for my business as I rely on it daily to communicate with customers. I created a Facebook account, uploaded a photo as requested, and now I can't access it. They mentioned a security check is in progress. I had even invested in advertising. Every time I try to log in, I receive this message: "You can't use Facebook at the moment. We're reviewing the photo that you sent us on 20 February. I am deeply concerned about a post made by Pompey Predator Watch on WhatsApp at 7:07 PM on Sunday, February 17th, regarding my son. The post accuses him of a crime he has not been convicted of and implicates our family by asking others to stay away from us. They have also mentioned the possibility of posting a video of his arrest in the future, which we were unfortunately present for, thus putting us in the video without consent. I have contacted the police who advised me to reach out to you to request the removal of the post and to prevent the video from being published if he is found guilty. Our safety and that of our family, especially my younger children, is at risk due to this unwarranted exposure. This situation violates our basic human rights as a family, and we deserve the right to live peacefully, regardless of any legal issues our son may be facing.

I previously reported a fake profile that Facebook assured me would be removed, but it is still active. This profile has severely impacted my work and personal life. Several others have also reported it as fake. I need Facebook to urgently delete this account as it contains false information under my name, Angel Powell, which does not belong to me.
