My Facebook account was hacked on February 16th. I mainly used it on my iPhone and have numerous photos on there, some of which are priceless to me. I lost many photos due to a basement flood, so I really want to retrieve my account. My name on Facebook is Tina Marie Palmer-Luciw. Since my birthday on February 17, I've been trying to recover my account without success. I reset the password multiple times, but when it came to receiving the confirmation code via text, I never got it. I even visited the Apple store, but they couldn't help as the code kept going to the hacker. I'm worried about losing my photos and contacts. Can you assist me in resetting the password and ensuring the confirmation code gets to my phone? Thank you for your help. Feel free to contact me at [redacted].

When moving from Kindle Fire to Internet Facebook, the coins didn't transfer. Quik Apps hasn't responded to my messages. I need help from Facebook to synchronize my coins between the Kindle Fire and Internet Facebook versions of the game. The issue persists, with coins displaying on Kindle Fire but not on Internet Facebook. Assistance needed to reconcile the coin difference between the two platforms.

I recently reactivated my account after a 4-year hiatus. Now, I'm facing a dilemma with changing the email linked to my account. Since I no longer have access to the old email, I must verify my identity. The only option provided is to collect 4-digit codes from 3 random friends it selected. I reached out to these acquaintances for the codes, but when I entered them, the security check failed. After double-checking with my friends, they assured me the codes were correct, yet the issue persists. I am feeling overwhelmed and frustrated with the process. I wish there was a simpler way to verify my account, such as answering security questions like on other social media platforms. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

In [redacted], while at PSU, I created my Facebook account with my .edu email "[redacted]" Although I lost access to that email in [redacted], until October [redacted], I could still log in successfully. Unfortunately, someone close to me changed and then deactivated my password, leaving me unable to access my account as I can't recover the old email or verify through my current phone number. I have many precious photos on my account that I can use to prove my identity, so please advise on how I can regain access.

I recently experienced a head injury and ended up in the hospital last night. This morning, upon returning home, I tried to access my Facebook account only to find it disabled. Confused about what might have caused this, I had been conversing with my friend Stephanie Boucher about my injury before going to bed. I am unsure why my account was disabled and seek assistance in reactivating it promptly. Kindly reach out to me at your earliest convenience to provide an update regarding the status of my Facebook account. My username on Facebook is Brandon Marcus Darius. Thank you.

I am seeking urgent assistance to remove all traces of myself and my son from my ex-husband's Facebook pages. He has a history of physical abuse and has recently harmed me, leading to a restraining order. Despite this, he is refusing to remove our information and is taunting me via text messages. I have an upcoming emergency hearing to finalize our divorce due to his repeated domestic violence arrests. His Facebook pages are under the names Travis Huffstetler, including variations like Travis Huffstetler public image page, Travis Huffstetler entrepreneur, and Rock Hill Kia dude. Your help in promptly removing our details would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I would like to report multiple Facebook accounts under the name of Irene McClain from Kansas City, Kansas. I have blocked around 20 accounts linked to her. Strangely, I have been blocked from posting on my own Facebook page, even though I haven't violated any policies. I suspect it's a retaliatory action from Irene or someone else. Please investigate this issue promptly and lift the restriction on my account. Thank you. Best, Collette Elaine Stevenson

I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account "AJ KARMA" and Messenger on my iPhone 6 Max. Despite having two-step verification enabled, I am unable to receive the SMS code to reset my password. Even after providing necessary information and codes to reset my password, I still can't receive the last SMS code. Facebook doesn't recognize my device, though it's the only one I use. When looking up my account using different names, it's not recognized either. I have tried contacting Facebook via email numerous times with no response. Please assist me in recovering access to my account. Thank you.

I recently set up two-factor authentication for my Facebook account but no longer have access to my old phone or phone number. As a result, I am now locked out of my account. I have taken a selfie with a 5-digit code and provided a photo of my Indiana ID card, yet I am still unable to log in. My original email, babydolljones86@gmail, is inaccessible, but I have a recovery email set up at jonesrebecca673@gmail. I submitted the required photos yesterday and was expecting a resolution today, but so far have not had any success. I am seeking assistance in removing the two-factor authentication so I can regain access to my account. Thank you for your time and help. I would greatly appreciate a prompt response.

I set up a Facebook profile for the therapy dog at work named Abigail Van Barkley, who helps at a drug rehab for women and children. Unfortunately, I've forgotten the password and can't access the email linked to the account, [redacted] The associated work cell is [redacted]. I noticed someone posted random gossip on the page, and when I tried to delete it, my old password didn't work. I provide updates on the page and need to regain access, transfer content to a fan page, or prevent losing the ability to manage the account. I realize now I should have created a fan page instead of a profile for the dog. My current email is [redacted] Thanks for any help.

Dear Facebook Team, I am a Facebook user named V. Gupta. I am writing to address an issue with my wife's account under the name R. Jaiswal. She has forgotten both her login ID and password, and is unable to use her recovery contact information. We are facing harassment from an individual named Mr. K. Ansari who repeatedly creates new Facebook accounts to share inappropriate content with our friends and family. I have reported fake accounts under the names Arvinda and Nandu to Facebook, but the harassment continues. As a result, we have decided to permanently delete our accounts. We kindly request your assistance in helping my wife regain access to her account or permanently delete it. Thank you for your support. Best, V. Gupta

Hello, I need assistance with accessing or recovering my Facebook account. I changed my password a few months ago and have since forgotten it. I attempted to reset it using my linked email, but I no longer have access to that email account or the phone number associated with my account. I have been trying for over two months to regain access to my account and would prefer not to create a new one. I heard that I can verify my identity by sending a picture of my ID or social security card. Is this option available to me? Thank you.

My account was hacked, and I am unable to access my Facebook and Messenger accounts. I have been receiving errors indicating that my email does not match any account. I checked my email and saw an alert from Facebook stating that someone logged into my account on February 19, [redacted], at 11:58 PM in Quezon City, Philippines, using Facebook for Android. However, I did not use an Android device at that time. When I tried to log in with my username (bosstenshi.pooru), it did not accept my password even though I changed it 7 hours prior. I also attempted to recover my account using my username, but the email linked to Facebook is unfamiliar to me (g*********7@j**********.online). I have exhausted all options to regain access. Please assist me in resolving this issue.

I need help. My Facebook and Messenger accounts were hacked. I can't log in and keep getting an error message saying my email doesn't match. Facebook shows a login from Quezon City, Philippines on February 19, [redacted] at 11:58 PM on an Android device, but I didn't do this. I tried to log in with my username "bosstenshi.pooru" and a new password I set 7 hours later, but it didn't work. I attempted account recovery using the linked email "g*********7@j**********.online," which isn't mine. I'm stuck and unsure how to regain access. Please assist me.

On Sunday night, I was tagged in something by a friend while I was with my daughter. Without much thought, I clicked on a link that prompted me to log in, even though I was already logged in. I mistakenly entered the wrong password and accessed the link. Unaware that I had been hacked on Monday the 18th, the app seemed to be working fine. However, on Tuesday the 19th around 8 am, I started receiving texts from friends informing me that I had been hacked. I promptly changed my password but failed to update my security settings. The app requested an SMS code to log in, but since I hadn't provided my phone number, I couldn't receive it. When I attempted to log in on my desktop, I received an email with a code to reset my password, followed by a request for an SMS code that I was unable to receive. I really don't want to start a new account as I've had this one for a decade. All my daughter's photos are on there, and I haven't backed them up on my computer. This is my first experience dealing with a hack.

I have a personal account with a business page. Recently, when I tried to log in from my home computer, I was prompted to use a code from the code generator, which required an SMS message for verification. Unfortunately, I never received the message. I attempted the alternative option of sending a picture with a piece of paper, but did not receive any response. The same issue persists on the app as well, preventing me from accessing my account. I do not want to create a new account and prefer to regain access to my old one. When I tried to use my phone number for a new account, the system indicated that the number was already in use. I am unable to proceed with a new account due to this obstacle. I would greatly appreciate it if someone could reach out to assist me. Thank you.

I am trying to recover my old Facebook account which holds precious memories of my late mother through photos and videos. Despite my attempts to contact Facebook, I have not been successful. My mother passed away in May [redacted], and I still grieve her loss. I wish to transfer these memories to my recently created account for safekeeping and to share on the platform. The specific account I am referring to features a photo of me in a straw hat with my yellow car in the background. I seek guidance from Facebook staff on how I can access this old account temporarily to retrieve these valuable photos and videos. I had deleted the account last year due to it being compromised, but I urgently need to recover these treasured memories. Thank you for your assistance.

I've had my Facebook account for 9 years, using it from high school through now. I recently deactivated it for a short break, but upon trying to log back in, I discovered it had been disabled. Now, it's showing as permanently disabled, with an email stating it's the final decision. This is the first time I've experienced this issue. My account holds significant information, including job details, connections with coworkers, family members living far away, and precious photos. Additionally, I have the anticipation of my first child arriving on July 3rd with memories shared on the platform. I'm uncertain if my account was hacked or reported. I've made several attempts to regain access, providing identity verification. I'm willing to send documents and set up trusted contacts to prevent future problems. Despite writing appeals and sending my state I.D. with a photo attached, I'm seeking additional resources or guidance to recover my account and data. I believe Facebook should offer the opportunity to temporarily disable the account and assist in its reopening. Any information or steps provided by Facebook would be greatly appreciated to help resolve this matter promptly. Thank you for your assistance.
