GetHuman-hiencan's next move: find and follow the right step-by-step guide.
Facebook doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-hiencan will need to dig through the advice provided by Facebook, other customers and consumer advocacy websites like GetHuman. Here are some instructions we've written for similar issues- hopefully GetHuman-hiencan can let us know if they help or not.

Dear Facebook team,*My name is Hien from Vietnam and I am a Facebook user since ****, and so is my friend.*I'm writing on behalf of my friend who had recently been disabled on Facebook due to a false report. We have all evidences showing there is a person tried to change her password but failed, then reported her account of faking someone else. This person, at the time I'm writing this, is still trying to take my friend's account which makes my friend feel unsecured and confused. She shows no political*controversial opinions, no disturbing contents*images*posts, and we cannot understand why this person try to take*report my friend's account no matter what like this.*After submitting her ID, my friend's account was recovered and the Facebook team in Vietnam sent her an email saying her account was "disabled by mistake". Right after she set the new security setting and new password, there was another mail sending new OTP code for another password change. My friend wrote them back to asking for an explanation of "disable my mistake" and how Facebook team will handle the cases of false report, but all we got was a lousy email this morning (January **) saying that her account is not disabled and she can contact the team again of she has trouble logging in. *We demand a more proper reason on how Facebook team will handle false*fake report like this, because if it happened to my friend, it can happen to anyone. We don't know who reported my friend's account, we don't know why he or she did it, but we know this person still try to take her account, and seems like this person will not stop until my friend cannot access to her *-year account. *Looking forward to hearing from you very soon.
