Firstly my account has always been under the email address of *****@***.com, several weeks ago I couldn’t access it as my password had changed (although I never changed it) so I had to reset my password, however I couldn’t get onto my email account because it’s so old. So I tried to gain access under my email address of *****@***.com and connect it to my existing account. When I did this it set me up a brand new account under the name Jenny which is not me, I have since deactivated this account. So I then tried to get into my existing account through another email address *****@***.com by uploading ID, this worked and I got access again. * days later I went into my account to find it had been disabled, I have no idea why and have filled in several different forms, sent over my ID but still have had no luck. I’ve been a member of Facebook for ** years and use it every day especially to connect with friends living the other side of the world. I am very keen to understand why I have been disabled, has my account been hacked? And finally, when will I regain access?? Please could someone get back to me, I am finding it very frustrating that I can’t get any answers or help!!!!! This has also now been diactivated for about * weeks with no such luck as getting back into Facebook. I've lost all my photos and recently lost my phone so now have zero access to my pictures, Facebook is my last resort to get them back. please can some one help me i'm desperate
