My Facebook account was hacked via a phishing email last week, around February 13th/14th. The hackers changed my password and other details, preventing me from regaining access. The linked email [redacted] was also compromised, leaving me locked out. The account is under the name David Roberts, which I may have changed to Dai Roberts, dob 11/03/[redacted]. Despite sending my passport photo multiple times, I received a generic response requiring further proof of identification. I simply wish to reconnect with my friends and address this matter promptly. Several years ago, I reported my Facebook account from my sister's profile to test their notification system. I was using a different name, "Amwsis Prasiddha," instead of my real name, Prasiddha Bhusal. Facebook reviewed the report and requested identity verification. I only had my school ID card to submit, which I did. However, it's been nearly five years, and my account still shows the same message when I log in. It states that they will review the documents I provided, and if more confirmation is needed, they will ask for additional documentation. I urgently need access to my account and can verify that it belongs to me.

The Facebook page is managed by an account created with the email [redacted] Unfortunately, the password was changed without authorization, making recovery attempts futile due to a hacked Yahoo account. I have a Facebook account that I created back in [redacted] using the email address [redacted] When I try to log in, it takes me to my old Facebook account but I can't access it or post anything. I've tried to recover the password but it's sending the reset to an email account called "one love for you to Envy" which I can't access either. Yahoo doesn't have any information on that email account. I don't want to lose my Facebook. I created the account in [redacted] and last logged in around my birthday in July [redacted] before my phone stopped working. How can I recover my Facebook account with the details I've provided?

Hello, I recently noticed that my Facebook business page shows that I am listed as an "editor" instead of an "admin." This page was created for my business, and I am the sole owner. Unfortunately, when I tried to change this, I received a message stating that I do not have the necessary permissions, as only admins can make these changes. After seeking help on the Facebook community forum, an individual claiming to be from Facebook shared a phone number for me to call for assistance. Upon contacting the number provided, the person on the phone mentioned that my issue might be related to conflicting IP addresses caused by hackers. They suggested that I needed to purchase a $50 Google Play card to help determine my location and fix the IP address issue, with a promise of a refund afterward. This situation seems suspicious, and I suspect that the individual sharing the "Facebook customer support" number may be involved in this questionable activity. Our non-profit group on Facebook has been unexpectedly shut down due to a mistaken classification as a hate group. This misinformation has upset our [redacted] members, including myself. I am Jacki Riggs, currently employed at Joy's Hallmark in La Habra, CA, seeking assistance with merging our Facebook pages. Despite having only access to a Personal Page named Joy's Hallmark, I possess information on an old Business Page created five years ago. The young man who established it provided me with the original User Name, but none of the generated passwords unlocked the Business Page labeled Joy's Hallmark. Consequently, I am unable to combine the two accounts. I have linked my mobile number to the Personal Page for notifications, but it lacks followers due to not being a Business Page. I recently received a notification about someone attempting to log into my account from a different location. I believe this led to a password change without my authorization. Upon trying to recover my account, I realized the email linked to it is outdated and inaccessible. Microsoft mentioned that the email had been used to open a new account, possibly by the same individuals who hacked my Facebook. Despite numerous attempts to update my email address and utilize trusted contacts, I encountered errors preventing me from proceeding. I've been banned from FB and Messenger from 2nd February to 2nd March. I reposted something that appeared as a memory from 2 years ago on FB, assuming it was fine since I wasn't banned before. The ban for a month seems excessive. I believe I'm being unfairly targeted, especially after seeing inappropriate content on FB frequently. This ban affects my ability to communicate with my son, who is serving in the British Army in Bahrain. I have the post that caused the issue saved if you need to review it. I'm uncertain if FB is banning me or if someone is reporting me. The consecutive bans of 3 days, then 7, and now 1 month within a few weeks are concerning. I hope for a reply to address my fears of future bans when this one is lifted, as I need to stay in touch with my son.

I have multiple Facebook accounts and pages that I want to merge to streamline my online presence. I have two business pages and would like to merge or remove one of them. My personal Facebook pages are under Sue Bazant and Sue, but I only want to keep Sue Bazant. I need to maintain my phone number ([redacted]) and email ([redacted]) associated with my business while merging the accounts. One of the business pages is categorized incorrectly as a restaurant when it should be listed as an Antique, Vintage, and Collectibles Store business. The Facebook accounts under Sue Bazant czechitout and Czech it Out need to be merged, ensuring all relevant information and content are transferred accurately. Once this is done, I aim to utilize Facebook ads to promote my business effectively.

Hello, I’m Lacy J Montalvo residing in Carmel, IN. Recently, I encountered an issue with my Facebook account as I was suddenly logged out and informed of a session timeout. Despite the promised code not being sent to my phone for verification, my attempts to reset the password proved futile. Surprisingly, even after submitting a photo ID, the system kept redirecting me to request a code I never received. Since my Facebook account was hacked, I have been unable to access it. Despite trying everything, I received an alert requesting proof of ownership. Hello, I am Lissette Torruella. This morning, I received a notification about someone logging into my Facebook account using a Samsung device from an unknown source. Although I could use Facebook initially, later when I tried to open the app, it indicated the session was expired and logged me out. When I tried to log back in, it kept saying my password was incorrect. I attempted to reset my password but the email address linked to my account appears to be compromised as it's not recognized by Facebook for password resets. I recently listed some items on the marketplace and received a notification that I have been temporarily restricted from joining or posting to groups until 5:12 pm tomorrow. I am wondering if there is a way to have this restriction lifted tonight. I believe I have not violated any rules. I have been selling buttons, specifically sewing buttons for clothing. There is nothing inappropriate about them. I have spent a lot of time setting up and photographing my items only to face this restriction when I tried to list them. To Facebook, I wanted to address the recent change that has made WhatsApp inaccessible on Nokia's S40 and S60 operating systems. Nokia has sold over 2 billion handsets equipped with these systems, impacting users worldwide. Many in developed and first-world countries, including myself with a Nokia [redacted] handset, rely on these practical and affordable 3G feature phones for communication. The decision to render these phones obsolete not even 8 years after purchase is concerning. Microsoft's actions are also complicating web browsing. It's disheartening to think about the environmental impact of perfectly functional phones being discarded. I suggest reducing the wait time significantly, as waiting for over [redacted] hours is unacceptable. I have been using Facebook for a decade and dealing with these issues is frustrating. Additionally, sending a verification code to an outdated phone number from two years ago is impractical. I urgently need access to my account to check my groups. Constantly being logged out due to suspected unauthorized access is disruptive. If I decide to share my account details with someone, it's my decision. Please, instead of abruptly logging me out, contact me at [redacted] if necessary.
