I have been using Facebook Live on my business page with my iPhone 7 without any issues. However, last Wednesday, during a live stream, I noticed that the video was pixelated and blurry when I checked it on my page after being live for 30 minutes. Despite trying various troubleshooting steps like restarting my phone, updating it, reinstalling Facebook, checking settings, and ensuring a stable internet connection (currently at 3.21 Mbps upload speed), the problem persists. It's strange because my fiancé, who also has an iPhone 7 and uses the same internet connection, can live stream without any problems. I sought help from other Facebook users and discovered that some are facing similar issues, all occurring around the same time last Wednesday. The quality of my live streams was perfect just the day before. I have contacted my phone provider about this but it only seems to affect live streaming, as regular video recording and uploading work fine for me. I would appreciate any solutions or advice on this matter. Thank you.

I am having trouble accessing my Facebook and Messenger accounts as my phone number was changed due to issues with my old SIM card. I can't log in because the number linked to my profile is unavailable. This has happened before; I have two Facebook accounts under the names Shannon Henderson Crist (maiden) and Shannon Henderson Crist (married), both holding important pictures and information about my children. I also can't access two Messenger accounts where I communicate with friends. I would like to either merge both accounts or regain access to my most recent one. The original account used to have the phone number [redacted], while the second one is under [redacted] or [redacted], which I no longer use. My new number is [redacted]. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I recently encountered an issue with my Facebook account. It logged me out and I've forgotten my Yahoo email password. When I try to reset it, the reset link is sent to a Gmail account I don't remember the password to. The email address is partially obscured with stars, making it hard to identify. This has caused a lot of inconvenience as I am unable to access my Facebook account. My profile name is Simone Pinto Bhonsale, and my Yahoo email linked to Facebook is [redacted] I'm seeking assistance in recovering access to my account. Thank you for your help.

On February 12, [redacted], my Facebook account was hacked. My son, S. Ferlo, notified me promptly. While at work, I couldn't address the issue. I followed the recovery steps that evening but didn't receive the approval code generator. Despite updating security and providing my phone number for SMS, I faced no progress. Today, I received an email from Facebook accusing me of being fake. I deeply desire my original account "Mary Beth (Combs)" back, which holds sentimental value connecting me to old friends from high school and work. My maiden name, Combs, is vital for accessing past connections. As a widow, currently using my married name Ferlo, it's crucial I regain access to Messenger to communicate with my sons. Please assist in resolving this urgent matter for I am genuinely seeking to recover my account and connections.

I recently had my Facebook ad account disabled, which I operate through Business Manager. The account number is [redacted][redacted]. I believe I understand why this happened and I need assistance to resolve it urgently as I have 10 clients counting on me. I attempted to create an ad for a client with the text: "Tip for your Forties," which was flagged. After requesting a manual review and having it rejected due to discrimination under the Age policy, I realized my mistake. However, I never actually published the advert. Despite reaching out through Facebook Advertiser Support and filling out the required form, I have had no success in getting my account reinstated. I am at a loss for what to do and would greatly appreciate any help in resolving this matter promptly.

I am the owner of Oven Revamp. I have been attempting for the past two days to report an unfair and spam review of my company. The individual who left the negative feedback did not even use our services and was previously banned from our page. I find it unfair and frustrating that someone who has not utilized our services can tarnish our reputation on Facebook. I have invested significant effort into building positive reviews for my business, and this unwarranted comment is damaging. Despite my attempts, the negative review remains on our page. As a paying advertiser, I believe Facebook should prioritize genuine reviews from actual customers and offer better protection for businesses like mine. I have sought legal counsel to address this issue and prevent further harm to my company's reputation. The impact of this false review on my business could potentially result in lost opportunities.

My daughter, Aneesha Stewart, shared some of her favorite anime content on Facebook. She expressed her deep love for anime as a talented artist. Unfortunately, a person named Fate Kazami responded rudely, using offensive language and suggesting harmful actions towards my daughter. I find this behavior unacceptable, especially when directed at my teenage daughter. Cyberbullying like this can have serious consequences and should not be tolerated. If appropriate action is not taken, I am prepared to involve the authorities. It is crucial to address such harmful behavior online to prevent further incidents. Thank you for your attention to this matter. - Cynthia Love, Aneesha Stewart's Mother

Our dealership, based in Orlando, encountered an issue with a customer in April [redacted]. The customer, known as Pollito Tropical, who has a substantial Facebook following, bought a used Maserati from us but faced engine trouble after 3 months. Maserati declined to cover the repair due to a lack of proof of oil changes. Given the significant cost of the repair, the customer asked us to cover the $20k engine replacement. When we couldn't meet this demand, the customer's followers left approximately [redacted] negative reviews on our Facebook page in a single day. We worked with the customer to resolve the issue after facing threats of further negative feedback. Since these reviews are misleading, we are seeking to have them removed.

Your company should reconsider its approach to foreign influence. I previously had top-secret clearance with the U.S. Navy and believe that a single company, no matter its size, can struggle against state-sponsored foreign attacks. I recall there are counterintelligence operations in place to safeguard U.S. companies, but it seems they are falling short. Holding only Facebook responsible for these threats isn't fair. Expecting a company to match CIA-level abilities in countering nations like Russia isn't realistic. This task falls on our government, which appears to be failing in its duty to safeguard U.S. interests effectively. It's perplexing that with so many resources, manual monitoring of morse code signals remains prevalent, despite the availability of computerized solutions. Please pass this message along to your Public Relations department. Thank you. It's essential to take a proactive stance to avoid further challenges.

I need assistance with a recurring issue on my company's Facebook business page. I schedule and publish posts with multiple photos and written content twice a day. Recently, some followers have reported seeing strange posts attributed to my company appearing on their feeds. These posts contain random photos from previously published posts, displayed out of order with no accompanying written content or engagement options. The strange posts seem to occur shortly after our scheduled posts go live. I suspect this may be linked to our timeline photos not appearing until after the posts are published. Despite troubleshooting for a year, we have not been able to resolve this issue. The unwanted posts are unprofessional and do not present our content properly. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I am Andrea Workman Foster and I am in urgent need of assistance with my primary Facebook account. I am unable to access the verification number Facebook is requesting, and I have no alternative options provided to me. If they could offer verification through my email [redacted] or my other linked account with phone number [redacted], I could confirm my identity. The account holds precious photos of my children and family spanning the past decade, and I am devastated at the thought of losing these cherished memories. It is disheartening that such a large platform like Facebook lacks a direct line of communication with a live person for assistance. I am reaching out for help desperately and hope for a prompt response. Sincerely, Andrea Workman Foster.

Dear Community Members, I am facing a concerning issue with my primary Facebook account and am seeking urgent assistance. Facebook is requesting verification through a number I no longer have access to, without providing alternative methods. If I could verify my identity using either my email, [redacted], or my other associated account, [redacted], I would be able to access my account. The account holds precious family memories from the past decade, and I am distressed at the thought of losing them. I am in a difficult situation and reaching out for support. It is frustrating that the prominent social media platform lacks direct communication with users. Your help in resolving this matter promptly would be greatly appreciated. Kind regards, Andrea W. I was placed in Facebook jail for reposting something already on Facebook regarding an individual identified as Cortez. This situation shocks me because despite various derogatory comments about our president on the platform, my post resulted in this consequence. It is concerning to witness people laughing at remarks calling our president names or even sharing images of violence, such as beheading pictures. Last I knew, individuals have the right to freedom of speech, yet it seems limited when addressing our president. We should pray for this man who is making positive changes in our country. Kindly assess my original post and update me on my account status. Thank you for your attention, and may God bless America. Sincerely, Rick Romeyn.

We have a business account that was set up and managed by a previous subcontractor who used his email address and a password that he did not share with us. Since he has left, we are unable to access the page to update it for our upcoming spring programs. We need to remove old pictures and posts and add new information, but we are unable to log in as administrators. This has become crucial as we need to do a Facebook Live session soon. We tried to recover the account with Facebook, but my (the business owner/president) ID did not match the original account creator's information. We attempted to create a new business Facebook page, but it is showing under my personal name, Robert Raque, instead of my business name, Higher Level Basketball. We are seeking assistance in recovering our original business Facebook account or adjusting the newly created one to reflect our business name correctly. I apologize for my lack of experience with Facebook. Thank you.

I'm experiencing an issue with an old, inactive Facebook account created in [redacted]. I no longer have access to the email associated with it and cannot recall the password. There are childhood photos on the account that I wish to retrieve. I have now reached adulthood and could verify my ownership by identifying past usernames and providing other relevant information. I would like to transfer the account to a new email to regain access and potentially delete it after reviewing its contents. Is there a way for me to recover the login credentials for this account? Thank you.

I recently got banned from Facebook for expressing my dislike using inappropriate language towards others who were harassing and insulting me. I feel that Facebook should consider the full context of the conversation before taking action. I am disappointed in the recent changes to the freedom of speech policies on the platform. I wish there was a way to directly communicate with the reviewers rather than just choosing to agree or appeal the decision. I want to understand how the system works, as I have seen others post worse things without consequences. Do I have to carefully choose my words to avoid being banned? I hope someone can review my case and provide clarification on these issues. I value freedom of speech, and I feel let down by the current situation. Thank you.

Cyber Harassment Complaint I have a memorial Facebook page for my Naval Officer son, who tragically lost his life in a road rage incident in San Diego county. As a Gold Star family, we aim to honor the memory of our beloved son. Recently, we have been targeted with hateful and harassing posts, with a particularly upsetting one last month. Despite blocking the individuals responsible, one man named Allen Clifford persists in posting defamatory content about our son and our family, as well as the annual Memorial benefit events we organize in his honor every May in San Diego with the Navy. We are urgently appealing to Facebook to take action and remove Allen Clifford from your platform to prevent further harassment on our grieving family. This online abuse and cyber harassment must cease. Please reach out to me to discuss your plans to address and resolve this issue, so we can find solace and peace away from these hurtful posts tarnishing the memory of our dedicated Naval Officer son. Thank you, Kathy B. Proud Parent of SBC Zach B., SWCC, who tragically passed away on May 15, [redacted], after 20 years of service in the Navy protecting our country.

I recently had my Facebook account locked because my name on the platform was different from the one on my ID. I sent them a picture of my ID for verification, but the issue is my original email associated with the account, [redacted], is no longer accessible as I now use Gmail. Facebook needs to email me through that old address for identity verification, which I can't access, making it impossible for me to complete the process and regain access to my account. I'm hoping there's a solution to this dilemma as I'm willing to provide any required information to resolve the situation.

I had a Facebook account for 10 years with over [redacted] friends and many group memberships. After commenting on a post about Muslims and a pig, my comments were reported and deleted, leading to my account being disabled. Despite numerous attempts to regain access and creating a new account, it was also blocked. I feel my comments were not inappropriate considering the discussions on the platform. Can someone help me restore my original account under the name Leanne Rush Buchanan?

Good evening, I acknowledge that my account was reported for not using my legal name. Initially, I did use my legal name, Kendra Hair, but later changed it. I kindly request my account to be reinstated as I have been using this Facebook account since [redacted], where I have gathered numerous memories and photos, including cherished moments with deceased loved ones. I am willing to switch back to my legal name from BLOOMING ORCHID to access my treasured memories. It feels unjust for someone unfamiliar with my situation to report my name when my friends and family are aware of my alternate name and have had no issues with it. Although Facebook encourages the use of legal names, there are valid reasons why individuals may choose otherwise. I respectfully seek the reinstatement of my profile, as I am missing important messages and calls from family members. Sincerely, A Decade-Long Member
