Dear Facebook, I'm puzzled as to why my account keeps getting blocked. I had an old account blocked, and now this new one is facing the same issue. I'm a car dealership and post in vehicle groups, similar to other car dealers who post similar content frequently. I'm unsure why my posts are being seen as against community standards. I created a Facebook account specifically for using an App Program. Now, a year later, I am trying to access the program again but I can't remember the account details. I reached out to the company, and they gave me an FB ID#: fb.com/[redacted][redacted]. However, I'm unsure what I can do with this information. I really want to recover my account, but I have forgotten the login details. Despite my efforts, I am unable to recall the necessary information after spending hours trying to remember.

Hello, I am the owner of Sumanas Technologies in Madurai. I am facing difficulty accessing my Facebook business account (BM ID: [redacted][redacted]). Facebook prompted me to change my password for security reasons after a previous hacking incident on Dec-17-[redacted]. I followed the steps to secure my account by providing my driving license as proof of ownership. Despite multiple attempts, I kept receiving emails requesting additional identification, which I provided. I included my name as Rajendran, DOB as 23.6.[redacted], and attached my photo ID. My email is [redacted] However, I have not received any further communication from Facebook. I seek assistance in recovering my Facebook business account to resume my daily activities.

Two weeks ago, my Facebook account logged me out, and despite being certain that my password is correct, it no longer works. Unfortunately, the email linked to my Facebook account was deactivated due to inactivity for over a year, and I didn't update it with my new email address. I believe the best solution would be to send a password reset to my new email address, which I will provide below.

Six months ago, Facebook/Instagram blocked the link to our website in our about section citing a change in their community standards. Despite confirming our website does not violate any rules, I have reported the issue multiple times with no resolution. Following advice that having a .com domain for an Australian business could be the problem, I purchased a .com.au domain. Unfortunately, I couldn't directly link it to my website on Wix, so I used it as a name server, redirecting to the .com address. This workaround was effective briefly before being blocked again. This issue led Facebook to restrict sharing my posts for a few days. Despite additional reports, there has been no progress. Two IT experts have reassured me that my website is compliant, emphasizing the need for Facebook to unblock it. Can anyone offer assistance with this? Our website is www.moretonbayphysie.com.

A while back, my friend suggested I create a Messenger account using her phone number because I was hesitant to use mine. However, once I made a Facebook account, it automatically logged me out of Messenger. Now, I can't remember the password to my Messenger account, and when I try to reset it using the phone number she provided, I realize I don't know which number she used. Unfortunately, since we are no longer friends, I can't ask her for the number to recover my account. I urgently need assistance to regain access to my account. I aim to update the phone number for login purposes, but I can't do so without logging in, and I've forgotten my password. Losing access to my account means losing contact with important people and cherished photos. Your help is greatly appreciated.

I have forgotten my password and no longer have access to the email linked to my account. I am unable to recall my trusted contacts, and despite receiving a new password sent to my girlfriend's email after uploading my driving license photo, I am stuck in a loop when trying to access my account. This issue is affecting my business on Facebook, as I am missing out on daily sales. Creating a new account is not an option as I would lose all my followers and connections. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I was recently suspended from my account for sharing a valid opinion about society. The content was not inappropriate or irrational. This ban is making it challenging to continue working with you. I insist that it be lifted promptly. If it offends others more than upholding my freedom of speech, please specify a deadline for me to delete my post. This approach affecting many users seems unfair. Kindly address this issue by removing the suspension. Thank you.

My account got a 30-day ban for sharing a valid opinion about society. It was respectful and logical. This ban is making it difficult to continue using this platform for my business. I request that the ban be lifted immediately. If my comment offends others, I am willing to delete it within a specified timeframe. This kind of action affects many users and is unfair. Please address this issue promptly and understand my perspective. Kindly remove the ban.

I recently reported hate speech to the Admin of the page "John Deere 10 & 20 Series Tractors." The issue was a post featuring an Amish-owned tractor with the rubber removed, but the problem was the racist and ethnic hate speech in the comments. Despite reporting it to the admin, I was banned from the page, and no action was taken on the post. The most severe comment, "German N*****s," is still there. I feel that the admin should be banned instead of me because I only reported the issue and did not participate in the offensive comments.

Hello, my profile and messenger were hacked recently. I enabled two-factor authentication and opted to receive security codes via text messages. After logging out, I couldn't log back in as my number was labeled invalid. Upon further investigation, I discovered complaints that my number has been associated with scam attempts to obtain bank details. I reported this to my phone company and was advised to contact Facebook. An Apple store employee suggested scammers may be using my profile or messenger to deceive others. I've only been on Facebook since October [redacted], and this situation is distressing. I need assistance to restore and secure my profile. Thank you.

Hello. My name is Hoodhu Saamee. A few days ago, someone hacked my Gmail account and attempted to access my Facebook as well. To secure my accounts, I unlinked my Gmail from Facebook to prevent further hacking. Regrettably, I now can't remember my Facebook password and am unable to access my account. For the past 3 weeks to a month, my Facebook Live has not been working. The error message states to check my internet connection. After contacting my service provider who directed me to Facebook's toll-free number, I was unable to reach them. I resorted to submitting a help ticket to Facebook and included screenshots of the error messages. Facebook has responded, acknowledging the issue and stating they are working on it. Unfortunately, my problem remains unresolved. As the holidays have come and gone, I missed the opportunity to share special moments with my loved ones. Feeling frustrated, I am considering creating a new Facebook page.

I contacted AT&T for assistance with my phone data, explaining that my Facebook was slow. They requested access to my account to investigate, to which I agreed. The following day, I found myself unable to access my Facebook timeline. I enjoy sharing short stories and videos on my messenger from the internet, but now I'm unable to do anything. When attempting to share a video, the option to share to messenger is no longer available, only to my timeline. Additionally, my timeline is inaccessible due to the block. I believe this issue occurred after granting AT&T permission to access my account. I would appreciate it if this matter could be resolved promptly. Every time I attempt to log into my FB Messenger, I struggle to reset my password. Unfortunately, the reset process redirects me to the Facebook website, offering two frustrating options. Firstly, I am prompted to contact three friends to visit Facebook recover.com, which is ineffective. Secondly, when selecting the option to send a code, the 6-digit codes never seem to work upon entry. Consequently, I find myself locked out of my Facebook account, making it challenging to use Messenger. This repetitive cycle forces me to wait indefinitely for Facebook to acknowledge my account's security and legitimacy, which is both exasperating and time-consuming.

I am struggling to reset my Facebook password. Despite multiple attempts, the 6-digit number provided by Facebook to reset my password is not working. Consequently, I have been locked out of my Facebook account. I possess all the necessary information to verify my ownership of the account. I require a new 6-digit number to successfully access my account. Should I expect a waiting period before being able to log in again, due to trying the incorrect 6-digit number repeatedly?

I set up a business account inadvertently using a business name, which got flagged. I want to switch it to a personal account and delete the @username to use it for my business. Unfortunately, I can't access the account to make these changes. Could you please delete the account and @username for me? The account information is [redacted] and the user is @boutikmobile. I lost access to my Facebook account (Vilma Saidy El Debs) due to an issue with a message in the Messenger application. Despite my attempts to recover the account and change the password, I also lost access to the email associated with the Facebook account. I updated the email for recovery, sent a copy of my ID, and received a link to reset the password along with a code. However, after multiple attempts to use the code, I received a notification stating that I had entered it too many times and to try again later. Currently, I am unable to access my Facebook account. I shared a truthful post accompanied by an image of our planet undergoing severe environmental devastation caused by human actions. Currently, the destruction of vital ecosystems like the rainforests is threatening our survival with only about 10 years remaining to enact change. It is disheartening that you chose to ban someone, like me, who is deeply concerned about the environment and human life. This action suggests you may be supporting deforestation of native trees in regions such as the Amazon Rainforest (once a temperate rainforest) and Papua. I believe it is essential for you to reassess your decision to restrict my ability to share posts or comments. Remember, those who stay silent are also complicit in these issues.
