I sold an item to a person named "Jonie" through Facebook, and she paid me $[redacted].00 via PayPal on the platform. However, I have checked both my PayPal and bank accounts and cannot locate the payment. According to PayPal, because the sender used Facebook to make the payment, it should appear on Facebook instead. The issue is the payment was made to the email address [redacted], which is not linked to my Facebook account. This leaves me uncertain if the payment went through or not. I need assistance in resolving this so I can confirm the payment before releasing the merchandise to the buyer. Thank you for helping me with this matter.

Hello, Our business Facebook page has been pending for the last 24 hours. We are unsure how long the approval process typically takes. We were running a likes campaign but were unable to locate our page. With our coach's assistance, we managed to assign an admin, leading to the page being stuck in pending status ever since. In an attempt to address the issue, my wife created a new business page, which unfortunately could not utilize our domain name, causing another setback. Although the new page is in the process of being deleted, this could take up to 14 days. During our likes campaign, the new page did briefly appear. We are feeling frustrated as we are eager to progress with our training, but are currently at a standstill. Our coach is also perplexed by this situation and lacks the answers we seek. My husband has been accessing my Facebook accounts without permission for some time now. Despite my efforts to address this independently, I have been unsuccessful. I am reluctant to involve Facebook in my personal affairs, but this has become a severe problem. My husband, who is under the care of a doctor for mental health issues, struggles with inappropriate online content and has been using Facebook to harass and exploit women. He creates accounts using various phone numbers, often not his own, and uses aliases like Gregorio S Calingasan Jr and Rusty Calingasan, among others. Hello, I would like to ask for assistance regarding a transaction I made back in January with a seller named Allison P Foster from Parker AZ. I purchased an Apple TV for $75 and asked if she could mail it to me if I paid extra, to which she agreed. After delays and excuses, it appears I have been scammed as the seller no longer responds to my messages and has blocked me on Facebook. I have tried reaching out to my bank and the authorities for help but have been told it's a civil matter. I mistakenly logged out of my original Facebook account and can't access it because I don't have the recovery phone number or email. I created a new account which was then hacked. Even after changing the password, it asks for further authentication and doesn't accept the verification codes sent. I've been trying for 24 hours with no success. I've contacted support via email but haven't received a response. I'm frustrated as I keep losing my photos and connection with friends and family by creating new accounts.

In December, I experienced what I think is being hacked. Someone posed as my friend on Messenger, claiming to have received a government grant and suggesting I apply too. I ended up sending $[redacted] for fees, which I borrowed and cannot repay. I thought my friend was involved, but she denied any knowledge. Now, my Facebook account seems compromised, with strange posts and my friends requesting to connect with me. When I tried to address this with Facebook today, they locked me out for not remembering my password. As someone who relies on Facebook for work, I am desperate to regain access. Please assist me with this issue.

I received a phone call from Facebook stating that my account may have been compromised, instructing me to contact 1-[redacted]. I called the number, and a man asked about recent activity on my account and the location of my relatives. Feeling uneasy, I struggled to fully understand but gathered that someone outside the US might have been attempting to access my account. He offered to close the account, which I agreed to. As a senior citizen with limited tech knowledge, I rarely use Facebook and last logged in about 4-5 months ago. Can anyone confirm if this situation is legitimate or if I've been taken advantage of due to my age and lack of understanding?

A few days ago, I received a suspicious video message. It seemed legitimate because it included friends, even my boss, from work. When I opened it, there was nothing there. Later at work, my colleagues mentioned receiving a video from me, which I hadn't sent. I found out I was locked out of my Facebook account; the email and password were changed. The issue is, my account was set up years ago with an old email and phone number that I no longer have access to. I've tried contacting Facebook multiple times by sending a photo of myself with a handwritten code and a copy of my driver's license to confirm my identity. Their response always claims my issue is resolved, but I'm still locked out. I'm desperate to regain access because all my cherished photos and videos are in that account, including memories of my late father. Another account has been created using my information, but it's not mine. I'm devastated and need help recovering my original account with all my precious memories intact.

I recently deactivated my Facebook account to disassociate myself from the platform. I have since created a Messenger account using my phone number. When I had my Facebook account, my username was “gviglietti,” which I later changed to a suggested one. Now, on my Messenger account, I wish to use the username “gviglietti” again, but it says it's unavailable. About a month ago, my account was disabled on Facebook associated with [redacted] I provided photos of my Missouri driver's license and work IDs as requested to prove my identity. If my account was disabled due to a violation, I would like to know the details. I hesitated to link my phone number ([redacted]) to the account for privacy reasons. There is an individual on Facebook using multiple names such as Sarah Calderwood, Sarah Geffs, Sarah Griffin, star Griffin, Sarah j Griffin, Sarah sharla Griffin, and diamond Griffin. This person, who is my cousin Daniel Geffs' ex-girlfriend, has been hacking into his accounts and posting inappropriate content including drug-related images and false accusations about him. My cousin, Daniel Geffs, who has cognitive challenges, is distressed by these actions. I, Crystal Johnson, am seeking assistance to address this issue promptly to prevent further harm. My father was tricked by someone named Claire Donald. I have reported this to Facebook multiple times. This person convinced my elderly father to send thousands of dollars by claiming he won $[redacted],[redacted] in a fake Facebook giveaway. They provided a phony number posing as Facebook staff to confirm the win. My father has already sent off a significant amount of money, and he fell for it again today. Is there any way for someone to contact him and explain that this is a scam? I understand it may not be possible. I have been reporting scammers who have hacked my accounts for over a year. Despite blocking them, they find ways to keep contacting me. I mentioned the names involved for reference. I want to ensure my father, Andrew Leeson, understands that Facebook does not run such contests.

Both editors Sarita G. and Sheena T. are also unable to log in. I have not received any notifications regarding the page. On the same day, I changed my password and activated notifications. I accidentally posted a joke about a free Costco coupon that I received and mistakenly selected the wrong option when prompted on Facebook. Now, I am unable to access my Facebook account.
