The fake page, named "Faist Metalworking," is not affiliated with the company and misrepresents our brand by using an outdated logo. We are unsure of the owner or creation date of this page. To whom it may concern, I have been uploading and downloading videos recently, but some may have had a pornographic nature. They were not intended to be, and most have been removed from sites like YouTube, Vimeo, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. I realize that my actions were immature, and it led me to question the content being shared. The shock of seeing these realistic videos, which I know to be manipulated, caused distress. I regret not reporting this sooner. A group using a woman I've encountered as bait, including a site linked to someone named DJ Dark, have added to the confusion. Someone, possibly in LA or elsewhere, attempted to make unauthorized changes to my account on February 14th. I recently changed my password to "Amber2nd" but cannot recall the new one. The email associated with these changes is [redacted], which I rarely use and suspect may have been compromised. I am unsure how to regain access to my account given the forgotten password and potential security breach. My alternative email, [redacted], remains unaffected so far. My account was unexpectedly closed without notice or explanation despite reporting individuals promoting harmful ideologies. Facebook declined to provide specifics on censored comments or actions taken. I faced harassment based on race, sexuality, religion, and opinions without intervention, claiming no violations of their terms. After downloading my data, I am prepared to take legal action over these issues. I am anxiously awaiting reactivation, decrying racial discrimination and lack of moderation on offensive content directed at me. Instances of racism and terrorism from certain accounts have gone unchecked. I believe Facebook's practices may be unlawful in Europe. While browsing Facebook, I received a message from someone posing as a friend, Tyler Banks, who mentioned a grant program. Regrettably, I fell for the scam, providing my information and password. The scammer then pressured me for my credit card details to restore my profile, which is filled with valuable memories and contacts. I predominantly use Facebook and wish to recover my account rather than creating a new one. I seek assistance from the Facebook team to restore my profile linked to my email, [redacted] I am hopeful that with the necessary help, I can retrieve my account and continue using the platform as before.

I recently moved out from a rented place after experiencing unstable and unsafe conditions, including physical assault and false accusations. I have been trying to access my original Facebook account, but the verification code is being sent to an old phone number due to personal circumstances. Despite providing sufficient information to verify my identity as Robin Hans Jandrey, I have been unable to access my account. A false and damaging post accusing me of serious misconduct has been made, and I hold both the individual who posted it and Facebook responsible. My real name is Diego Simonetti, but my profile initially displayed as Diego Simonetti and later changed to Didi Simonetti, which is also a family surname. I engaged in liking numerous comments on a political page that addresses significant issues I deeply care about, especially with an upcoming election. Unexpectedly, I received a message stating that I am banned from liking comments due to liking them too quickly. I searched for any mention of a liking limit on Facebook but found none. It is concerning that there was no warning prior to this block, and more distressing is the absence of a review process for such actions. I am puzzled by the lack of transparency in this matter. How can I have this feature unblocked when I have not violated any community standards or rules? It feels like an unjust form of censorship.

In the last 5-6 months, my Facebook account has been hacked repeatedly. Various iPhones from different locations in the UK have been accessing my account without my knowledge. I became aware of this when my friends and partner mentioned seeing activity from my account when I was either away from my phone or asleep. The devices logged in have been identified as an iPhone 7, iPhone 7 Plus, and an iPhone XR. This morning, there was another unauthorized login from Wisbech, which I promptly logged out. It's puzzling because the intruders don't interact with my account or engage in any activity; it seems like they are just spying. For your information, I frequently change my password, especially each time a new iPhone accesses my account.

I had a Facebook account that I deleted 6 years ago. As a recording artist preparing to release multiple albums this year, I have been trying to create a new account. However, each time I added artist and label pages, my account got suspended. I followed the steps to upload my photo and ID (driver's license and passport), but I received no response from Facebook and my account was later deleted. I believe the problem arose from attempting to create the account multiple times. I acknowledge the need for improved security measures due to fake accounts but can confirm that my account is authentic. I am writing from Bangkok, Thailand. I am experiencing payment issues with advertising on Facebook. Originally, I used my CITTI Bank credit card, which expired. I then switched to my husband's VISA card. After obtaining a new CITTI Bank card, I intended to revert to using my own card, but encountered problems. Both my husband's VISA and my CITTI Bank card were charged by Facebook. I believe I removed my husband's card from the account in December [redacted]. On Wednesday, my account was compromised. I took action on Thursday by changing my password and signing out from other devices. However, when I tried to log back in, the two-step verification was enabled, and I am unsure which phone number it is sending the code to. Despite submitting my ID and a photo as requested, I am still unable to access my account. The system claims I have never logged in from my devices, which is incorrect. I am worried about losing access to my Facebook profile and all my precious photos. I am willing to provide any necessary information, including both my old and new phone numbers added in December. I am experiencing significant difficulties accessing my Facebook account. I attempted to reset my password, but I no longer have access to my Yahoo email or phone number due to my broken device. Accessing my Yahoo email is challenging as I cannot recall the password after a period of inactivity. Even after numerous attempts, I was unsuccessful in resetting the Yahoo password. I have tried various combinations, including adding spaces and altering dates, but to no avail. If the password was updated correctly, I believe I have most of the information correct. However, I might be overlooking minor details like a number or spacing issue. After getting a new phone, I attempted to log into my Facebook account using my usual password but kept receiving an "incorrect password" message. My account is linked to an inactive email address, and the backup email is from six years ago, which I can't remember the password for. I have a new email, but I can't use it due to not knowing the password for the old one. I verified my identity with the three trusted contacts' codes, but when trying to input them for the first time, I was blocked for attempting too frequently. I am experiencing a temporary lock on my Facebook accounts due to an attempted unauthorized access. I am unable to confirm my identity by identifying certain friends, as many on my list are not known to me personally. I attempted to respond by selecting the friends I recognized in comments, but my account remains inaccessible. I am now using a new cellphone number, preventing me from receiving a verification code. My account has been repeatedly hacked by someone in Nigeria. I am unsure of how they are gaining access, but I keep receiving notifications that my password change has been requested. My latest Facebook account recovery code is [redacted]. This has happened around 6 or 7 times since November. Changing my password hasn't helped. Despite having strong passwords, this account continues to be compromised. Facebook is not frequently used by me, which adds to the frustration. I would like to know: 1. What steps can be taken to prevent this from occurring again? 2. If preventing future hacks is not possible, I would like to close my account and have all data removed. Yesterday, I received a notification that a post was removed and I am restricted from posting for 30 days. The post included a picture and a quote attributed to Adolph Hitler. I appealed the decision and was informed it goes against community standards. I am puzzled by this decision. The quote does not pose a threat and does not endorse Hitler; it merely discusses propaganda techniques. I unequivocally condemn hate speech and the atrocities committed by Hitler. While I accept the removal of the post, I am requesting the restoration of my posting privileges. I kindly ask for a reevaluation of this situation, as it appears minor compared to other inappropriate content present on the platform. Thank you.

My Facebook account was hacked, and I unknowingly provided a number to the hackers, resulting in me losing access to my account. The hacked account is [redacted], under the name Elizabeth Emond Small. I have proof of my identity - the name Emond is from my fifth husband, and Small is my current husband. If there's a way to verify this through a marriage license, I can provide the necessary proof. The hacker is now asking my friends and family for iTunes cards worth $[redacted] and $[redacted]. I've followed Facebook's instructions to report the hack, but despite all my efforts, I'm still unable to regain access.
