I recently established an account using a phone number on December 12th. I sculpted a separate page for my photography business from my personal account. However, I am encountering persistent issues. I constantly get locked out due to suspected activity and have to upload a photo of myself each time. The cycle repeats every 24 hours. This frustrating ordeal has happened around 16 times already. Although once I received a code via text message that allowed me back in promptly. Despite reaching out to Facebook four times, I only received two automated responses promising assistance for all users, which hasn't been effective for me. If this matter isn't rectified soon, I might consider abandoning Facebook entirely. I urge for a swift resolution to my account specifically. Contact me via phone or email. My account is linked to a phone number I've had for 7 years. If it's associated with another older account, adjust it accordingly so I can resume using Facebook seamlessly.

I came across an advertisement on mygearonline.com for a ponytail beanie. Placed my order in October and was charged on 10/20. Despite numerous attempts to contact them through their email, the response I received mentioned a 2-4 week delay due to high sales volume. However, even after four weeks have passed, I haven't received my merchandise and subsequent email inquiries went unanswered. I took the step to dispute the charge with my bank, and they initially provided a provisional credit. The phone number listed on my bank statement appears to be disconnected when dialed from my cell phone associated with the purchase. Seeking resolution, I have tried contacting them through various channels with no luck - no response to emails, Facebook messages, or calls. Unfortunately, my bank has retracted the provisional credit, stating that the merchant denied the dispute. This entire situation has left me feeling like my money has been taken unjustly.

Hello, approximately one month ago, my Facebook account was disabled due to an allegation of impersonation. I have been an active user of this account since [redacted]/[redacted]. The reason for the report seems to stem from the management of a significant Facebook group dedicated to organizing free blood donation campaigns. Through the group, I had collected contact information for around [redacted] voluntary blood donors. Some individuals attempted to exploit these donation efforts for personal gain, which I opposed, leading to their disapproval of me. Subsequently, they tried unsuccessfully to hack into my account multiple times. Eventually, they created a duplicate account in my name and reported it to Facebook as fraudulent. Despite submitting my passport and national identification card to prove my identity, Facebook has shown little consideration. I believe they have not reviewed the documents. I am reaching out here in the hopes that someone can assist me in regaining access to my account. I possess ample evidence to support my authentic use of this profile. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to your response.

I need help with recovering my Facebook account password. I can't recall the password for either my Facebook or email accounts linked to it. How can I reset the passwords or create a new one? Additionally, I'd like to update the email associated with my Facebook to my new one. So far, my attempts to recover my email password through Microsoft have been unsuccessful. I am currently logged into my Facebook account on my phone. Can you guide me on changing the passwords and email for my Facebook account? Thank you.

I received a message from a friend on Facebook Messenger, "Marcus 😎", with a link. After clicking on the link, it redirected me to a website offering free stuff. I suspect it was spam or a hacked account. The following day, I found myself logged out of my account. Despite entering my username and password, Facebook prompts me to enter an SMS Code Generator code sent to my phone, which I didn't receive. Friends have reported receiving messages from me with their names and the same emoji I received. Assuming my account has been hacked, I can't access it anymore. I can still log in with my username and password, but without the code from the Code Generator, I'm unable to log in. Can anyone help?

I created my Facebook account a long time ago and have since updated my email to [redacted], losing access to my old email, [redacted], in the process. Unfortunately, while I changed the password for Facebook, I cannot recall what I changed it to, yet I do remember my old password partially. I've been locked out for almost a year now and do not have access to the phone numbers associated with the account. I am seeking assistance to recover both my Facebook and possibly my Gmail account.

I am attempting to access my original Facebook account, which requires me to answer security questions. The only question available is "Ask your friends for Help." However, the listed friends seem to only be related to the initial purpose of the account - obtaining free items in iPhone games. Given that these friends are likely dormant accounts in foreign languages, reaching out to them may not yield the required assistance. Despite attempting to reset the password, the security question about friends persists.

I blocked my friend L.S.H. last year, and I have been trying everything to reconnect with her. Despite our searches, we can't seem to refriend each other or see our profiles. Recently, she was locked out of her account, created a new one, and we could be friends again momentarily. Unfortunately, today she reactivated her old account, and now we are back to not being able to see or refriend each other.

On 9/21/18, my phone with the number [redacted] was stolen (I did not write down my Facebook password). I set up a Facebook text code rescue with *[redacted]. Unfortunately, I can't sign into my assigned FB Gmail account [redacted] I need to send the rescue text code to a new number for Dawn McCray's Facebook profile. The profile picture shows a golden light halo around my head with my late father Fred William McCtay in the background (he passed away on 11/13/17). I need to reset the password and update the profile information to a different rescue email than [redacted] since I am unable to log into any of my Gmail accounts at the moment.

I seem to have a problem with my Facebook account. My father and I cannot find each other on the platform. Even though we search for each other, accounts with similar names but not our pictures show up. Some of these accounts even have some of our friends listed. My account has been memorialized, and I am trying to get it reopened. I need to submit a selfie with my ID to help with the process. I would like to speak with a person regarding this issue, but I have been unable to reach anyone. There are important items on my Facebook account that I do not want to lose. The birthdate on my account is slightly different from my real birthday, showing as May 5, [redacted], which does not match my ID. If necessary, I am willing to send a new selfie along with my ID. I have photos saved and games linked to my Facebook, like Mafia City, which is one of the main games I play. I am eager to have my old account reinstated as I have valuable content there. My account was disabled without notice. Now, they are requesting me to upload a license or passport, both of which I don't have. I've been using this account for over 8 years, playing games that I've invested money in. I had faced similar issues in the past due to suspicious activities. Facebook previously gave me the option to verify by identifying posts or friends' photos, in which I chose to identify my posts. My account, which is authentic, holds sentimental value with lost photos and connections to friends and family. I've been a loyal member for almost a decade. Unfortunately, I can't provide a license or passport for verification. I request an option to verify through my posts to regain access. This situation seems unfair and I hope for a resolution soon, as there's no available phone support.

On the evening of January 8, [redacted], at around 9:30 pm EST, my Facebook account got hacked. Several people received a message in my FB messenger to view a video I supposedly sent. After being alerted by a few friends, I tried to clarify it wasn't me, but I was quickly logged out and couldn't regain access because the associated email was changed. I also received two PayPal receipts for $20 FB Fundraiser purchases each. I've spent nearly an hour attempting to reset my account, but the reactivation code is sent to the new email, not mine, leaving me stuck in a loop. I'm unsure how to resolve this issue.

I have been trying to reset my password for several days now. Every time I receive a 6-digit code to enter for the reset screen, I am greeted with a message saying "You have tried this too many times, try again later." I make sure to wait 24 hours before requesting a new code, but the issue persists. It seems like I am locked out or facing obstacles in resetting my password. The email associated with my account is [redacted], and I am unsure why I am unable to proceed past the "try again later" message. I cannot recall the new password I set on December 20th and have been attempting to change it since January 2nd. In addition, I encounter difficulties when trying to find my account using my name, email, or phone number.

I recently got banned from the marketplace for allegedly violating commerce policies when listing my used clothes. I am puzzled because my posts were similar to what I have done in the past. I have been a longtime user and this is the first time facing such an issue. I am disappointed as the market place is a significant reason for my Facebook use. I would appreciate clarification on how my posts violated policies and request for my account to be reinstated so I can adhere to the guidelines properly. I am an admin on the South Brandon Worship Center's Facebook page. We requested to change our name to Overflow Church on Dec 30th, about a week and a half ago. On Saturday, Jan 5th, we received an email from Facebook confirming that the change was approved. However, it has been four days since then, and the name has not been updated on our page. We managed to change our handle to @myoverflowchurch, but the name change has not taken place. Are we missing something, or could it be that Facebook overlooked the actual name change?

I lost my phone where I had my FB account logged in. Unfortunately, I forgot the password for my FB account linked to [redacted], and the reset code is being sent to my old email [redacted], of which I also forgot the password. When trying to reset the Gmail password, the code is sent to my old number, which I no longer have access to as it's from 7 years ago. I'm concerned about someone misusing my FB account. I need help recovering my FB account to prevent any third-party access.

Facebook, why do you keep blocking me? What have I done wrong? You blocked my old account, and now you have blocked my new one. I am just a car dealership trying to post about vehicles in groups. I don't understand why it is against your community standards. Other car dealers post the same things multiple times a day without any issues, but I can't seem to do it. Please, Facebook, resolve this problem once and for all. I need to be able to post like the others, at least five times within 24 hours.
