Hello, I recently received an email from someone claiming to be Instagram regarding copyrighted content on my account. They requested my username and password. After providing this information, I received text messages with screenshots of my account and a demand for money to regain access. Unfortunately, my account has been deleted by the hacker. I am eager to recover it as I rely on it for business purposes. I have attempted to report the hacking through the login form multiple times without success. The hacker has also removed my email and phone number from the account. I am willing to provide any necessary details to retrieve my account. The affected account is @cute.slothss. I realize this is an issue with Instagram, but I have exhausted all possible solutions and now seek assistance. Thank you, Hamad

My Facebook account has been hacked. The hacker changed the email, password, and is now messaging my friends and family asking for inappropriate pictures, causing damage to my reputation. I urge for my old account to be shut down immediately to prevent further harm. I have already informed some friends using my new account, but unfortunately, the hacker's actions have already caused distress and conflicts. Your assistance is greatly needed to resolve this issue promptly. Thank you.

I forgot my password and attempted to reset it by using the "forgot my password" option, but I encountered an issue. After receiving the code on my phone, I mistyped it once and had to request a new code. Subsequently, upon entering the new code, I received a message stating I had entered too many codes and needed to wait before trying again. I delayed addressing this, but now when trying to log in on my iPhone, I am completely locked out of Facebook. It is essential for me to access my work-related page and other associated sites that are linked to my Facebook account.

I sent a picture in a private message on Facebook, and my account got disabled. I kindly ask for it to be reactivated. I have been using Facebook for years. I have seen men sending explicit pictures and videos without getting their accounts disabled. I don't post inappropriate content publicly. Recently, as a joke for my best friend's birthday, I sent a private picture only visible to him, and my account was disabled. He didn't have an issue with it as he requested the photo. I don't comprehend why sending a private message between consenting adults is an issue, especially when we exchange such content regularly. I feel that my privacy rights have been violated by Facebook. If my account is not restored, I will consider seeking legal advice. I rely on Facebook to communicate with my family who live in different states. Thank you, Sandi Rubel Somers-Stroup.

My Facebook page was hacked and I've been having trouble resetting the password due to not receiving the code through text message. After deleting and reinstalling the app, I set up a new account but encountered issues adding friends before being kicked off. Trying to access my new profile sent me back to the old one with the same problems. When attempting to create another account with a different email, it got flagged for suspicious activity. I am unable to access my business page, which is crucial for my clients. Please assist me with this issue.

I am contacting you on behalf of my friend whose Facebook account has been hacked. She is unable to access her account with her password and the hacker changed her email to theirs, preventing her from receiving any verification codes. The hacker altered a capital "N" in her last name to a lowercase "n." We need to resolve this to regain access to her account and ensure she does not lose her contacts. You can reach her through me at [redacted] We are uncertain if her email has been compromised as well. If you wish to contact her directly, her phone number is 9[redacted]. Her name is Dorothy Nadeau Nealey, and the email associated with the hack is [redacted] (the abbreviation for "Empower" escapes me at the moment). Thank you for your assistance with this issue.

To Facebook Customer Support, I am writing to address an issue I encountered related to an ad I saw on your platform. My name is M. L. and I have been an avid Facebook user since May of [redacted]. While I appreciate the free service that Facebook provides, I want to emphasize the importance of monitoring the advertisements displayed on the site. Recently, I came across an enticing ad for refurbished Airpods from a website called "surfingdealz.com" and decided to make a purchase. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a scam, causing me to lose approximately $75. After paying for the Airpods, they were never delivered, and upon visiting the website again, I discovered it had been taken down. As a college student, $75 is a significant amount for me, and I kindly request your assistance in addressing this matter. While I understand the necessity for ads to generate revenue, I urge Facebook to ensure that scammers do not prey on users through misleading advertisements. Thank you for your attention to this issue. Sincerely, M. L.

Hello, I have been attempting to reach out, but it appears there is a delay in responses. Unfortunately, there are limited ways to reach Facebook customer support. Many individuals, including myself, heavily rely on Facebook for connection, making it distressing when access is suddenly restricted. Upon logging in, I am informed my account has been disabled for alleged impersonation, a claim I deny. I utilize Facebook to aid people in my country, evident from the following I have gathered. I have made multiple attempts to follow the online retrieval process, submitting my identification as requested, yet responses received seem automated. Please assist me in resolving this issue promptly as it greatly impacts my daily activities.

I am deeply troubled by the events that unfolded on a child protection awareness Facebook page, where a live stream involved encountering my elderly mother at her home without her consent. The invasive video has caused great distress to my family, with threatening messages and comments creating a hostile environment. Despite assurances of anonymity, my privacy was breached, and my safety feels compromised. The dissemination of this footage on Facebook has exposed my family to potential danger and fear. I implore you to act promptly to remove this video from the platform to prevent further harm. The actions of this group and their followers have left me feeling anxious and vulnerable. Such irresponsible behavior online can have serious consequences, and I urge you to address this matter with urgency.

My friend used to have a Facebook account under the name Alison Jane. She received a birthday message from someone named Flic Inker and thought it was my daughter because they share the same name, so she accepted the friend request. However, the profile had no photo, and it turned out to be a man from Chad, Africa. Recently, Alison's profile name changed to Alison Rich, her actual name, without her doing so, indicating a potential hack. This man somehow found Alison on Facebook, even though she is not friends with my daughter. I recommended that Alison enhances her security settings since her profile wasn't secure. This man in Chad has adopted my daughter's unique FB name and claims to work for Facebook, which is troubling. This situation calls for a thorough investigation.

The account name is LambdaGammaEpsilonDeltaEtaSigma I use it for styling my writing. When trying to log in, I receive the message: "Thank you. Unfortunately, you won't be able to access your account while we're reviewing these additional documents." This issue occurred when I logged out of Facebook on my smartphone and tried to log back in. I am unable to access my account, despite multiple attempts, receiving the same message repeatedly. I have been using this account for the past 5 to 6 years and would like to regain access to my old account. Facebook, please assist me in re-opening my account. I eagerly await your response. Thank you.

Hello, I am facing a significant issue that has left me feeling quite desperate. My Facebook account has been compromised by a hacker. As an employee of the Walt Disney Company, my account contains sensitive information, making this a serious concern. Despite my efforts, I have been unable to regain access to my account. I have followed all the necessary steps, including having others report the hack and attempting to reset my password. However, I am now blocked from recovering my password due to alleged misuse. It seems the hacker intentionally misused my password to trigger this block. I do not know how long this restriction will last, but each attempt to recover the password results in the same message. This situation has been ongoing for days, during which the hacker has been harassing my loved ones and has unfettered access to confidential data. I am willing to provide any necessary identification to verify my ownership of the account. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Ferry Hilverink

I need help with a situation regarding a Facebook account that I didn't create. I suspect my ex made it in [redacted] while I was in prison. The account is harmful to my business as it posts inappropriate content. I did not authorize this account and wish for it to be taken down. The name on the account is Matthew Buck from Panama City, Florida. The profile picture is of me shirtless at a barbecue, which I find unacceptable. Please assist me in removing this account to prevent any further impact on my business. Thank you.

Due to ongoing divorce proceedings, my soon-to-be ex-wife and I cannot have any contact, including through third parties. We shared a joint Facebook account. I want to clarify that she does not have my permission to use my photos or pretend to be me on that account. Despite her attempts to reach out through tagging, I am refraining from engaging to comply with legal restrictions. I am requesting the immediate deletion of the account "Kris n Cheryl" due to unauthorized use of my images and the spreading of false information about me and my family. Your prompt attention to this matter is appreciated.

My name is Jodie Marie Harrington, and my email address is [redacted], connected to my original Facebook account. I've recently been released from the Az Dept of Corrections after serving a 5-year sentence, including a year in Maricopa County Jail, totaling 6 years. Due to my lengthy incarceration, someone named Paulley Sweeney has taken control of my Facebook account, making changes and altering my passwords. Despite trying various methods to recover my account, I remain locked out as I cannot access my Yahoo email or the Google backup email. This situation is distressing because my sister, uncle, and grandparents have passed away, and my Facebook contains precious photos and potentially messages from them that hold immense sentimental value. Is there any other way to regain access to my Facebook account? Please contact me via email at [redacted] or Gmail and Outlook at [redacted]. I possess multiple forms of identification to prove my identity, such as my AZ driver's license, social security card, AZ DOC ID, credit cards, and bills. However, my birth certificate is currently unavailable due to my mother's circumstances.

Hello. My husband encountered an issue after updating his computer where he could no longer access his Google Gmail account. We managed to recover the account and changed the password successfully. Subsequently, he faced a problem accessing Facebook, as it indicated that his email address was incorrect. A friend initially set up his Facebook page years ago, but I lack the knowledge to assist him with this matter. I am concerned that his account might have been hacked. Despite his efforts to create a new Facebook page, the issue persists. Would you be able to investigate this matter from your end? His email address is [redacted], and his name is Mack Viers. His cell phone number is [redacted]. Your assistance in resolving this would be greatly appreciated as my husband misses his Facebook account. Thank you for any help you can provide.

Today, I found myself locked out of Facebook Marketplace without any prior notification regarding the reason for this action. I am feeling extremely frustrated because I rely on this platform for up-to-date information about items that have been bought and sold, including shipping addresses for paid items. Despite my efforts, no one has been able to provide me with a clear explanation as to why my access was revoked or which of my ads violated the policies. This situation seems quite unfair as I had no warning. I want to emphasize that I am a reputable user as indicated by my Facebook Marketplace rating. I am hoping for my account to be reinstated promptly and for my appeals to be thoroughly reviewed to understand the difficulties I have faced. Although I acknowledge one of my ads (regarding the LV purse) violated the policy and was promptly removed, I am puzzled by the continuous tagging of my genuine Coach and Ralph Lauren items. It is perplexing as I frequently see Coach products listed for sale. I kindly request a personalized response from a human representative instead of an automated reply, elucidating the specific infractions I have made. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

When I click on "Create a group," a box appears requesting the following information: - Group Name: I input "Indivisible HighlandsCounty FL." - Add Members: I include my daughter's name as T. Sahara Meer. - Group Type: I select Public Group. After clicking "Create," a message appears prompting me to enter at least one friend's name, despite having already done so. I attempt to add more friends' names, but I continue to receive the same message. In an effort to resolve the issue, I retry the process by entering my daughter's email address, but the problem persists. Even after changing the Facebook group name to "IndivisibleHCFL," I still encounter the same error message consistently. I am at a loss as to what I might be overlooking. Help would be greatly appreciated.

I discovered an issue with the account dallas_jag_girl on Instagram, claiming to have a JD from Texas A&M and soliciting legal work. After contacting Texas A&M's registrar's office at [redacted], it was confirmed that this individual, Janet Louise Shaw (maiden name Reavis), did not attend or graduate from their law school. Texas Wesleyan also confirmed a year of attendance but no graduation. It's crucial to address misrepresentation in the legal profession, and she has been reported to the Texas Bar Association. While individuals can present themselves as they wish, falsely using the JD title is misleading and concerning. Thank you for bringing attention to this matter. Bill L. from Dallas, Texas.
