For nearly six years, my husband's ex-wife has been stalking me on Facebook. Despite reporting multiple accounts and sending numerous emails, she continues to create new profiles each time I block one. There are countless messages from fake accounts she sends to harass me. I've followed Facebook's suggestion to block profiles, but it hasn't stopped her. My life has become a nightmare due to this unstable behavior. I live in fear and face constant harassment. I am desperate for help with this distressing situation.

When I was younger, my Facebook account got hacked, and embarrassing posts were made on it. Unfortunately, I cannot access it now as the password was changed, and I no longer have access to the associated email address. I've been unable to delete it for years. The account belongs to Sofia Martinez, with "cmpleta" listed. There is a profile picture of me and a friend at an ice rink, and it has been inactive since [redacted]. The account mentions attending "cmpleta" in the intro.

My Facebook account was hacked. The hackers changed all my login information, including the password, phone number, and email address. Now, when I try to recover the account, I cannot receive the verification code as they have full control over it. They are using my name with zeros in their email address, and I am locked out of my account entirely. I attempted to create a new account, but the verification process flagged me as suspicious. I've tried multiple times without success. I've had my original account for nearly a decade and don't know how to proceed. I need guidance on how to resolve this issue.

Essence S. is continuously posting derogatory, violent, threatening, and explicit harassing posts about a person. Authorities have been contacted, and a report has been made. However, Facebook is still allowing her to make these false posts, bullying and destroying the image of almost all her family and friends. This behavior shouldn't be allowed as it's causing the person being harassed great distress. Essence even posted a video displaying the victim's address. She should be banned from posting these things, especially two weeks in a row, when it's untrue. It's heartbreaking to watch someone's character being ruined. I've had Facebook for over 10 years, and this situation is very disappointing. Facebook should not allow such behavior and it takes hours to review reports and remove them.

My name is Heather Henness. My Facebook account was disabled after I reported an account opened in my name on January 23, [redacted]. Unfortunately, instead of disabling the fake account, my genuine account of 7 years was closed. I managed to access the fake account and change the password, but I would appreciate it if it could be closed. I would like my original account restored with all my friends and photos. I recently experienced a hack on my FB account and got logged out. After changing my password, I faced issues receiving the verification code due to a recent phone number change. Despite trying to log in through another device and receiving a code via email, I kept being prompted to change my password and faced browser recognition issues. I provided my state ID and a verification picture but have not received any assistance. I hope to regain access to my FB account soon.

Hello, I am Trenton Donakowski, the General Manager of Bird Creek Golf Club in Port Austin, MI. I am facing an issue concerning the original Bird Creek Golf Club Facebook page. The page was initially created by my predecessor, Eric Sump, through his personal Facebook account. Eric informed me that he deleted his personal account and cannot recall his login details to recover the page. As a result, I have been unable to access the page for the past 4 years to post new content. I have now created a new page, but it lacks the same number of likes and causes confusion with 2 pages. I made a donation via Facebook to support my friend Trish Cooper's Relay for Life campaign with Iona College. Unfortunately, Relay did not receive my contribution despite Facebook deducting $40 from my account, when I intended to donate only $20. I spoke with a customer service representative who confirmed that the donation was not accepted. I would like the $40 refunded promptly so I can support Trish through a more reliable platform.

My Facebook account got disabled, and it feels like everything I had on there is gone. I've had photos, chats, and messages with friends deleted. I am frustrated because I haven't done anything wrong. I've been dealing with scammers and spammers trying to connect with me, leaving me comments. Facebook keeps sending me automated replies without addressing my concerns. They just refer me to their rules without explaining why my account was shut down. It seems like they are blaming me for something I didn't do.

I am a very private person, and I previously had a Facebook account which I deactivated for this reason. My father, who uses Facebook, continues to post about me despite my repeated requests for him to stop. Recently, he posted about my miscarriage on his entire page. I want him to cease posting about me entirely. Is there a way to monitor this or impose a penalty on him? Or can his account be disabled? He altered the original post to simply say 'hello,' but he is still discussing it in the comments (my friends have been sending me screenshots). My mother has already reported the post. It is extremely hurtful for him to share this information, as it is private. His name is Lee Cobb and he lives in Florida and has around [redacted] friends, to my knowledge. My name is Sabrena Wakeley, and Facebook has locked my FB account @Sabrena Ryder. I am unable to follow the steps to unlock it because it requires verifying my phone number and ID. However, my ID shows my real last name as Wakeley, not Ryder. I am also unable to verify my number as I have forgotten it since it's my old number. I don't have any other options to unlock my account. Could Facebook please contact me at my new number, [redacted], to assist me? I really need my account unlocked, and since I have no other solutions, I hope Facebook can help me with this issue.

Hello, I am trying to regain access to my old Facebook account which I created when I was younger. Due to its age, I no longer have the login credentials. If recovering the account is not feasible, I kindly request that it be permanently deleted. The account has been inactive for years, and I am certain of its ownership. The presence of personal photos and information on the account poses a significant inconvenience as it has become a platform for bullying. I set up a business page on my personal FB account, and previously, I could easily post on it by clicking on the business page logo. However, the icon has disappeared, and I can no longer post as the business owner. Even though I can locate my business through FB search, I have lost my admin rights. This issue seemed to arise after entering my business tax information for online selling. How can I regain control and access to my business page?

Hello, I have been using my Facebook account since around [redacted]. Today, while trying to register for a specific page, I accidentally created a new Facebook page using my phone number. I received an email notification on my original account stating that my phone number had been removed because it was being used by someone else. I would like to link my phone number back to my real account. I have already changed my password. In my haste, I mistakenly clicked on the "I didn't authorize this change" button in the email. I am frustrated by the lack of clarity and consistency in the policies of your platform. Despite complying with guidelines, my listing for a pair of used Nike shoes has been flagged unfairly. There seems to be discrimination as many users sell various name brand items without issue. It is disheartening to face these challenges without a clear explanation or means of direct communication such as a phone contact. I have gone through the appeals process without success. The difficulty in locating your policies adds to the frustration, making it hard to understand why some are banned while others are allowed to sell questionable merchandise. I may escalate this matter by reaching out to news channels to shed light on these issues.
