My adult daughter is developmentally disabled. She loves Facebook. Recently she has been getting locked out of her account and I help her get logged back in. Usually this includes proving she's not a robot and uploading a picture to prove it's her. After a short review time, her account is activated again. This happens at least once a day for the past couple of weeks. Tonight when I uploaded the picture of her, the Facebook message that normally says we are reviewing the picture and will get back with you once we are finished, said we are reviewing the picture you sent us on February **th and will get back to you. Her account is still locked. Because she is developmentally disabled, she doesn't understand and thinks she has done something wrong. She gets upset and cries. It's getting old! Any help would be appreciated.
