I am the administrator of the business's Facebook page and responsible for the content. I was trying to create, schedule, share posts for the business's customers. ... I have not been able to post, schedule, delete or make any action on the business page that I am responsible for managing. The creator of the page also could not post for one day, but yesterday I was able to post using his account. My admin access is still unusable even though we have cleared the caches, tried different browsers, different devices, uninvited and re-invited as an admin, etc. There are no flags on our page or my personal account. I cannot find anything in the help community topics or online that have fixed this. The two admins have used the "report a problem" section and neither have gotten a reply. Please advise. I have no idea what to do next. I am responsible for **.*% of the content on this business Facebook page.
Although there seem to be very similar issues described by others in the Facebook community, none of their solutions helped fix the issue for my situation. I need a a Facebook employee*expert to take a look at this.
I need an online chat agent or an email or phone number that gets answered, some kind of help. I am not unfamiliar with computers and this is an unusual situation. Two full days (three soon) without access to a big part of a business's advertising is unacceptable.
There are no red flags on my personal or the business page for advertising or content or anything like that. We pay for advertisements... I'm not sure what to say here.
I have searched online for hours over the past days and tried every suggestion. I even downloaded two Facebook business manager apps and tried using my personal phone. Nothing solves my inability to post on the facebook page I have managed for a year.
