I have encountered challenges while setting up a business page for a massage service in Kolkata, India. Initially lacking the necessary technological skills, I unintentionally created a page that is not suitable. Subsequently, I established a new account and successfully created the desired page. However, I now face difficulty deleting the old page. It seems that the page was pending deletion, but I accidentally cancelled the process upon logging back into the account. Despite my efforts to delete it again, Facebook states that the page no longer belongs to me. I am uncertain if there is a waiting period before I can remove the page. I find it frustrating to navigate this issue independently, especially with unhelpful FAQs. I urge Facebook to offer clearer guidance on account deletion to assist individuals like myself in similar situations.

I am experiencing an issue with my Facebook Business account. I had set up ads to run for a specific number of days. However, I have recently been charged $[redacted] a few days ago and $60 today. The ads were running continuously, which was not my intention because I have a limited budget due to living on disability income. One of the ads was supposed to run for one day for a big sale on my website, but it ran continuously for about 27 hours. I am in the process of closing my store and cannot afford these unexpected charges. I would appreciate it if all running ads could be stopped, as I thought I had already done that. A Facebook post about my missing best friend, Matt Foster, has been circulating for 4 days. The post, created by Kayla Ann, contains false and disturbing information along with violent comments that could endanger Matt. Despite requesting its removal, Kayla Ann threatened me when I asked her to delete it. I am concerned for Matt's safety and wish to take legal action due to threats arising from this post. It is crucial to have the post removed and prevent further harm. Thank you.

This is the second time that my free speech has been infringed upon by Facebook due to a comment that did not violate the terms of service. After reviewing the complaint, Facebook acknowledged its mistake and reinstated my post. However, for the second time, I was still banned for thirty days despite being in the clear. I urge Facebook to improve its system and not allow political ideologues to abuse the ban feature to suppress free speech in a supposed "free society." It is frustrating to be banned for thirty days for simply expressing a harmless opinion. This situation is unacceptable.

I'm having difficulty accessing my Facebook account. The platform is indicating that my password is incorrect and requires me to reset it. However, I haven't changed my password. Unfortunately, I am unable to reset my password as I no longer have access to the linked email or phone number. Although I attempted to use the alternate email and phone number (which belong to my former best friend), I did not receive the reset code. This situation has led me to suspect that my account may have been hacked, as my friend's information is no longer associated with my account. I followed the procedure to verify my identity by providing a picture of my credit card with my name and a photo of my boyfriend, who is tagged in our relationship status, but have not received a response. Despite my long-standing use of the same password, entering it still results in an 'incorrect password' message. I am eager to resolve this issue promptly, as I have been using this account since [redacted] and would prefer not to start anew. Thank you.

In August, my Facebook account was either disabled or hacked while I tried to add an editor to another account. Despite difficulties with the password, I managed to add the editor but lost access to both accounts where I was an editor. I reached out to Facebook multiple times and even submitted a form with my driver's license, but received no response. Although my profile picture (of a belted kingfisher bird) appears when I click on the FB icon on my phone, attempting to log in or search my email fails to show any accounts. I had resigned to not recovering the account but miss the functionality, staying connected, and posting memories. It's hard to believe all that data is gone. I found a phone number for FB ([redacted]) but was disappointed to find they do not offer phone support. I hope for assistance and wonder what additional information is needed.

On 12/17/[redacted], when I tried to log in to my Facebook account, everything was running smoothly in the morning. However, around noon, my account was suddenly disabled. Facebook stated it was due to an inability to verify my identity. Surprisingly, I never received any prior requests to verify my identity or any indications of violating terms. Despite uploading my birth certificate to verify my identity, I have not heard back from Facebook for weeks. The case number is #[redacted][redacted]. I am concerned if my long-standing Facebook profile has been permanently disabled. I am eager to understand why communication has ceased and what steps can be taken to re-establish my account. - Riley M.

I have been using the same Facebook account on two computers and my iPhone. After my iPhone crashed, I couldn't reactivate the account. I never needed a password to access it on the main computer, although I changed my email a year ago and everything was fine until the iPhone issue. My old computer now asks for an ID and password that I don't remember, leading my neighbor to unintentionally close the account while trying to assist. We struggled to verify ownership, including using a picture of my wife and me. If the account issue isn't resolved soon, we may leave Facebook for good due to this frustrating experience. Despite our efforts to contact Facebook for help, we haven't received any assistance, which is disappointing. Our decision to stay or leave will depend on your response.

I primarily use Facebook on my Mac desktop computer and have noticed a problem with viewing posts with multiple photos. When I click on a photo, it only shows the picture with a blank space on the right side where comments should be. If I try to leave a comment, it disappears and I can't view any other comments. This has been happening for weeks and is frustrating, especially when I want to read information about the photos, like animals in need. A friend who also has a Mac desktop is experiencing the same issue. It's hindering my ability to help animals or support causes shared in these posts because the post content is not loading properly.

I am unable to regain access to my temporarily locked Facebook account as the security check options provided such as texting a security code, identifying photos of friends, identifying recent messages, and recent comments have all exceeded their hourly limits.

I clicked on an advertisement for an inflatable hot tub priced at $[redacted].99. I made the purchase from a website called SuperGoMall. Following the purchase, I had a question but found the provided email to be invalid. Despite receiving a tracking number for shipping, reports online suggested the company might be fraudulent. Today, the delivery arrived, but instead of the adult hot tub kit, I received a small kiddie pool. The original website is now inaccessible, and the email is non-functional, yet my card was charged the full amount. I have noticed similar ads for the same product under different names and prices. Facebook seems to be allowing this fraudulent activity to continue through multiple companies selling the same item. The sites 2UFleshlight, Jojopop03, and Frontnetton.ic have also been advertising the product. It is clear that this is all part of a scam. I reached out through the SuperGoMall site, but similar fraudulent ads continue to appear on my feed.

For the past 10 months, my account has been compromised, and it seems like someone is impersonating me. Various accounts are being manipulated, and I am certain it is the work of individuals who hold a grudge against me. I can provide evidence to support my claim. Non-members have mysteriously gained access and are adding members to the group without permission, despite being blocked. Facebook claims this is impossible, yet it continues. I urgently need to speak with someone to put a stop to these unauthorized actions. I seek a solution to prevent non-members from adding fake accounts to my group and manipulating my page. I have been dealing with this issue repetitively, and despite removing and blocking these individuals, they persist. It is crucial to uncover how they are achieving this and terminate their actions. Dear Facebook Team, I was busy liking pages of my favorite musicians on Facebook as a DJ and music enthusiast when suddenly I was prompted to verify that I am not a robot. I followed the instructions to take a photo and sent it in as requested. However, despite successfully resetting my password moments ago via email, I have been unable to access my account again after submitting the photo. I encountered an issue with my Facebook account being disabled allegedly for impersonation. My granddaughter informed me about a suspicious friend request in my name, prompting me to warn my friends. Upon attempting to reopen my account by providing my email, name, and a photo of my driver's license, I was unable to regain access. I fear losing my connections and group content, including videos, if I create a new account. Seeking assistance from Facebook support yielded no success. It's interesting how you keep banning me for speaking up for my people. Initially, you blocked me for referring to Saudi Arabia as a medieval country with racist language. Then today, an article surfaced where President Obama's daughter was racially attacked on Fox News, and I called out the offenders, being accused of inciting racial hatred for using the term "white trash." Shortly after my comments predicting trouble for Saudi Arabia, Khashoggi was killed. It seems that instead of letting Russians influence elections, you target black individuals. A white South African insulted me, but Facebook did nothing. I graduated from an Ivy League college, and my Nigerian oil wells have been operating for over fifty years, giving me the means to challenge your platform legally. I am a skilled lawyer, so continue playing games at your own risk. - K.A.

I am hesitant to provide my credit information. I believed I was chatting with one person, and now my money is at risk. I have experienced multiple hacks on Facebook. I don't feel comfortable sharing my personal details. I am frustrated as my email, name, and phone number are not recognized, locking me out. The process seems unnecessary and complicated. I don't want to incur additional charges calling multiple people globally. I wish Facebook had better customer support considering its vast user base. My interest in family history led me to focus on the history of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, my hometown, which is why I created this page. We have strict rules on our page: no politics, kindness and courtesy are a must, no hate speech or bullying, no promotions or spam, and respect for everyone's privacy. Recently, a member, Nancy Tobin, contacted me regarding an issue involving another member, Joe Dragotta, who was accused of inappropriate behavior while posting photos of Bethlehem. After investigating, I realized Joe was unintentionally violating our rules by promoting his work under the signature "@Joe Dragotta Photography" on his photos. I asked Joe to remove the signature, which led to some misunderstanding and tension. Given the circumstances, I have chosen to address this matter seriously. As a 70-year-old retired Pennsylvania Postmaster living in Florida, I value the respectful environment we aim to maintain in our community. I am frustrated with Facebook as they have not resolved my issue yet. The technician, Jeff Weber-Reek at [redacted], helped me scan and attach my documents to their online help request form. I struggled to reach that page as my recovery phone is a landline, and I can't receive SMS or voice calls on it. Jeff is trying to contact Facebook through email and online support at [redacted], but we only get directed to use online options. Can you make Facebook call me or verify my email? I don't receive their emails, possibly due to my AOL settings. When they send a password reset to [redacted], I don't have any trusted contacts linked to my account.
