Approximately 6 months ago, my ex-girlfriend broke up with me and managed to hack into my original Facebook account. Despite my attempts to regain control, I eventually gave up. I am hopeful that it could be recovered as it contains many pictures and memories that I would like to access and transfer to my phone. The login information used to be my old phone number [redacted] and the password was "Welcome123" before it was compromised. I have attempted the trusted contacts with the 4-digit security pin procedure, but it has not been successful. I am looking for assistance not only in providing tips or advice but in actually helping me regain access to the account so I can retrieve precious items such as pictures of my child and old messages from a deceased friend. I sincerely hope for someone to assist me in this matter.

I'm disappointed that my promotion was denied because I wanted to share my personal story without breaking any guidelines. I lost weight as part of my journey from injury and disability to becoming athletic, but it seems like showing my progress is considered offensive. I'm trying to figure out how to promote my positive recovery story without showcasing any physical transformations. Weight loss was crucial for me to achieve my athletic goals, so I'm not sure why it's seen as inappropriate. I see other companies like protein brands using athletes in their ads and running apps like Strava using typical "runner" images, so I'm confused about the different standards. I'm not trying to sell anything by sharing my story; I just want to inspire others to believe in themselves. It's disheartening to receive feedback suggesting that I'm shaming people when my intention is to spread hope and positivity. I hope to receive clearer guidance on how to share my message in a more positive way without causing offense.

I tried to access my Facebook account yesterday morning, but I discovered that I had been logged out. When I tried to log in on my desktop, it informed me that I was using an old password and that the password had been changed while I was asleep. I reported the issue and submitted my ID for verification. I recently regained access to my old email address, but when I tried to enter the code they sent me, it said I had tried too many times. The link in the email to reset my password also resulted in a message saying I had made too many attempts. I've had this Facebook account for 9 or 10 years and have never faced this problem before. I've tried to update my email on Facebook multiple times over the years without success. I just want access to my profile as it contains precious photos of my son. I am willing to provide any necessary verification Facebook requires, especially now that I can access my old email. Unfortunately, it seems like the site is blocking me out.

Hello everyone, Dylan here. I recently set up Facebook and Instagram to advertise my new label 'Wellsy presents,' featuring Superbowl-themed clothing items. As a comedian and artist, I'm diving into the digital art world and aiming for a global reach. Unfortunately, in the past two years, I've faced multiple hacking incidents resulting in stolen accounts, including a significant loss during the Bittrex exchange hack. Despite efforts to secure my devices, I still encounter issues with sites flagging "unusual traffic" from my laptop. I've been unable to verify my accounts due to these issues, which has now delayed my ad campaign intended for the Superbowl. I've created new accounts only to face the same verification challenges, impacting my sales opportunities. The setbacks in the past years have been overwhelming, and I'm eager for a resolution to kickstart my advertising efforts. I'm hoping for a prompt verification process to salvage what's left of this time-sensitive opportunity. If additional identification is necessary, I'm willing to provide it promptly. Thank you in advance for your support.

On my birthday, February 1st, I was shocked to find my Facebook account disabled. Two friends informed me that someone posing as me had asked for money in suspicious Messenger conversations at 5:30 AM and 6:00 AM. I had no knowledge of these incidents until my account was disabled. As a 66-year-old mother and grandmother, Facebook is my main way of staying connected with loved ones. I rarely post or comment and always strive to be respectful. Losing access to my account means losing precious memories, friends, and the ability to communicate with family. Despite sending my driver's license and multiple photos, I am struggling to recover my account. Three days without Facebook have been difficult, and I'm eager to reconnect with my friends and family. Could someone please help me regain access to my account? I miss being a part of their daily lives.

I am experiencing issues with both my Facebook and Messenger accounts. It appears that someone is preventing me from accessing them while using my accounts to maintain the appearance that everything is fine. I am unable to recover my accounts as my email settings have been altered. I cannot view public content, my apps have been disabled, and I am not receiving notifications. This person has control over my account settings, and I suspect they have removed the data storage on my phone. I believe this individual may create a new account before I can regain access. Despite providing feedback, I am uncertain if anyone receives it, as I do not have access to my email. Better security measures are necessary to prevent unauthorized access, as this person seems confident that their activities go undetected. They seem to believe that their page cannot be monitored by law enforcement due to hidden products and content. I request a printed copy of all activity on my Facebook and Messenger accounts sent to [redacted] Hwy 81 South Jonesboro TN [redacted]. Thank you. - Angel

I've had an Instagram business account for a few months in preparation to finally release content and advertise as an unknown artist. However, my brand new account got instantly banned, making it impossible to reach new fans. When trying to create an ad from my Instagram post, I was redirected to Facebook and asked to create an account. Despite my preference to use my business name, I followed the provided template. After confirming my info and photo, my account was disabled. Despite appealing and verifying my ID, I received a message stating they can't assist. I have no way to recover my only linked Instagram account to place an ad. This situation is causing me a lot of stress. Please, help me resolve this issue.

My father, Silas Costa, passed away on May 17, [redacted]. Shortly after, my brother gained access to his Facebook account, changing the password and phone number. My brother continues to use the account, even posting on February 2nd, making it seem like my father is alive. My brother is blocked on my account, so he spies on me using our father’s account. I haven't blocked it as I receive messages and reminders tied to it. I created the account with the original access code [redacted], and my brother changed the email password ([redacted]) too. He also altered the phone number to an American one, which isn't accurate as my dad was in Brazil. I'm not sure if I remain the heir contact, and I fear losing all the messages if the account is turned into a memorial without my knowledge. I possess evidence of my father's passing, even funeral details, around May 17, [redacted]. I'm troubled and seek assistance.

Hello! I recently received a message from someone claiming to be Mark Zuckerberg, the Director of Facebook. The message suggests that sharing it with 18 people will turn my Facebook icon blue and keep the platform free for me. It also warns that failure to share the message could lead to account deactivation. There are mentions of server issues and a supposed update for smartphones. However, the message appears suspicious, especially with the threat of Facebook closing and requiring payment to reopen. Can anyone provide clarity on the authenticity of this message? Thank you.

I believe my Facebook account was unfairly disabled by Facebook. Facebook alleged I posted sexually explicit photos, which never happened. My images did not violate any rules or show any nudity. Facebook already admitted a similar mistake recently and reactivated my account. This has occurred again, and I am certain I did not breach any policies. I kindly request Facebook to investigate and acknowledge their error, as my account deactivation was unwarranted. Last time, Facebook recognized their mistake, apologized, and restored my account. I hope they realize their error once more and reinstate my account promptly. I await your reply. Account name: Shane Outram (Pup Drax) Email: [redacted] Phone: 1-[redacted] I expect Facebook to address this situation promptly.

I experienced a significant setback when my first phone was hacked by a roommate aiming to steal my identity in September last year. Since then, my online accounts, banking information, and personal life have been compromised. After going through multiple phones and resetting my banking accounts three times in the last month, I discovered that the hacking was linked to the Android phone operating system vulnerability known as the “invisible net.” Despite these efforts, I have been unable to regain access to my original Facebook account that I maintained since [redacted]. The associated email for that account was [redacted], and the phone number was [redacted]. I have lost access to several accounts subsequently, including a recent Facebook account under David Lawson, connected to [redacted] or [redacted] and [redacted]. Despite trying to recover the account on my new iPhone and seeking help from trusted contacts, I have not been successful. My current phone number is [redacted]. I am earnestly seeking assistance to regain access to my original account and address the recent compromised accounts. I have plenty of documentation to support my claims and the backing of friends and family. Thank you for your attention and support.

I established Georgesriver Enviroalliance as an individual in [redacted] without much knowledge, and it has proven to be a successful platform for discussing saving the local river. I have always maintained a respectful tone in my comments and content. Recently, on a Panania Community page, individuals named Stuart Riley and Paul Walsh resorted to aggressive and insulting behavior towards another person during a conversation. I repeatedly tried to steer the discussion back to the main issue and discourage their disrespectful conduct. It appears that the page moderator may have ended the discussion. I am now being asked to verify my identity, which is challenging since Georgesriver Enviroalliance is not linked to my personal identity but rather exists as a conversation starter. I am open to transitioning it into a page or a group and would like to preserve the existing content seamlessly. I suspect that either Paul or Stuart may be acting out of revenge, and I believe their conduct warrants investigation. Despite this, I am willing to cooperate and do what is right. I have observed similar harassment toward Chris Brogan by Stuart Riley and Paul Walsh, a matter worth looking into. Warm regards, Sharyn C. from Sydney, Australia.

Facebook has recently disabled a third-party plugin used in Adobe Muse that allowed the embedding of photo albums on websites. The widget affected is the Facebook Pro Albums widget provided by muse-themes.com. Despite efforts from the widget supplier, Facebook has not shown any willingness to reinstate it. This decision has caused inconvenience for designers, like myself, who rely on such tools for client projects. The removal of this widget has left a gallery page on the site blank, impacting the website's functionality. It is frustrating that Facebook seems indifferent to the hardships faced by small designers trying to operate within budget constraints. As a seasoned designer with 30 years of experience, I find this move shortsighted and lacking in consideration for users. I hope for a resolution that allows for the use of Facebook albums on websites without compromising credibility or incurring additional costs.

I deactivated my Facebook profile as Shawna Aultman a few years ago. Later, I created a new profile as "Chanel Aultman" due to a traumatic brain injury. Recently, my old account (Shawna) reopened on its own, which I did not initiate. Unfortunately, I cannot recall the email or phone number linked to that old account to regain access and close it again. I suspect I am being cyber stalked and that they may be involved in this. I have also experienced identity theft during this time. I would like to either close the old account or regain control over it. However, I am hesitant to provide proof of my identity without confirming the legitimacy of this platform to protect myself. Please contact me at [redacted] or [redacted] for further assistance. Thank you for your help.

Dear Mr. Zuckerberg, I am writing with regards to a Facebook page created by Richard Romero named Soshu Shigeru Oyama. My father, Shigeru Oyama, who was renowned in the world of martial arts, particularly within the Japanese karate community, passed away in February [redacted]. Mr. Romero took advantage of my father's declining physical and mental health and approached him while he was in the hospital recovering from heart surgery to collaborate on a book about karate. Unfortunately, my father did not survive to see the completion of this book. In the year following my father's death, Mr. Romero exploited my grieving mother, Patricia Oyama, to publish the book titled “[redacted] Thoughts on My Life in Karatedo by Shigeru Oyama as told to Richard Romero.” The book contains false information attributed to my father and serves to promote Mr. Romero and his business. Despite my attempts to contact Mr. Romero through various means, he has not responded to address the inaccuracies in the book. I am considering legal action against Mr. Romero and kindly request that the Facebook page related to my father be removed to avoid involving Facebook in this matter. I am willing to provide further details if needed. Sincerely, Tetsumori Oyama

I wish there was a phone number to talk to a live person for help. The email I provided is not the one connected to my Facebook, but it's still valid. I've reported problems to Facebook multiple times. Facebook and Messenger keep forcing me to log out due to security concerns, making me reset my password every time. After a brief period of normal usage, the issue resurfaces, restricting me from liking, reacting, or following pages. This problem persists despite my reports. I created a kids' messenger for my sister but never completed the setup, which could be a factor. I need a permanent solution, as the temporary fixes are frustrating. I feel insecure as Facebook hasn't resolved the issue effectively. I would like to speak to a legitimate Facebook representative to address this.

I'm Marie Rapacz, and I'm having trouble logging into my Facebook account. I received a recovery code from Facebook, but despite multiple attempts on February 6 from 8 pm to midnight, I couldn't access my account using the code. Now, when I try again, I'm informed that I'm blocked from entering the recovery code due to using that option too many times. I've contacted the security support team, but I'm still unable to access my original account. Facebook can reach me at [redacted] I received emails confirming my account at Marierapacz Hotmail.com was active, and my phone number-[redacted] was added, but I still couldn't apply the recovery code. I assure you I wasn't misusing the access; I simply couldn't get the code sent to work. Please assist in resolving this issue.

My Facebook account was hacked yesterday. The hacker changed my password and is using my account to post harassing content. They even changed my profile picture and cover photo to impersonate me. I am very concerned because they have access to all my personal information, photos, and chats. Initially, they hacked my email too, so when I try to reset the password, the verification code is sent to that compromised email address. Although I have asked many friends to report the account, no action has been taken yet. I have tried to contact Facebook multiple times through messages, but I have not received any response. This is urgent as the hacker is using my identity to communicate with my friends and other hackers. Please help me address this quickly.
