Lately, I've been experiencing issues with my Facebook account. Initially, I couldn't like or share posts, and now I can't even access my account. It informed me that I was restricted for unknown reasons and promised to send a security text message, which I never received. I'm frustrated with this situation as I'm unsure if my account has been hacked. All I want is access to my Facebook where I keep cherished photos of my family and loved ones.

On Sunday, January 6, [redacted], I got logged out of my account due to "violating the terms of use." My Instagram account @JunoFiles got disabled that morning. It's frustrating as many people look up to me for inspiration and positivity, but out of nowhere, someone reported my account for no reason. I didn't break any terms. I'm pleading for assistance to reactivate my account. Losing it would mean losing contact with many family members and clients I had a good relationship with. Please, I need help!

I attempted to create an account for a school club/organization but the account page appears to have been disabled. Whenever I enter the email address ([redacted]) & password, a message pops up saying the account is disabled. I'm uncertain about the reason for this issue and I'm unsure how to proceed. I still wish to set up the page using the same email address, but I want to ensure it's not linked to my personal Facebook account.

I am Chris Collins from Syracuse, New York. My concern is that I have a new phone since I misplaced my old one, and I am trying to access my Facebook account. However, I am unable to recall which email or phone number I used to set up my account. Although my phone number remains the same, I cannot gain entry into my account. I am eager to regain access to my Facebook profile. Thank you.

I recently fell victim to a scam that I encountered through a Facebook ad on my feed. I hold Facebook partially accountable for featuring the ad that led me to the fraudulent website cpjus.com. I would like assistance in obtaining a refund and ensuring that similar scams are prevented in the future.

I spoke with a Facebook technician, an individual who identified as Arabic, who informed me that my Facebook account had been compromised by hackers from Russia, Ohio, and another undisclosed country. The technician requested I purchase a Google Access card from Kroger's to assist in removing the unauthorized access from the Nubian country. Claiming to be a Facebook technician, he asked for my birthday, new email address, and the old telephone number linked to my account. Feeling suspicious, I did not proceed with the Google card purchase. I am concerned that I may have been communicating with a hacker. Due to being unable to access my account, even after trying all available help prompts, I am considering reaching out to the news media for assistance, as Facebook lacks proper customer support channels. I intend to report this incident to the BBB as I believe I am not the only one facing such security issues. - Lorraine Williams-Lews

Hello, I am reaching out because I am aware that Facebook owns Instagram. However, I have been experiencing difficulties getting assistance from Instagram's customer service. I am in the process of developing a pastry brand named VilderVein. Unfortunately, when I tried to create an Instagram account, I used the spelling "wildervein" mistakenly thinking the original was already taken. Despite my searching, I cannot find any users under the name VilderVein. I urgently need to correct this spelling error as I plan to launch advertising campaigns, and the incorrect name could lead to confusion among my audience. I've attempted to make the change, but I consistently receive an error message stating that the username is unavailable. Your support in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

There are three girls on Facebook sharing private pictures of my sister, using them on their profiles. Lacey Elsing sent the private pictures to Kelly M. Daniels and Kristy Mack, who both have them on their profiles. If they are not removed from Facebook, our family will take legal action against Facebook for permitting these girls to bully and steal someone's identity.

My legal name is Mark Stevans, residing in Australia. Over the last four weeks, I've encountered the disabling of three consecutive accounts bearing my name without any prior notification or explanation. Each time I try to log in, I receive a message stating that my account has been disabled, along with a link to recover it in case it was deactivated in error. Unfortunately, the link does not work properly and when it does, the content is inaccessible. The details on all three accounts are accurate. I am Mark Stevans, born on 14/7/[redacted], living in Broome, Western Australia for several years. These accounts were created with email addresses using variations of my name - initially [redacted], then [redacted], and most recently [redacted], which was disabled just 10 minutes ago with no valid explanation. I am specifically keen on retrieving the last account as constantly generating new email addresses weekly to access social media and connect with friends is becoming unfeasible. This situation is frustrating, and I am contemplating involving the cyber fraud unit in Perth, Western Australia to resolve this matter.

Hello, I believe my account may have been locked or hacked. When attempting to access Facebook, my feed was not updating. I tried to log out and back in, but it has been a while since my last logout, and I cannot recall my password. Additionally, my contact information, such as phone number, has not been updated and the old details are still associated with my account. Consequently, I am unable to request a new password as both my email address and phone number have changed. Can you investigate this matter promptly? Thank you, Graham A.

I have two Facebook accounts. One features a brown tabby Persian cat with a picture of my daughter and me in the top-left corner and an antique rocking chair as the first picture. This account has been hacked and is not functional. I would like you to remove this account. The other account, named Castleglen Persians, displays a picture of a brown tabby and white Persian cat in the top-left corner. I want to keep this account as it is working fine. Please take down the non-functional account and keep the working one active. I have been attempting to contact you for more than three months.

After performing a factory reset on my phone, I am encountering issues logging into my Facebook account. Attempting to reset my password via text message did not yield any received codes despite multiple attempts. In a bid to access Facebook, I made a new account and sent a help request, but still have not received a response. I am eager to regain access to my original account under the name Christopher Ward, residing in Dallas, TX. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

My name is Monica Hayes, and I am extremely distressed by the situation where three girls are sharing private pictures of me on Facebook. Two of them have taken photos from my page and are using them as their profile pictures. I informed my sister who previously contacted you, but it seems the issue persists. The individuals involved are Kristy Mack, Kelly M. Daniels, and Lace Elsing, who obtained the photos from Matt O'Brien. Lace Elsing pretended to be Matt and encouraged Kristy and Kelly to distribute the images. If prompt action is not taken to remove them from Facebook, I will have to involve my lawyer and pursue legal action against Facebook for allowing such behavior. It is essential that they are permanently banned from Facebook and any other social media platforms.

My payments were suspended, so I am unable to make purchases in my game. NetSpend had issues, and I couldn't view my prepaid card balance. When I tried to buy items on the Facebook app/game to check my balance, Facebook flagged it as suspicious activity. I then obtained a new gift card, a "Mastercard," but my payments are still being held, and my game remains suspended. I really need my payments to be unsuspended so that I can buy gold in my game. I've already missed out on some fantastic deals due to this situation.

On the 6th of January [redacted], at around 5 PM, while playing PUBG Mobile, I encountered unexpected issues causing the game to close abruptly. Upon trying to reopen it, I was prompted to log in. I had initially used Facebook to create my profile. Despite multiple attempts, I was unable to log in. Upon investigating, I discovered that both my Facebook and Instagram accounts had been deactivated, possibly indicating that my account was compromised. It appears the thief may be using their own Facebook to access my profile. Although Facebook claims my account was deactivated for violating terms, I can confirm that I have not engaged in any activities warranting such action.

I've been getting multiple messages like this one that say, "Hi, I got another friend request from you that I ignored. You should check your account." The message then asks you to hold your finger on it until the forward button appears. The last part is in all caps, saying to not accept a new friend request from them. I've sent this to all my Facebook friends. Can someone explain what's going on with my account, and was it right to forward this message? Let me know, thanks!

I would appreciate it if someone in charge could please contact me at [redacted]. Facebook recently claimed that my comment is hateful towards a particular group, which is false. There seems to be some misunderstanding as I did not intend for my comments to come across as hateful. I am willing to have a discussion to clarify this issue. Please contact me so we can address this matter promptly. Thank you.

I signed up with my phone number without attaching an email address. My Facebook name is 'KJ Hopin'. I lost the phone with the number linked to the account and now can't access it because it sends a code to that lost number whenever I try to log in. The missing number is [redacted]. Since there is no email linked to the account, I can't reset the password through email. Your assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I'm having issues posting on Facebook as I've been restricted until February 5th. I spoke to my sons, and they mentioned that I might have been reported by someone, although I'm confused as I don't use any offensive language or post anything inappropriate. I sincerely apologize if I unintentionally offended someone. I wasn't given any warning or explanation, and I'm not familiar with the platform's guidelines. My children have access to my account, and if you look at my page, you can see the kind of content I usually share. I would appreciate any assistance in understanding what prompted this restriction. Thank you.

I created a secondary Facebook account under my pen name to keep it separate from my personal account for my romance author page. When I tried to add a minimal amount of details and a placeholder profile picture of a bird, Facebook wouldn't accept it because it didn't detect a face. Reluctantly, I used a photo of someone who resembles me, as I wanted to maintain the anonymity of my pen name. Unfortunately, this led to the photo being flagged for review. I'm eager to get my account unlocked so I can begin establishing my author platform. I assure you, I'm not a robot; I simply prefer using an alias. Real Name: Brynna C. Jones Pen Name: Christine Jo. Please unlock my account promptly.
